I recently purchased an R32 from Jared and couldn t be happier. Jared personally delivered the car to me all the way in Florida because the transportation company fell through, which was absolutely an above and beyond effort to stay true to his word. The car has been amazing and super happy I trusted Jared and he was able to work this out long distance. Thanks again Jared, I ll definitely be in touch again next time I m looking for a car.

I recommend this place for buying a used car. Jared was very friendly and patient with us and sold us a great car. Whole process was smooth and how nice that they do not slam you with a huge amount of fees on top of the (reasonable) car prices. We went quite a bit over our budget for an older car (2012) but the car is in really great shape and there was no reason to doubt the value VAS knew the car has. We love our new old car! Thank you VAS.

I have nothing but good things to say about this used car dealer. We bought our vehicle from here and it's been a great vehicle. We've had very few problems, and the ones that we've had were minor things to fix. They treated us like family when we were shopping for a newer used car. The owner brought us a couple sandwiches to eat while we did the mountain of paperwork. When we are looking for another car, I'll be looking here first!!

I have purchased a vehicle here and also leased an apartment owned by VAS for a year and a half.Amazing service!!! Every visit feels like family and always top notch service, would recommend 10/10 times.

VAS is the best, it s where everyone drives home a winner. My husband and I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 from Viewmont Auto Sales. Jimmy was very helpful throughout the entire process! We test drove the car and immediately knew it was the one for us! It has been a fantastic car. We had a great experience buying our car there! We highly recommend checking them out for all your car needs.

After doing a nationwide search using the popular used car websites, I finally found this one owner, low mileage, no accident vehicle at this dealership.After viewing the free car fax history and all the photos, I called and discussed the car with Jim, the owner of the dealership. Telling him I was from Vermont which was some 550 miles away, he told me I would not be disappointed in the car.My plan was to take a one way car rental to his location. If I liked it, I'd buy it. Jim even offered to pick me up and at the car rental facility!Anyhow, car was exactly as he mentioned, so I purchased it. No dealer fee and he only charged me "one dollar" for the 30 day temporary plate!Remember, this car was one of three lowest priced vehicles of all my searching to boot!Wish more car dealers were like this gentlemen!

We needed a commercial vehicle for our business. Viewmont Auto Sales had a great Ford Transit 250. Russ and Jim were great and helped us work through some hurdles with commercial financing. They were very accommodating. I would use them again and recommend them.

I bought a 2018 Honda CRV from Viewmont Auto Sales 2 weeks ago and I love it. As we all know, buying a car can be stressful. I traded my 2016 Rav4 with them as they offered me more than anyone else. With all the paperwork, pay off on trade-in, checking credit, etc. Viewmont Auto Sales made it so easy. They did everything for me! I have to say Russ and Jim offered the best customer service I've received from a Dealership. Another surprise was I saved $600 off the top with their NO DOC FEE. YAY! Very pleased and thanks again for all you did.

Great experience buying 2015 RX350 from Viewmont Auto Sales! Found exactly what I was looking for with extreme professionalism. The sales people were friendly and the whole process free of hassles! If you're going to buy a used car, I would definitely recommend their services!

My fiancee and I just bought a vehicle from Viewmont Auto Sales and we had a great experience. The car is exactly what we wanted and Russ and the guys were extremely helpful with the purchase!!! They made sure we were taken care of afterwards as well...thank you guys!!!

I found a Vehicle that interested me via Viewmont's various internet listings, I called to find out more info and it was enough to warrant a 50+ Mile ride to their Dealership in Hickory to see it in person. The Car was indeed in the as described shape that their salesman Jared claimed it to be via our phone conversation. Their salesman Russ showed me around the Car, let me take it for a test drive, and I couldn't help but to buy it afterwards. Courteous, Prompt, and Professional are three good words to describe the staff here, overall a positive Car Buying experience.

I just purchased a 2001 Rolls Royce from Viewmont Auto Sales and Jim Dietz was personally involved. I found him to be a fair, honest, hardworking business person!! The vehicle was represented accurately and honestly on his internet listing.They were very accommodating given I flew from Texas and Jim made sure I was able to inspect the vehicle to my satisfaction in the time allowed. He and his son even transported me to and from the Charlotte Airport.These kinds of individual proprietorships are becoming rare in the world of giant maga car dealers where you get treated like you are just the next guy who walked in the door...."take a number please....."It was refreshing to work with a car dealer with knowledge and experience and to be treated like a friend.

Great customer service till u buy the vehicle from thelm. My husband and I bought a 2003 Mitsubish montero sport and had nothing but trouble from day one and the said they was noting they could do. We even asked to trade it and they said no this is the shitest place I have ever dealt with and don't recommend anyone to buy from here.

I've just purchased my car I'm loving it so far so good ,The car dealer was the owners son he was so sweet an well informed abt the cars I viewed as soon as you pull in the staff here is so friendly an you feel approved before your approval' I seem to like Family ran business gives you a good feel of the ppl your dealing with.

They were very friendly and helpful with purchase of our Suv. We had a minor problem and sales personnel were very helpful in helping us diagnose and solve the problem. Will go back when we are ready for another vehicle.

I bought a 201 Chevy Tahoe and first the powerseat on the driver side didn't work and it had a power steering problem... i paid $6200 in cash and 4 days later the fuel pump went out, i called and asked if they could reimburst me half the money for the parts, I know it didn't have a warranty but just for being a good business person about it.... and their response was flat out no!!!!

Great place to make a purchase! Straight forward ,no games ! Had me in and out in no time . Oh, and NO DOC FEES! Most places charge 300 to 700 dollars

The owner of this establishment is beyond rude to not only his staff but his customers as well. He practices VERY SHADY business dealings. BUYER BEWARE....he tells you what you want to hear but does not honor his word and what he says.
