Was told Thursday my car was next in line, called Friday for them to tell me the person working in my car was working on mine and another car at the same time. Had to go all weekend without a car. They call me Monday to tell me my car had been driven and everything was fine and I could pick it up. I left work to pick it up, when I got her my car wasn t here, they told me it was out been driven to make sure everything was ok with it when I was already told that had been done. They finally got the driver on the phone and he said he was 10 minutes out. They need better communication so this doesn t happen to another customer. Everyone is pointing the finger but it s been 15 minutes and I m still waiting on my car.

They did such a good job fixing my daughters car it broke down AGAIN at the 1st stoplight leaving this place!! As she s sitting there scared to death the tech drives right past her and keeps going. Wouldn t recommend at all!!

Had some concerns about a steering linkage or tire issue, shop manager spent a good hour inspecting car over and driving it. Really appreciate their customer service. And an impressive shop(surely the largest In area) . Coming from a bmw employee, this is impressive and very good scale to handle a lot of volume. Recommended.

I see several bad reviews on this shop and most of them are not even related to the work parts fail just because stuff fails right out of warranty the shop has nothing to do with that who ever manufactured the part is who that falls on they have done work on both my trucks and every time there work has been spot on from suspension work to just putting a new transmission in my current truck and the work has always been great people gotta understand just because your vehicle is n the shop doesn t mean it can t break down in 5 miles most of the time it s completely something different then what got fixed and when parts fail tech three does not make those parts they simply diagnose and repair anyway I m very thankful for there work especially Dustin who always keeps me updated and posted on everything going on and any other issues they find

Very nice folks. The young lady at the front desk and the gentleman that greeted me when I came in and told the guy I was there. The young man that I dealt with about the car was very polite and professional in his approach. I left happy with the information I was given. Look forward to dealing with them again when I bring it back for the work needed. Would appreciate if they would keep with the covid mandate at the time but was still happy with the experience

After dropping off my used 2011 Ford F150 fx4 on 8/24/2020 for a scheduled appointment of 8:30, it was discovered later that afternoon that my truck had not been taken in for diagnostics. I called again a few times on 8/25 and 8/26 only to find out my truck had finally been looked at by a mechanic late on 8/26.I was advised on 8/27 that my truck needed a new transmission and it had been ordered and should arrive on 8/28.Today, 9/2, I picked up my truck and it ran the same as when I brought in for repairs. The invoice I received indicated a test drive was performed after the repairs were completed. If this was the case, it should have been discovered the issue remained.It is my opinion that this shop is only concerned about the volume of repairs (they receive business from a local dealership) and not about the quality of work performed.I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this shop.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I am a mechanic myself, I'm letting them do the job because my wife bought a car from a car lot close and they do all of their services so it's a paper trail!!! It doesn't take a hour a and 15 mins to change oil!! I've done it on the same Car which took me 25 mins this is ridiculous!!! I thought it was a fluck the first time but it's not!!!Service: Oil change

Edit to my initial review of 4 stars. Started out with a bad experience from one employee. No one likes having car trouble especially when it's the engine. We spent over $6K for a new engine. We got our first oil change for the "new engine " and was advised we were likely charged for a new engine however from the look of the fluids, we got a used engine that was steam cleaned to "look" new. All they tell you is "we ordered a new engine"...but how do I know that to be true? Folks, be very careful when dealing with this place. I will NOT refer this place to anyone. Oh, and my engine light has been on ever since. Money gone but not well spent.

You wont find more honest people than the folks at Tech3!! Been going here for years. They wont do any work if they dont feel like its necessary. Wont charge you to death for simple repairs and work hard to get you the best deal possible for major ones. Customer service, honesty and quality work at its best!!

Very knowledgeable techs, great customer service, very structured / organized prob one if the cleaner shops in the area, they take the time w/ u as their client to explain wht needs to be done , how it happened wht it's gonna cost. Really detailed customer orientation in this positive atmosphere , need a repair give tech 3 a call ask for Dustin tell him I sent ya, your welcome in adv.

Good staff. Hard workers and reasonable price on mechanic work. Owners are very friendly and dont mind to get their hands dirty like their employees. Will be returning if further work is needed.

I had spent $600 on a AC compressor and it went out just as the warranty expired. Took it back last year and they said air was cold but we sweated when it was on high plus somehow our car ended up in Lincolnton NC and nobody knew it. The place is a Rip Off!!!! A bunch of liars. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there. And also it was a FAULTY AC compressor with only 90 day warranty . They sure know how to take advantage of someone.
