I used this business to have the starter replaced on my explorer.They had it towed from my house. And had it repaired in 2 days.Top notch place. David was kind and very informative of what the issue was.I will definitely use this business in the future when I need them.Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience with Springs Road Car Care yesterday. They got me in on the same day I was having issues with my car starting. There was communication throughout the day on what was being done and checked. I got my car back the same day.Today I got a follow up call to make sure all was well. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. It's hard to find an honest and people first business now a days but these guys are top notch!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am very thankful for the great work, fair pricing and the communication from David, He was on top of the warranty and made it easy to get it done. I reached out to SRCC from a recommendation from my mechanic who is now retired. He spoke well of them. I had many phone calls hammering out details and timing and decisions and never felt like a bother. Had multiple issues that needed handling and they were able to get them all done in a day and were able to get my vehicle back to me before the weekend. I am not one to post reviews, but these gentlemen go above and beyond. David is by far the one of the best that I have ever worked with. I called him on a December 27, 2022, and he helped me get my car towed to his shop called me back that same day. He was very upfront, clear and beyond knowledgeable. He called and made sure that I was aware of everything taking place and gave me options every step of the way. Fixing all major issues and then some. I like the fact that he drives the vehicle more than once to ensure that it is running properly. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I used springs road car care for my engine replacement. They were informative, caring, intelligent, and attentive to detail with my vehicle. David was amazing at how he worked with me and the warranty company, he made it so easy. Such a great experience i brought them another engine for replacement. Definitely recommend them.

I never post reviews, but these guys provided such amazing costumer service and care, I felt like I had to!! My car was damaged during a shipment from overseas to NC. I was in a terrible bind because I planned to use the car as soon as I arrived in NC. Despite the fact that David and his crew was already booked solid, they graciously fit me in and had all repairs complete in no time!! If you are looking for Honest, Accomadating, Friendly Mechanics, look no further! They even mounted my temporary license plate without me even having to ask! They truly went above and beyond their call of duty!! I CANNOT recommend this garage enough!!! Wonderful bunch of guys! Literally the best auto mechanic I ve ever used. Every time Something goes wrong with my car and i need it looked at and fixed, the owner David makes sure to help me. (I work over an hour away) Once again yesterday I needed them badly, and I was able to bring my car first thing and they squeezed me in. The owner even stayed over well after they were closed to ensure that my car was fixed and running perfectly. They have always offered top quality service. Super reliable and trustworthy. Oh my gosh these guys are the best! I had taken my car to 2 different mechanics, that gave me 2 different diagnostics, and both were charging me over $1k. My mom told me about Springs Road, and how reliable they were. I took my car there, turns out it was a simple, cheap fix! They fixed my problem for $300 and my car has ran perfect since. My husband and I both had our vehicles repaired here. They do great work and gave us great pricing! David worked around our schedules and was very personable. He explained things in a way that I could understand even though I know nothing about cars. Needed a little help with my differential fill plug. They told me to bring it right in and replaced the plug for me within an hour from me calling. Reasonable price. Great shop.

Great quality work at very reasonable prices. These guys are the only mechanics I use and trust. I ve been a customer over 5 years now, and they ve always been honest with me, and have fixed my vehicle way cheaper than other ppl would. Anytime I ve had a part replaced, I ve never had anymore issues. I am very pleased with the work that has been done on my car here. The work that was promised was what was done without any issues. I schedule the service work with David, he tells me to drop it off and calls me later that day to let me know it's ready to be picked up. These guys have been a blessing! Great place to bring your car !!!!! The guys here are super nice, seems very educated when explaining what s going on with my vehicle. Very efficient with timing and the pricing is super reasonable. I ve taken my car here a few times now and I ve always been extremely pleased with the service. Great group of young men running this place they are always super kind, very respectful, and again very helpful. Have been going to springs road car care for a few years now started when the dealership wanted to charge me thousands to get work done on my truck and he did it for a fraction of the cost. Dave and staff is always very helpful and I recommend anyone who needs work done to go there. I still can't believe the difference in my truck! My thanks and undying devotion to David and the guys for what they did and the business I'll give them in the future. We all have times when we take our vehicle to an auto shop to get work done, pay for the service and though the vehicle is repaired, it seems that the service could have possibly been better. For the last few years, I have taken my truck to different Auto Franchise's and this was always my experience.That all changed when I was recommended to take my truck to Springs Road Car Care. David evaluated the repairs requested to be done, But also shared his Professional opinion of what should also be repaired. They weren't at all pushy, but simply explained the other necessary repairs.For the first time in over four years, I got my truck back and it's driving like New again!! They have earned my business because when these mechanics worked on my truck, they did so as if it was theirs...the way we should all be doing our own jobs!Thanks Again & GOD BlessCol 3:23-24

I've been doing business with Springs Road Car Care well over 7 years now. They are Christian owned and operated. David the manager goes out of way to get my vehicles in the best working condition. He pulls no surprise punches. He tells me upfront what I'm looking at cost wise and what it takes to be done right. If there are any issues, they always stand behind their work. Highly recommended.

I dropped my truck off on Monday and they estimated 5 days turnaround. Parts these days are not easy to get on time considering suppliers don t even have them. With all that in play they called me Tuesday afternoon and told me I could pick it up Wednesday at lunch. They are a good group of guys there. People need to know that a mechanic is somewhat like a doctor they have to listen to your explanation and compare it to what the car tells them. Sometimes they are not the same and trust in your mechanics and doctors is a big deal. Well my truck drives like it s 10 years youngerService: General repairs & maintenance

Great place. They worked with me to get a few things fixed on my old truck that had been sitting awhile. Its now on the road thanks to them. Worth the money and great customer service. These are some of the most caring people I have ever had work on my car. David is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He even let me know which tires had mail in rebates to get the better deal. I will take all of my vehicles here going forward. Solid work from amazing people!!!

I took down my original review at the request of the owner, because he said would be willing to make things right, fix his mistakes. Yet, that is not what happened. This car repair shop will swindle you. The owner does not care. The "repairs" they make are quick fixes that cost a fortune and then need to be fixed again anywhere from a few days to a week later. From brakes to tires to alignment to bad window switches - nothing they fix stays fixed, if anything they make it worse so you have to come back and spend more. I regret taking down my original review, detailing everything they did to completely screw me over. Please do not go here , they will swindle you, and not even blink an eye. I wish I could give zero stars because that is what they truly deserve. Their "repairs" have put my family, my toddler's life at risk due to their incompetence or maybe just their lack of caring if they do the job right. They just want your money. And if an owner has to go and leave himself a five star review to balance out the bad reviews, that should tell you something.

These guys are awesome. Every time I bring my car in they have it done in a timely manner. They fixed The bolt I broke on my phaser solenoid really quick and prices were more than fair. If you need something done this is the shop to go to. This is why you always see cars here. Fair prices quick turn around and professional staff with out standing customer service. You don t find that many places.
