Terrible customer service!!! Spend 1,000's of dollars each month with this company and Luke, the manager, just told me to take my business elsewhere-which I will do once again after leaving once before because of the same type of negative customer service. All because I questioned an invoice where the directional tires on a truck were installed improperly. No worries- I want be back and I'll spread the word about the deplorable treatment I have received from someone in a management position!

I was nearly out of Hours of Service, with only 35 miles remaining on my trip. I of course had the inevitable blow out. Dustin,the road service tech, got my tire replaced and my truck back in order within 30 minutes and I was able to get back home. Great hustle and a fine job!You saved the day.

Five stars as of now. Not driving the truck they repaired for us yet. Got our truck in and out in half the time as other shops. Dude working on our truck was very friendly and easy going. Hate that I'm bad with remembering names. Will update if truck falls apart

Took my bus in to find a very small leak in the road side rear tire. Checked it out to no avail. Tire was losing 4 to 5 pounds a day. Discovered that the valve core installed was not a filtered valve core. This is the 3rd time I've used this company and have been very satisfied each time.

I had a very pleasant experience at Snider Fleet, my needs were simple and on the least scale of importants. The manager went above and beyond to see my needs met with a friendly most helpful attitude. I would recommend their service to anyone in need.

They are nice guys but 300 dollars for federal inspection it way to high ...Will I go there again nope... and my friends... I don't think so....

If your not apart of the snider fleet expect to get screwed over. Try to find any way to get extra money from you. Use at your own risk.

Always waiting 3 to 4hrs when stoppingBy to get a tire change or a inspection even when there s no other truck thereTerrible customer service they can t look at you in the eye when they talk to you when waiting on couple occasions I ve heard them cussing in front of one another in front of customers they can t give you a heads up on what s going on when your waiting long periods of time and if you ask they get mad about every time I go to the window I got say excuse me to get service or they will just ignore you I would go somewhere else but my company make me go here

I got 2 airbags replaced tech left a lot of black oil or grease stains on my seats my floor mats and on the body of my truck
