My experience with Smart Start in Hickory, NC was A+. The staff were very helpful and made an embarrassing situation easy for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and help me better understand how the interlock works and how to effectively use it.Thanks guys.

So today I got my Interlock system put in! They were VERY NICE and VERY HELPFUL!!! Thank you so much for your help! He was awesome! My next step is DMV, it's been way too long.... But finally I made it!!! I'm so happy!

Not really happy with monitech device because when I had the machine put in my car. Blew up now I had to buy a new car now I have to go with this company hopefully there alot better than monitech HEY MONITECH IF YOU WANT YOUR DEVICE. YOU COME AND GET IT. IM NOT PAYING 350 TOW BILL JUST FOR U TO GET UR DEVICE OUT

I had a device installed in my car at the Boone North Carolina location. The man that ran that place was very professional. His name is Walker. A fine young man and knew what he was doing. Very professional and very experienced, I was very satisfied. Thank you
