I have previously RAVED about Sig s because my family has used them the entire time I ve been alive. However, I took my car in to have a flat repaired and when I left, my skid plate was dragging. I knew it was cracked, but hadn t been dragging until after I left there. I had seen them pushing up on it, but I trusted them and had figured they were just trying to fix it or something. Fast forward a few months, I have another flat tire with a fast leak. I took it to Walmart for a patch, Walmart told me that the nail was in the sidewall and by policy they can t put it back on- that s fine, so I asked to have my spare put on. I got my spare out for them and they said m aam, more bad news. Whoever touched your spare last, cut it off and they owe you a new spare. SIGS TIRE was the last place to touch my spare. Walmart ended up having to put the flat tire back on, and I had to head to Mavis in Hickory because they were the only place that had my tire in stock. They were so kind and courteous, even though they were about to close, they still assisted me quickly. I cannot BELIEVE Sig s cut my tire off without even asking me, and broke my skid plate completely! I will NEVER trust them again, and I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB!

popped in for an inspection and was cheap and quick. went a couple days later for air and he went above and beyond, checking my sensors and addressing my concern.

I truly truly truly rely on Sig s for my maintenance. My grandmother went to them for years, and even though she has passed away now I still don t trust any other garage outside of them.

Sig's was great! Needed my tires looked at and they were honest and reasonable. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them! You will not be tricked.

Took a prospective vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle was in overall very good condition but had a couple leaks (oil, transmission fluid). The technician showed me exactly what the issues were. They had quick and thorough service. If I am ever in the area again and need a mechanic for any work, they will be my first call.

Sig's Automotive is the best place in Hickory to have your vehicle worked on! I always appreciate the excellent and honest service from Daniel and the rest of the team! They have some of the best tire prices around and I have checked several times to verify this. The shop is friendly honest and offers extremely good service at a reasonable price. Please call ahead and set an appointment as sometimes they are booked for a week in advance. I guess word spreads rapidly when you get such good mechanical service from an auto shop! Thank you Sig's and I will be back again for sure!

Got some new tires. The guys there did an excellent job! I will be going back to get all of my maintenance done there!! Excellent place to get tires, oil change or any other kind of vehicle service!

Went there to have tires installed and only 3 people in the entire place and they were working in the shop. Stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone came to talk to me. I was told it would be and hour and half to have 4 tires mounted and installed and there was zero cars in the parking lot. There's too many other tire shops around to put up with this service. Mike is a great manager,and has one great assistant looks like they need some help,don't know who's in charge on the upper end or nobody wants a job,somebody needs to get going if you can't do all the work they'll go somewhere else,promise,Sig should step up to save the business I promise this won't last long,

One of only few places in town that trulyrespects senior citizens with courtesy andgoing that "extra mile" to make sure its done right the first time, I have been a loyalcustomer for years ,as are my children,and their children.

They was good on everything I had done to mi van I always take my van to them to do my mechanic work or anything I have to have done to it they are outstanding

They are reasonable in some areas but ALWAYS do a great job. As a female some mechanics take advantage or over charge, this place treats everyone the same.

They always do a good job. Been getting car inspected there for years. Can trust them to do good job. And not say something is wrong if it is not. We get tires there also.

Dont go close to quitting time or you will get TERRIBLE customer service. Man clearly didnt wanna help all I had was to add some oil to my car. I asked he looks at the clock sigs, throws his cell phone on the desk and just mumbles "keys in it?" I say this multiple times every day. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT YOU ARE DOING GET THE *$#* OUT

I would definitely give this tire shop 10 Stars. They are so fast in what they're doing and the prices are so reasonable. Very clean place and the employees are the sweetest thing .

Total professionalism, had 4 new 70000 MI.GT tires put on a 17,Toyota.Took about an hr.I have dealt with Sigs for over 30 yrs.,Never been disappointed with their Service or Professionalism.

Very polite when answereing phone...very helpful and friendly in person..great prices..I needed an alignment and they were the cheapest I could find at the time and the bat was empty so the got me right in.
