So far this has been a nightmare. I took my truck to them on Nov 9th, here it is Nov 21st. Nothing definitive yet on repair except the the head is on backorder. They were supposed to start on it the 9th, didn't get in until late on the 10th. So far I am not impressed with this Rush dealer. Have had work done at other Rush Truck Centers. This by far is the worst.Update:When they were pushing my truck out of the building, the drivers door somehow got damaged. They offered to fix it. After 2 attempts it was still not fixed. I took it to TLG Peterbilt and they fixed it right the first time. I still have not been reimbursed for the cost nor the downtime they caused with their negligence.My next step is to seek legal action to recover list revenue due to their actions.

Charlie and Josh in the parts dept. do an awesome job taking care of our parts needs at my employer. Would be great to have their level of customer service everywhere.

They got our truck in and out I think in a little over 2months or almost 2 months...they guys were super nice and very helpful and professional they allowed me and my husband and our son and dog hang out inside while they figured out the problem with our truck

The shop hold the truck other 1 week over AC issue in the bunk. after 1 week send the estimate and even didn't bother to call and ask why nobody is responding but called immediately the they needed the payment for diagnostics $390. Lost over 1 week of business and had to pay for basically nothing. Stay away from this location.

I got my truck in there nice and fast but when they test drove it after fixing it the guy changed all my seat setting and my mirror settings. My work was also warranty work but they didn't have my invoice ready before I left and they're supposed to email me a copy but after 3 days I still haven't gotten it after repeated phone calls

I called yesterday and spoke with someone about bringing one of our fire trucks down to have diagnostics ran on it and was told to bring it this morning and they'd get right on it. After 2 hours I asked what they had found. The service writer told me that the mechanic had started on it at 11:30. It is now 1:45 and the truck is still sitting in the exact same spot as where I left it when I arrived. Time to find another dealer.

I had to be towed in on a Friday night but they told me they would get to it Monday morning to get me on the road and Jon did a great job getting my airline issue fixed and got me back on the road

There may be only one competent Person working there. The head mecanic tried to up sell me on a super overpriced bullcrap maxforce 7 engine that would cost me $26,000 in total and they robbed me of at least $600 to dismantle a few small pieces under the hood. If you can avoid this place please do. And save yourself a BIG HEADACHE

Was told if truck arrived on there lot by 3pm. Diagnosis would be completed same day. They had no back log. Truck arrived at 2:45pm on Friday. Was told 21 point inspection was free. Received diagnosis on Monday at 2pm after multiple calls. Supposed $13,500.00 in repairs needed. Told them we would be picking up truck for 2nd opinion. Took until 1:00 PM on Tuesday for the invoice to be ready. Had to pay $374.00 in labor, $15.00 in parts and other miscellaneous fees for a clamp mechanic admitted to breaking. Complete RIP off. Dont waste your time or money.

Slowest repair took six days .four days to get parts. Lady in office had bad attitude.would not recommend to my worst.enemy never go back again . Took 7 am till 4 PM just to get estimate on Thursday on Wednesday I arrived at 730 am truck arrived back from road test miunuits after my arrival. I asked service lady if it was ready and was told got to wait till I get paperwork first in a rude way . Don't know his name but finally a gentleman came gave me the keys and they would deal with my company later that was around 2pm .rush is definitely the wrong name for that service center. Had truck back for one day same problem still exists . heavy odor of def fumes in cab . black soot on both sides of truck ! DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK THERE !!!

Although the guys weren't able to assist in my repairs.They were very professional, polite and helpful.If I was local I'd use this shop for other issues.Thank you all.

These guys aren't your run other the mill truck stop techs... Oh and by the way you guys have a tech in your Hickory NC location by the name of Alex. Top notch young man . Every time I've met him he answered all my questions about the issue occurring. Hickory is fortunate to have this young man on there staff.

Good service they try to let you know when your truck will be done or when your part will be ready.. you cannot camp in your truck on their yard

Blowed my motor M2 freightliner and Rush truck center handled the warranty company and fast service they provided helped keep my stress level to bare minimum. Communication was Awesome thanks Guys for getting me rolling in a timely fashion

I wouldn't give even a 1/8 of a star! Most unprofessional group of people I'd seen in my life! I wouldn't let them touch anything about your truck! I have seen small engine repair guys with more wits about them than these clowns!

My 2013 prostar was put in the shop on Wednesday august 2, 2017, with low boost and check engine light on!!Here it is Friday August 11, 2017, and I still don't have my truck back!!!RUSH IS THE WRONG WORD FOR THIS SHOP!! ITS MORE LIKE SLOWES!!FURTHERMORE THE HEAD SHOP KEEPERS DONT CARE THAT THEY ARE COSTING YOU $500.00 per day IN LOST REVENUE!! THE RUSH TRUCK CTR IN CHARLOTTE, NC APPEARS TO BE MILES AHEAD OF HICKORY, IN EVERYWAY!!

Terrible service, contacted repeatedly with very little response, had to constantly follow up to get any sort of communication. Jon Benson then hung up on me mid conversation. Literally take your vehicles anywhere else but here.

Too slow on getting repairs done I recently had to have an EGR valve replaced and I was there for 7-8 hrs. Hope I never need to go back there again!!!

Employees are great, but they don't keep much in stock. Have to order and takes forever to get. International itself have a slow service.

VERY SLOW, ovbiously would rather service local customers. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.Save yourself a BUNCH of time & money and find another place to get mechanical work done.
