Been going to Richey,s for many years. Never disappointed. They always do great work. I trust them more than anyone else. Prices are always very fair. Receptionists and mechanics are friendly and helpful. Chris is always willing to answer questions and has always been a good friend.

I will always take my vehicles to Richey s. All the staff are professional, supportive, and trustworthy. My transmission was failing. They gave me all the options and what I could expect if I chose that option. They replaced my transmission and they found another issue and fixed it. They could have left the damaged part and it would have cost a lot to fix it. Then they did not charge me labor for the extra. After I took my car home, there was a small leak of coolant and I drove it back on Monday. The owner Chris had an appointment out of town. He stayed an extra thirty minutes to look at my car. He is a true professional. Very patient and kind. My car is fixed and I am so lucky I took my car here.

Highly recommend them - excellent service !Very happy with all the work the team did on my wife's VW Atlas ( brakes & rotors - after the local main dealer missed the wear issues :-( ) and my daughters Jetta ( regular scheduled maintenance ). Richey's is quick, competent, affordable and most of all honest.I very highly recommend them.Choices are limited for Volvo repair in this area. Richeys auto checked and evaluated my front brake system. I had a issue on a recent trip. Richeys confirmed my pads were still good and the rotors were in good shape. Brought my 86 GMC truck in for exhaust and brake issues to Richey's Automotive and was able to pick it a few days later with all problems resolved. Diagnosed on Monday and was fixed by Wed. Was very affordable and now running better than when I bought my truck, phenomenal work and price. Chris took time to show me what i did wrong on my tune up, 5.4 triton, and got her straitened out. I reached out to Richey's Automotive and was very impressed at their level of service and attentiveness. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me with what I needed immediately. This shop knows what they are doing. I'd definitely recommend them!

Have a 2009 bmw 328i that everyone always says they are so hard to work on etc etc. They have no issue working on it and his parts are not marked way up. My favorite part about him working on my car- I don't have to take it back ; it was fixed the first time.

They did an amazing job on my Mini!! They were professional, courteous, thorough, fast, and reasonably priced. It is hard to find someone that does quality work on Mini Coopers, but Richey's did an excellent job!
