Called the dealership in the morning and got Mateo, who let me know the 2 Porsches I was interested in were both available. He had both cars ready for me to test drive, and went through and answered (or got answers) to all of my questions. I was fully prepared with pricing data, and we were able to quickly and painlessly make a deal. Mateo was excellent through the process, and I would recommend Porsche of Hickory to anyone looking for a new car

EXCELLENT customer service! This is our 2nd car we have purchased from Paramount Porsche Hickory. We have had nothing but excellent service and communication with the service department, sales and finance. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there! The dealership is also spotless and they make you feel so welcomed. Do not hesitate to purchase from them or have your car serviced there. We will continue to buy from them in the future.

My recent purchase was my 2nd from Porsche Hickory. The 1st, which was delivered in July, is a 2021 Boxster GTS 4. My unplanned purchase last Saturday is a 2019 Macan S. I had a pickup at the parts department and while there, I stopped by the showroom to say hello to Bob Smith. The Macan was like a magnet. After 4 hours with Bob, we bought a car. The length of the negotiation was due to me trying to justify the purchase. The experience with Porsche Hickory and Bob has been outstanding. There is absolutely no over aggressive pressure from anyone. They treat their customers like family, even if you are a persnickety hard-headed German like me. The positive interaction with the customer is far superior to a Charlotte Porsche dealership that I have visited in the past. I highly recommend those looking for a Porsche or any other make to visit Bob at Porsche Hickory before finalizing any deal elsewhere. This dealership is the best in NC, if not the USA.

My experience with Porsche Hickory was 1 of the most pleasant in my life with the purchase of my first Porsche. The Sales Advisor, Bob Smith, General Manager, Caleb Pletcher, and Brett Huffman, Service Adviser, all worked with me through all aspects of the purchase and resolving any of my concerns. There were issues associated with my order, which were not due to anything attributed to Porsche Hickory that they helped manage to my satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting this dealership before finalizing a purchase with any other Porsche dealership in the area or elsewhere. We are all looking for the best deal, however, what is important to me is the dealerships support and customer service if needed. They are an organization that will stand with you.

Thank you Porche Hickory for a great "Porche Experience!" I've never bought a car onlline before but Bob Smith made it easy and fun. Facetime calls, text messages, emails and old fashioned voice phonecalls took away any worries. I was able to see the car via live video, ask a million questions and get quick and honest answers. Andrea Rhyder was a pleasure to work with in financiing sending overnight FedEx packages to make the paperwork a breeze. My car was sent in a coverage trailer and I had white glove delivery service right to my front door. I cannot be happier!!

I don't often write reviews, but the service department here (Paramount Porsche/Porsche Hickory) deserves to be recognized. They are OUTSTANDING all the way around... successfully diagnosing and fixing problems, doing so quickly, and going out of their way to accommodate customers. Although I don't plan to give up my Panamera ST anytime soon, when I do, I may buy another Porsche just so I get to work with this service team. Outstanding service!

Use caution. This dealership employs everyday borderline antics you would expect from your typical used car buying experience. Went with certified car from dealer on a hard to find pre-owned exotic with millage under 3,000. No better way to ensure getting a solid car, right? Asked sales rep to look over car and disclose major blemishes before flying in from out of State. Was told the car had none. Upon arrival, saw obvious nickel-sized defect in front bumper. Negotiated $500 off with dealer offing $100 increments one a time over a period of 30 minutes. Bumper repair would cost me me over $2,000. Brought car into my home State and had paint correction completed. Found paint drips in driver door along with several other paint defects. Came to learn the car had a replacement driver's door and more than three panels repainted with some panels incorrectly installed with noticeable spacing issues differing significantly from factory specs. Should have had a body guy with me to help me see this stuff before completing the purchase. My mistake.When over a month passed, and no tittle showed up, I got the runaround. All who helped with sale avoided my calls and emails. Worked with GM of umbrella group to remedy over a period of 4 months. Turns out they lost the chain of custody on the title and had to go three dealers back to fix it. Took multiple versions of title paperwork mailed back and fourth requiring multiple trips to my DMV to fact check dealer paperwork, which was incorrect twice.GM offered to pay for the repairs on the paint work and sent me a check that covered 85% of my total costs. I m out of pocket to replace the pre-existing�PPF on multiple panels and to repair one last panel we just found with more obvious paint defects.GM of entire umbrella group remained helpful and responsive. Still unsure what I may find on this car. It smelled like burning oil for the entire drive home and the week after. They were t sure what this was from, aside from a suggested sloppy oil change where a tech may have dumped oil on the engine. Six months later and the car is titled and mostly repaired. There is obvious paint work still noticeable in driver s side door jam and a missing factory sticker on the replacement door.Wild to have such a typical used car experience at this level of buy and at a dealership of this brand. The Porsche dealer in my home town is stellar. Falsely assumed this was the brand and that this experience would be consistent from dealer to dealer. Learned a hard lesson on this purchase. I ll make the car right eventually, but this cost me considerable time, lots of body shop and DMV visits, and months without being able to drive and enjoy the vehicle. They offered to buy this car back twice however it was discontinued the week I bought this one and prices went up with inventory and proper specs going way down. As deep as I was, it was less work to finish this mess out than start over. They painted me into a bit of a corner here. While the GM did remain helpful and communicative, I gave this dealer a low rating due to how the team here in general handles their business. The level of car they choose to certify and pass on to their customers as clean is probably less than most of us would consider acceptable at this level.

I recently dropped of my Panamera for service at Paramount PORSCHE of Hickory, NC and had an exceptional experience. Logan was my service representative and was very polite and professional. 2 parts for my service had to be ordered and I was promptly provided a "loaner" (2023 PORSCHE MACAN) vehicle to drive until service on my vehicle was completed. The services performed on my car were done properly and with care. Highly recommend for all of your PORSCHE needs.

Very nice and comfortable dealership, the buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. Time flew by instead of dragging on, mostly because all of your associates made me feel so welcome. Especially my sales representative Mateo De La Cruz, the goody bag he gave me after the purchase was a nice surprise!

I worked with Bob Smith in purchasing a Porsche Macan S at Porsche Hickory. It was probably the best experience I have had in buying a vehicle, ever. A laid back and genuine individual, he was easy to work with, accessible and communicative, and super knowledgeable. No pressure. I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Mr Pletcher at Paramount Porsche in Hickory. He went the extra mile for me and gave me the unexpected opportunity to drive off in a 992, so I did. It was a very hard to find car that other larger dealerships told me was basically an impossibility to obtain. I cannot imagine working with a better salesperson or a finer dealership. They have my business for all of my future vehicles. Highest marks all around

I submitted a request on their website and Mateo called me within a few minutes to speak about the car I was interested in. Told him I was going to look at it later that day and when I got there the car was already clean and ready for me to test drive. Mateo was a bit busy with another customer so Zach came to help me out. Both Zach and Mateo are great people and shoot you straight. The process was super smooth and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I forgot the sales manager name but we were able to come to a good agreement on the car and I left happy with my new to me car. I would definitely by another car from here.

We had an excellent experience working with Mateo and all the staff at Porsche Hickory. Mateo was very professional and knowledgeable and courtesy. He was also very attentive and personable. Mateo went above and beyond to ensure we had the best deal possible as well as the best experience. This dealership is awesome if you are looking for a brand new or used Porsche! I also want to give a special shout-out to Sales Representative Andrea Rhyder, who truly went above and beyond when assisting me with all of my questions on a 911 Miami Blue cab I fell in love with. Andrea is exceptional and outstanding, as she is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate, go to Hickory Porsche... you won't be disappointed!

Paramount Porsche Volvo Volkswagon delivered the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. This dealership unequivocally lacks equal opportunity. On 1-16-23, I spoke with a salesman and paid a $500 fee to hold a vehicle in which I intended to purchase and pickup after work. The payment was accepted and I received a congratulations from the salesman. Nearly 2 hours later, I received a message from the salesman stating we cannot sale you the car because we ve decided to send the car to wholesale to increase profit gain . What I was hearing seemed strange, as I d already paid $500 down. I immediately contacted the sales manager to gain perspective and he stated I apologize on the salesman behalf, but you were given false information, the truth is, the owner of the dealership has decided to hold and sale this vehicle to his friend . I asked the sales manager how will this be mediated from a customer service standpoint, he simply stated well, we re refunding your money . When I mentioned that this experience would be documented in a review he stated go ahead , without the least concern of the terrible experience I had. Words cannot express the disappointment and resentment I have gained from this experience. Furthermore, the salesman sent an email apologizing for the false information. And of course it took 4 days for the $500 to be returned to my account. Terrible business !

I love my Macan! I adore Andrea Rhyder! She s personable, professional, and knowledgeable! The Sales Manager and Finance Manager are also awesome! Service department is incredible! You can feel that the entire team is a family which makes Porsche Hickory #1 in my book!Someone once told me that you can t teach people customer service. You either have it or you don t. Everyone that I encountered Gets It ! That alone makes your Dealership excel beyond any other!Congratulations!

Purchased a vehicle from out of state, flew in to drive the car home. Upon arriving I was surprised at the fact the car had been modified before purchase, this was not mentioned until I got there. No problem, figured it was something that was overlooked. Vehicle matched photos/videos however when spending a significant amount of money at a luxury dealer, you expect your vehicle to be thoroughly detailed. Lackluster detail job, crumbs between seats, seems like it was rushed and lazy, not much care went into it.It has now been over a month since buying the vehicle and I STILL have not gotten the title making me unable to register the vehicle(temp tag has expired)The only saving grace is the fact that the sales rep I worked with was prompt and available when I needed him, even if the information was not what I wanted to hear.Am I happy with the car? Yes. Would I ever get another vehicle from here? No.

Had a great experience buying our new Cayenne from this dealership. They took the time to help us find what we needed, gave us a good trade in value, and made my family feel comfortable through the whole thing. Our experience with Porsche Hickory was excellent, start to finish. Our salesman, John Culp, was wonderful. He made the process simple and was a true delight to work with. Parker in F&I made the paperwork process simple as well. Communication was easy by phone and email. Once we arrived at the dealership everyone was welcoming and friendly. We were offered coffee and comfortable seating while last details were completed. We are delighted with our Macan and thankful for this wonderful experience at Porsche Hickory.

Had a GREAT experience with Porsche Hickory! I called before hand to make sure they still had the vehicle I was interested in seeing, when I arrived Andrea greeted me and the car was already pulled around for me to see and test drive. I looked at several vehicles before I found the right one and Andrea was a joy to work with the entire time. Everyone was so nice and several people even stopped by to say congrats. They also gave me a great value on my trade in. Andrea took time to explain and walk through all the buttons and programming inside the Macan and even called me a few days later to make sure I didn't have any more questions. Thanks for making purchasing a new vehicle a great experience!
