Great experience, we drove 80 miles to visit Paramount Volkswagen and were not disappointed. My sales man Gates waters was a great help from our initial phone conversation to the initial meet. He gave us the best price for the Volkswagen Tiguan se r-line. We bought it today and are extremely happy. Thank you the team was great

The sale associate (Kami) and the finance manager (Eli) just went above and beyond to get me a reasonable deal. How I wish all car dealers are like them. Would probably come back to their dealership if ever i will search for cars in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kami was a great sales person and very polite and knowledgeable. Andrea was great with the finance side and polite as well. This was a very good experience for us. No one hounded us or the usual pressure sales.

This was my second time receiving service and I will be back. Everyone was so nice. Service was timely. Shuttle driver was able to take me to the mall so I could do a few things instead of waiting (first visit). Price was fair and they didn t try to push other services (which I love). Very impressed and will return for future service on my VW Atlas.

Exceeded expectations. Hassel free experience! We purchased a Taos SE, our salesperson, Gates was very knowledgeable and informative on all the features of the car. He respected our budget and didn't try to put us into something we couldn't afford....we really appreciate that!! We love the fact that there are no dealer markups on the cars and the willingness to help us out with our trade. From the sales manager, Philip to Andrea in finance everyone was friendly and helpful!! Most importantly though we love our new car and are extremely happy with it.

I have brought several vehicles from Paramount. I've always had a great experience all around. Going car shopping can be a long day. But everyone was wonderful and moved things right along. Nick was very helpful from beginning to end. We will be back in the next 6 months or more for another purchase for the next child.

Gates was a no pressure salesman who was not overbearing or pushy! He listened and did what he could to make the deal happen! Andrea in finance did a great job getting payments where we needed them to be. It was by far one of the best dealership experiences that I have had.

Andrea "Andi" was a fantastic salesperson. She made the process simple and easy. I have had over 40+ vehicles and this was one of the best customer experiences I have had at a dealership - all the way from sales to finance. She even followed up a couple of days after with a call to ensure I was enjoying the vehicle and to see if I had any other questions. When my wife is considering her next vehicle we will give Andrea a call.

Very friendly and informative staff. Sales associate, Matty was very helpful and willing to help me get the best deal possible. Definitely would recommend to any of my family or friends. Completely hassle free process from start to finish. (I was also Matty's first sale ). I am extremely happy with the purchase of my 2023 VW Tiguan SE.

When replacing a car after an accident, I knew what I wanted and searched online for inventory. After I sent out a few inquiries requesting bottom-line pricing, Zach responded immediately with the most direct and clear reply to my request that I received. A competitor offered a similar deal but the choice was easy for me - I decided to drive the extra hour to do business with Paramount because Zach s straightforward communication and attention to the details of my request had given me confidence. Transaction at the dealership could not have been easier or more efficient - both Zach and Andrea were professional and efficient while making me feel welcome and at ease. Zach then took time to introduce me to the car and made sure all my questions were answered. Easiest and best car buying experience to date (this is my 5th VW). Highly recommend Zach and Paramount!

Fox and the entire team were great to work with. Everyone was organized and helpful, and I'm thankful to have never felt any pressure like you may feel at other dealerships. I had such a wonderful experience at Paramount Volkswagen. The team was very helpful and willing to answer all the questions I had regarding purchasing and trading a car. I have been using Paramount for the last 10 years. I appreciate the kindness of the faculty as car buying can be a stressful time, but I never once felt stressed.

The finance manager Andrea hung up on me because she doesn t know how to speak to people. I m over quality assurance and escalations at my work place, and am disgusted with how she handled my inquiry. I have called multiple times over the issue of not having my paperwork of which I am told it will be mailed to me. It s going on a year and nobody mails me the paperwork, or gets back to me. Then they say I don t have what I was promised or that it s in an old system. I would usually just give up and wait for the time when I needed any of the warranties I purchased. The time finally came and I dreaded the call because it s never resolved, and I actually need it. I am transferred to Andrea who says she will look into it and call me. Hours go by and I call to follow up because of my previous experience. This is a time sensitive issue so I could not wait days to end up with no response for the 4th time. She not only spoke over me and took no ownership or acknowledgement in my concerns, but she actually hung up on me. I never raised my voice or called her names or used foul language so she clearly did not want to handle my call. She even said she was busy with other customers and they come first. Keep in mind I AM customer as well that nobody seems to have time for. I have purchased three vehicles from Paramount. Two from the VW side. I hesitated to do my second VW purchase because the guy who helped me in finance deceived me the first time. Well he did it again the second time apparently because now I m being told he probably lied about my warranty as well on my second car. One of their employees is a friend of mine and actually warned me about working with him after the fact- called the guy a snake. Needless to say I won t be purchasing from Paramount for my 4th car. Matteo in sales is absolutely wonderful. He s knowledgeable he s friendly I give him 5 stars- but when it comes down to the part everyone hates- finances- the VW side has nothing but liars who clearly only care about money. Sadly if you want good customer service and honest people in finance, you have to walk across the lot and purchase from the KIA side. I will be purchasing from the Charlotte VW where they aren t so hard up for numbers so I can be treated like a human being- the part that shouldn t have costed me anything. I d give them 0 stars if I could. Don t trust them!

I was helped with a lease buyout on my 2020 Jetta. Kami was our sales consultant, she had an excellent attitude and attention to detail. Our finance manager, Andrea, was also upfront and kind. Other than a slight mishap on the final numbers which was quickly corrected, everything went great!Would happily recommend.

I purchased my Tiguan in October 2022 and have been absolutely thrilled with it.The team there was extremely helpful. I travel a lot for work and have a very chaotic timeline to get things done. I also wasn't planning to purchase but was just looking because I had a pretty stringent parameters for what I was looking for.Jesus Gomez was the salesman whom approached me, actually listened to what I needed, and helped me check out the only 2 vehicles that met my criteria on the lot.I was on a tight deadline for my needs and the team assisted him to get it done in time.Will definitely be back again in the future.

Great customer service from start to finish. I was not pressured into a car I didnt want. I was given options and when I said I really didnt want that one I would go with the lower priced trim, they didnt push me. Highly recommend since we went to several dealers and ultimately came back because the deal was so much better.

I don't like giving such low reviews but I need to warn people about VW Paramount of Hickory. For starters, the VW ID.4 is an incredible vehicle. Unfortunately, is devalued 50% after 1 year. Then when I needed to perform maintenance recall service the issues started. First, it was difficult to get a date for a service. Finally, the date happened but was told only half the recalls could be done due to the time needed to perform the other recall. So I rescheduled. Then when the date came up, I was called and told they couldn't work on it because they didn't have enough mechanics so another reschedule. Finally, that date arrived and I called the night before to verify we were still on. I got there the next morning and they couldn't do the service because the tech was out sick and the other one quit. So, they gave me a loaner and told me it would be done the next day. The next day came and the tech was still out sick. The day after that they told me the tool to do the update was not working and needed an update itself. Finally, 3 days later, the update was completed. But, in the end they scratched my hood. I brought it to their attention and they appologize and told the service manager would contact me which happened late also. I guess it's a sign of the time but don't buy a VW or use their service. So sad it's come down to this.

Called ahead and confirmed the shop had the Haldex fluid I needed. I was assured by the part dept that they did. Drove an hour in as it's the only dealer near me. Sat for an hour, the service manager final came out and told they didn't have the fluid I specifically called ahead for and put in the service note. Drove an hour home. Take your time and money elsewhere.

Made a service appointment a week ahead of time for a recall and did not hear anything other than a few emails confirming the appointment. Drove an hour there today to be told their system was down and they couldn t complete it. I was not offered the option to leave it there or any accommodations the same day.

I purchased a pre-owned VW from this dealer the end of Nov 2023, for my wife. She loves the SUV, however the back office support has been difficult. Instead of waiting until the weekend for us to drive to the dealer, they pushed us to have a driver bring us the documents. When the documents arrived, there were many errors, and missing forms. Another driver was sent the following day to fix the errors. Since then there were delays in the dealer paying off our trade in (took over a month) which resulted in me having to pay extra interest on the loan for a vehicle I no longer owned. Next, I was sent a new tag for the new SUV from a county I do not live in. I understand mistakes happen, however, I was very clear on the county I live in, and that my tag only needed to be renewed. When I reached out to the dealer to resolve this issue, I was told it was simply a mistake, and I had to fix it by going to the DMV myself.I feel like Paramount Volkswagen was great until I signed the purchase agreement. Since then I've had little to no support, and have had to pay for their mistakes.

Everyone in the service department is always kind. However, we are still frustrated to be experiencing issues with our vehicle and still no answers from service department. This has been an on going issue since purchase. This does not give me confidence in the integrity of the vehicle. I feel like I have been sold a defective vehicle & for the expense we should not have on going issues that continue to be shrugged off.
