Celia and Cj were absolutely amazing! They did everything promptly and respectfully! Listened to our needs and wants without being pushy! Other dealerships pressured us with a bunch of tactics to try to force us to buy. At Kia they were kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This made buying our car very easy and stress free! The dealership played Christian music and is a Christian based company which we absolutely loved about it! Thank you Paramount Kia! Thankyou Celia!! If you need anything ask for Celia!

My husband and I were out and about the day we bought our Sportage from Paramount Kia in Hickory. We had no intention of buying a car, but thought we would check out a few cars we saw online in Asheville. We stopped at Kia in Hickory just to price shop the car we saw online. Celia came out and we talked for a few minutes. Next thing we knew, she brought out exactly what we were going to go look at but in a new version. Seemed like seconds later we were signing papers. My husband who does not like to buy new cars was sold. No real pressure by either her or her manager, just facts and a great price. I absolutely love my new car! When we want another car- we will go back and see Celia. .

Donavan was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle. He made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. I told him the price range that I wanted my car payments to be in and he found the perfect vehicle for me. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Donavan to help with their car buying needs.

I had a great experience at Paramount Kia. My previous car was a Kia and it was the best car I have ever had. Katie was great . She was nice and very informative. Christopher was so friendly , helpful and answered all our questions honestly. When I went to turn my tag in the lady asked what kind of car I bought. I told her a Kia and she said she was thinking about buying a Kia Sol and I told her how nice you guys are and I recommended she go to Paramount Kia and ask for Katie. Keep doing what you are doing!! By the way I love my new car.

From the time we pulled on the lot until we left with our new car, we had nothing but great feelings about purchasing our vehicle. Katie was awesome and very knowledgeable about the whole process. We meet other staff as well and everyone was so helpful and kind. Great dealership with great leadership! They definitely have won our business! I've had one of the best customer service experiences with Aaron, the service department manager at Kia of Hickory. I was trying to troubleshoot an issue with a recently purchased Kia. My time and money was being spent trying to discover what the real issue was. I called Kia of Hickory and had a very good conversation with Aaron. He asked to take a look at the car, looked it over, and then told me the truth. Not only was he honest but he went above and beyond by helping me solve that issue. Without Aaron's help I would have wasted my time, my energy, and my hard earned money. He was fantastic! It really means a lot to me. He has earned my trust and future business.

On April 5th 2024 went out to only test drive a Telluride. Needless to say it s now sitting in my driveway. I absolutely love the car but more importantly I so enjoyed meeting all the awesome and very knowledgeable people. Was over the top with our sales guy Michael and Ryan our finance guy. Everyone went above and beyond to make this happen. I drive a hard bargain and Ryan you had your work cut out for yourself but you made it happen. Could not ask for a better no pressure sales guy than Michael. I felt like he was a honest man and very true to his word. Again, a HUGE thank you to you all .,

The entire process was extremely easy and painless. After I picked out the car I wanted, I called Paramount Kia and spoke with Pete Bailey. With his help, and honest spirit of helping the customer, I was able to get a price nailed down and go pick up the car. No gimmicks, or surprises or annoying sales tactics. I will definitely revisit in the future for my next ride! Also, the finance dept was awesome, and low-pressure experience. I highly recommend them if you need a car, they make it worth taking a look at the Kia line up. And did I mention, the car is fantastic!!

Brought Kia Sportage in for 2 recalls. Sales asked me about trading and I agreed. Car would not run after recall service was done. Car they were going to sell me was and is STILL listed online with warranty. Then they told me the warranty was up in January. The car is still being advertised as with a warranty. So I was stuck with no car. Worked out a deal so I got a car but the goalpost moves with these people. Looks too much like false advertising and bait and switch. I am planning to contact the district manager

I had the most amazing experience here! Normally I dread car buying but my salesman Gates made this process super easy and was friendly and helpful every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better deal! One of the managers as well and the finance manager were amazing and helped me to get my car. We had a great experience buying our second new car from Nick Thomas at Kia of Hickory this past weekend. Nick is very helpful and low pressure. He has stayed available to us after buying the first car to answer our questions and that honestly brought us right back to this dealership without any hesitation to buy another car. Like any business, it's all about the people. We've also had great luck and responsiveness from the team in the service department. Aaron is very helpful.

A gentleman named Jordan helped us around 6 pm, and by 7 pm put a deal together that worked best for us. We got the exact vehicle we were looking for down to the color! We had to come back the next day to close the deal, but he was unable to be there. That s when Celia Espinoza stepped in to help us close the deal. Together, my husband and I have bought over 30 vehicles - 8 of them have been with Paramount. Celia was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She took her time to not only explain all of the documents to us, but after all was said and done, she spent an hour with us - and about half of it was after they closed - to go over ALL of the features of our new 2024 vehicle. She even set everything up for us!! Celia was SO thorough and helpful in making this one of the smoothest transactions we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle! We will be coming back to see her when we re ready to trade in any of our vehicles and plan to recommend any family and friends looking for a vehicle to go see Celia Espinoza at Paramount Kia!! Stopped by Saturday 8/26 to look at new car. Well we meet our sales person Gates Walter..He is without a doubt the best sales person I have ever had the pleasute of working with. He has the best friend attitude in showing us a car. He wasn't pushy, extremely knowledgea and showed us our best choice.. we spent 4 very enjoyable hours and drove home with a 2024 Kia Sportage LXS. This way my best purchase I ever experienced. This is my go to car dealer for buying or service.

Be careful of kia I have had my car since April 8th of 2022 with just over 17000 miles on it and my seats are ripped so be careful they will not cover nothing under warranty so I guess your 3 year 36000 mile don't mean nothing. I have bought 3 cars from kia. Will be taking my business somewhere eles.

Mike Tice, my sales representative, was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole shopping and buying process. In addition, Christopher, the finance manager, was very kind and made every effort to ensure I received the best rate possible for finance.As a woman without much car knowledge, car shopping can be very stressful. The help I received from these two gentlemen made the process much smoother than I expected.

Mike Tice was able to take my information and find a vehicle that met my needs.Update: Had the vehicle 3 weeks and a transmission warning came on so I brought it into the service department being that I bought the Allstate warranty. Technician said it needed a transmission replacement. Car has been with the Service department now for about 3 weeks. Transmission was on backorder. Still waiting. 3/25.Update #2: Got the vehicle back about 2 weeks ago. They changed out the transmission. Transmission warning came back and the transmission started shifting hard at times. Brought it in and they said the transmission is locked in 5th gear and is unsafe to drive. I had to gather my things and take an Uber home, again. They mentioned that they would be in contact with Allstate who I have my Premier warranty through. Once I got home I called Allstate and they mentioned that no one has contacted them and that this should be covered by Kia's work and parts. I am a very patient person but if they do not fix this, I will be seeking legal action.

I had a great experience at Paramount Kia. Found the exact car I wanted in amazing shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone made the process really smooth and quick.They go beyond for the customers and try to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they re stuff. It was our first time purchasing a car out-of-state and we will definitely come back in the future. Seriously, if you are looking for a great deal on an excellent vehicle, go here.

OUTSTANDING. I received outstanding service from the entire Paramount Kia of Hickory team when I stopped to check out a used Jeep while I was passing through North Carolina, on vacation from out of state. Gates worked with me and answered all my questions (and I asked him a lot of questions). When I decided to trade in my Jeep to them and make the purchase, Gates, Evan and Jesse did everything they could to make the purchase easy and accommodating. The communication with them throughout the process was easy, simple and productive, even with being still on vacation while we worked out the details. The process went very smoothly, even with the purchase made from several states away. The entire staff was very helpful, Raymond was wonderful in completing his special retrieval mission, polite, friendly and efficient, the service team with their unplanned task and I even appreciated the salesman who simply stopped to chat with me about the Jeep I was purchasing and Jeeps in general on the day I made the purchase. The staff is friendly, kind, patient and very respectful. And based on my research about this vehicle for the months prior to stopping and seeing it and then buying it, I think it was a fair price. I am very pleased and would definitely do business with this team again. I am also essentially driving my dream vehicle right now, I could not possibly ask for more from it.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Paramount Kia of Hickory. Donavan Maddox our sales rep was the best. He made the car buying experience fun. From the financing to purchasing everyone at Paramount Kia was exceptional. Thank you, Donavan, for the great car buying experience ever. I love my 2024 Kia K5 GT. Brent Hood and their service department are also the best. Every experience I have has with this dealership has been the best. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Paramount Kia is the best dealership in hickory. If you want a vehicle new or used this is the place to go! The salesperson I worked with was Cody, and he was very intelligent, kind, and listened very very well. He was able to fit my needs to the perfect car. I traded in my mirage for more than I expected to get, and was able to negotiate a car payment I wanted for a brand new k5. The car is beautiful and the experience was even better. I would recommend anyone and everyone to get to this dealership, find Cody, and buy yourself a beautiful new Kia!
