I needed some work done to my 2015 f150. Rigo was super helpful and diagnosed my trucks problem very quickly. He also had the repairs done in the time frame I needed. I had a larger transmission problem that he could not fix but he was able to send me to a great transmission shop. I will definitely be returning to Papas for future repairs. Oh and he was very fairly priced.

Rigo is an amazing guy. Apparently my ball joint on the left tire had a botched job done on it (Dont go to Howell Motorsports in downtown Hickory) before it came into my possession. During a work delivery a bump in the road broke the whole joint including the cv joint and almost the control arm; almost taking out the whole tire. Rigo set me up by replacing both joints, salvaging the arm, and even throwing a high mileage synthetic oil change for only $450 AND HE GOT IT DONE IT 1 BUSINESS DAY. It was picked up and towed after hours on 4/3, and ready to go by noon 4/5. It drives and feels better than when i first bought the car, and it didnt burn the enormous hole in my bank that i thought it would, he really blessed me. 10/10 will definitely go back.

These guys are AMAZING! Passed my inspection with ease. Also told me about my Rotors and replaced them himself at no extra cost outside of the cost of parts. Treated me and my fianc� like we were family. 5 stars was not enough.
