Brain and Family run a wonder shop. Prices are very reasonable and the work is top notch! I recommend them to everyone. They service the three vehicles we own. Makes are Toyota, Ford and even our BMW. Try them out if you want a trustworthy shop to handle your repairs and maintenance!

They did a great job. One stop truck and auto are reasonable with cost. I got a quote somewhere else and they are beating their price by 300 dollars. With how much everything cost these days that is important. Great group of mechanics. Family owned vehicle maintenance and repair, you know anything you take them, from your go-kart to a tractor-trailer, will be cared for properly and at a reasonable price!This is a place I happily tell my friends about when they need anything from an oil change to an engine rebuild!If you have a Honda? I assure you they know more about, and better care for your Honda than the dealership!Stop in, and tell 'em the Barefoot sent ya!

I chose to go here cause it was close by to where we live. We just moved in the area. I understand everyone has their bad days and not everyone is a morning person. With that said, I could feel the negative vibes as soon as I walked in. I should've walked right out before I approached. Fortunately, they sent me somewhere else. (Thank God).

This is my go to place in Hickory for everything from auto repair to inspection. Great family and folks that run the shop. Hey Folks, I must say that all I can say about the team at One Stop Truck and Auto are fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service, very reasonable rates and the list goes on. So if you are in need of car repair, oil changes, tire rotation, you name it; look no further and go pay these guys a visit. I promise you won t regret it. I would highly recommend Brian and his team!!!!!!!!

2 vehicles 2 years, problems each time. Timing belt, water pump, ac evaporator core replacement. 1 month spring in their parking lot, ac not fixed, then vehicle was infested with little red bugs "not chiggers" they paid to spray it though. Next year vehicle 2, figured I'd give one more chance. CATALYTIC CONVERTER replacement and change upstream o2 sensor. I called to ask if they could check it before replacement just to verify I was told "it's the cat" " ethanol has is a CATALYTIC converter killer" replaced Cat, they didn't attach properly or hang properly next day it pulled apart, they fixed that but still rattles. Said they couldn't replace o2 sensor because it was stuck and basically wanted me to replace exhaust manifold. Said it would be around $400. Decided to take it to another shop right down the road and they replaced the o2 sensor in 1 hour just by heating it. One stop has very little communication between themselves. It won't happen a 3rd time. I won't go back. Avoid and go somewhere else. They do subpar work. And for the ones that disagree, it happened twice. No more for me.

I absolutely love this small family owned and ran shop. Great people and the best atmosphere. Always feel right at home, and you never have to worry about your vehicle because you know it is getting taken care of.

A couple months ago I took my daughters Honda Accord here because nobody else could figure out what the problem was, even a Honda dealer. Her car would just stop driving down the road. I spoke to Michael and he knew exactly where to start. What many other mechanics could not figure out, this place got it first try! Hands down great service and fair priced too!!

I have been going to One Stop Truck and Auto for the past 4-5 years. They have done A/C service, water pump replacement, brake service, oil changes and inspections for me. The service has been friendly, timely and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

Hands down the most honest hard working group of people I've ever known to work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop for any type of work needed on your vehicles. I've been through the ropes with my suv and they took care of it in 1 visit while other companies wanted double what they ask for. They don't just fix the problem they will solve it and explain in ways so even someone who knows nothing about cars such as myself will understand. I recommend this company to anyone in need of a repair or oil change.

One of the best auto shops I've ever done business with.I was working in hickory and the clutch went out on my truck. I called them up and they were as professional as they could be and gave me a quote right over the phone. The final price was 3 dollars more than the estimate, which is rare.They took my truck in and had it done before the deadline. Just an honest, straight forward autoshop.

We have gone to One Stop (many times) mainly due to the fact that they are close by with three different vehicles. We never received a repair that was completely correct. Repeated returns to get repairs corrected including a tow back with no compensation from them. Costs as much as other quality shops. Never had a repair finished when we were told it would be ready and we are now paying another shop to correct their work with great results. If you need a oil change, sure. If you need any kind of involved repair... Find another shop.

I m so happy I found One Stop Truck and Auto. Very honest owners, prices are reasonable and extremely clean shop. I had my suburban lifted by someone else and had problems. One Stop fixed everything and I couldn t be more greatful for their expertise.If you re looking for a honest auto mechanic in this area, look no further.

This shop is great for basic to advanced mechanical assistance. Brian and the shop staff are great to deal with. Enjoy their transparency and out the door pricing. Excellent customer service, and friendly.

These guys werr amazing. I was out of town on business and overheating. They got me in immediately and chsnged out my radiator. Probkem fixed. 4 other shops wouldnt touch it till next week. Had to be in KY on Monday. Thsnk you for taking care us!!
