I purchased a battery in 2021. I was told I had a 3year warranty but the battery should be good for atleast 5 years. I'm disable and hard of hearing. I trusted their employees to be knowledgeable about their job. In june of this year 2023 I went to have my battery tested becauseI was having some issues.I was told at that time that my battery was in good condition and I had no worries. Well n August while driving my battery died on me. I was not in the city I live in but an hour awY with my granddaughter whose 3 and my youngest daughter it was very hot and we were perfusely sweating.I had just been released from the hospital almost 4 days before this incident.we were cautious about traveling . However out of the city where she lived and also my city we could not get any help from any orielly. I was told my battery warranty expired two months ago and that it only had a 2year warranty. I was livid because two months ago was june and they had to know my battery was dead or dying. I had to exit the highway on a wing and prayer as my car came to a stop. I made it to the nearest auto parts store- Autozone when i had my battery tested it read -bad battery poor reserve .Replace battery now. I was forced to pay 209$ for a new battery with turning in my core. If I had not brought a new battery I would have been stranded with my granddaughter and her mom. After returning to my city I went to the store where I purchased the battery and all the manager could say is I'm sorry my supervisor won't let me do anything cause the warranty is up. I stressed to her I came in in june to have my battery tested and basically i was told a lie. I don't drive everyday but my car gets cranked up everyday. She suggested that I call customer satisfaction. Which I did and it's been almost a month since this happened and to date no one has contacted me back after hearing my situation and telling me they'd try to see what they could do. Apparently nothing. I stopped dealing with Advance auto and Autozone when Orielly opened up in NC. As I have stated to the female manager this is enough to make me run back to autozone or advance auto because Orielly wouldn't care if this happened to one of their CEO's grandma. Well maybe by then they'd actually care. I did what I thought was good by having my car checked out. I was LIED to and turned away. This company would not acknowledge the lies or the situation I was put in with my family. Needless to say Autozone has never given me a problem. Orielly is a whole different subject.

Very Nice, greeted me upon walking in and assisted me with the part i bought without acting like it was a problem as ive dealt with at other places. Will definitely return to this location when needed. Thanks for great service and better pricing than your competitors on this part which was a tail light assembly for 2001 Grand Jeep Cheerokee Laredo!

An ac hose busted in the middle of rush hour traffic and I ended up coasting into their parking lot. Dave the assistant manager came out to help and helped identify the hose that had given way and then went in to help me find the parts I needed to fix my vehicle. He was amazing as he helped to replace the hose. Me and my friends night was saved by him and I am grateful. Dave deserves a raise, he is an amazing employee and went above and beyond.

Incredibly helpful guys at the counter!! I walked in not sure where to locate the item I was looking for, the fella behind the counter asked me what I needed and I showed him. He took me straight to the fob batteries grabbed the one I needed and I was out of there in no time. He even offered to place the battery in the fob if I needed the help. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Great selection of parts in stock for my old Ford trucks....but....the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The employees act like it is an inconvenience to give even the basic customer service and when ask questions they reply with hateful smarta$$ remarks. If I could rate zero stars I would.

The employee named David went out of his way just before the store closed to help us with a battery issue. It was not a standard battery and was a pain to remove. Other auto parts store would not remove the battery but he did and thats the mark of a great employee. Thank you!

A very friendly and helpful staff member welcomed me to the store, acknowledged my military service, thanked me for my service and gave me a fist-bump rather than a handshake, due to COVID-19 protocol. He politely asked how he may be able to help me, so I told him my battery light was coming on in my car and asked if he could perform a load test on my battery. In the rain, he went out and checked the amperage on my battery, which was lower than it should be, however didn't show replace. Then he checked my alternator and found it to be bad. He looked up the part and gave me the price and asked if I wanted it. I asked if he could offer a Military Discount and he did. Not having a lot of extra cash on hand and not wanting to make a return trip to return my core, I bought it on my card and asked if I could change it there. It was raining and I knew my battery wouldn't last until I got home, especially running my headlights and windshield wipers. He said, I could and he loaned me the sockets, ratchet and breaker bar I needed to release the tension on the belt tensioner to remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley and remove and replace the alternator. It took me about 20 minutes to make the swap and take their tools and my core back into the store for my refund. He offered me some paper towels and Waterless Hand Cleaner to clean my hands. After thanking him, I went to my car to leave, but my battery was slow and draggy. I returned to the store and asked if he could either quick-charge my battery of if they had a jump-start box. He jump-started my car. And I didn't cut it off until I got back home in Hudson. The alternator did it's thing and charged my battery as I was driving home and I haven't had a minutes trouble with it since. Even on these early morning cold start ups. This store and employee went above and beyond the call of duty to help a distressed veteran out on a cool rainy evening.A+++ and 5 s!

Terrible service. Still currently waiting on 4 rotors to be turned since 3:30pm. It's currently 9pm. They promised they would be finished by 7:30pm. When we asked why it was taking so long all we got was "We're busy. Deal with it." I will NEVER go to O'Reilly's again and I will always recommend anywhere else but O'Reilly's.

Love this O'Reilly's Auto Parts! Every time I've been there I've received excellent service. This time I needed my battery checked. And it was discovered I needed a new battery they put it in for me, no charge. I will definitely keep coming back here! Great, reliable service.

Went by last night (3/17/2021) and the man behind the counter, who was on his cell phone, was extremely rude and not helpful. I needed a fuse for my radio. When I told him what I needed he literally didn't speak a word, he just rolled his eyes and pointed to the fuse aisle behind me. I stated I didn't know what fuse it was and that's why I was there for assistance. He rudely told me I'd have to figure it out myself. Won't be stopping at this store again.

I got really fast service. I needed my battery replaced and they got it installed in 10 minutes. Prices vary depending on what kind of car you have and what service you need. My 1996 Celica battery was about $140.

Had a broken trailer. The manager, Ben, allowed me the time and opportunity to make repairs. Parts were available and staff was polite, courteous, and helpful.

As a budding mechanic and DIY guy, I love O'Reilly's. They have a wide selection of car accessories, fluids and tools. The staff are always friendly as well.

I needed to replace a starter on my Jeep. They have the part in stock was able to test my old starter. When I learned it wasn't the starter that needed replacing they were very helpful and suggesting what could be the cause of my issues. I'd go there again.

Employees should remain employed by remaining oly as1: Remember to show customer support with the respect of honesty and integrity.2: Remain only as a store tech inside the business ....never ever become involved with a customer. **(Take rides from customers or accept cash or any other offer or gift from a mentor or anyone not employed with O'reilly's)**3: Maintain excellent hygiene as well as distance from others ...(Do not over spray yourselfs ....don't flirt with anyone on the other side of counter)4: Conversations will and can be used against anyone planning to do such acts!5: Don't forget about stealing from company it a huge negitive attempt....that goes for taking items in return that is not what Your about.Rule of thumb Try it and find outTalking or using phone as a dating site is low self-respect and it won't be tolerated. Read Again any questions asked considering Rules

Helping a friend change a blown tire, these guys said that while they couldn't loan us a floor jack they did loan a lug wrench and wheel chocks and gave us a handful of zip ties to hold the bumper together. Thanks y'all!
