I went in to get a set of new windshield wipers. The guys were super helpful in explaining different types, and even installed the blades. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Went in there yesterday about 5 minutes to close knowing what we needed to buy and where it was, made it very quick since we knew they were closing in a few. Employee stared us down from entry to exit and told us to hurry.

I was helped today by David, he went above and beyond with helping me and answering all of my questions! He even went out to my car and took a look at it to be able to best reccomend what I needed! I also called customer service to give them a compliment on his behalf, he made my day! Thank you a million times David! O'Reilly's, you've got an absolute gem of an employee, he deserves a raise!

Came in tonight because both of my regular head lights went out on me thought maybe a fuse but it wasn t just the bulbs went bad just my luck both of them a month apart , I worked with William A and Brady S to get a good quality priced bulb for both sides and these young men came out in the freezing cold and walked my fianc� and taught him and helped us change the bulbs no questions asked the way the bulbs need changed is in a uncomfortable place and kinda difficult to get to but both of the employees jumped right in to save me a ticket for no lights and help with the safety of me driving and was very educational and even schooled me and my fianc� if we needed to change them ourselves in future these guys need a good meal on o reilly corporate tab and a extra day of PTO OR a raise these 2 employees went above and beyond tonight and I want the recognize and valued by this company immediately you don t find many places with excellent customer service these days but these 2 guys definitely deserve something for them exceeding my expectations with headlight changing !!! O Reilly take care of these guys !!! Thanks William and Brady!!! You guys did a fantastic job tonight and corporate needs to recognize you and do something very nice for you guys!!!

Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff are the norm at most O'reilly stores but these guys have gone above and beyond when i got my first muscle car (a 1997 firebird) i had bad ignition wires i tried replacing it myself and screwed it up went back to because my car was missing badly not only did thy get me new ignition cables but them came out and helped me cut them to size and put them on correctly so they firing order was right customer for life thanks joe

The manager was very helpful. We needed a new battery for our Jeep and oil and fiter for our rider mower. He needed to order the filter and we gotten it later that afternoon

I am more loyal to the employees who I interact with than a particular business brand. The employees I have done business with at this O'Reilly's for a while are great people. Mickey and Damon are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I hope they and more like them will be there for years to come.

Well they got good customer service. The reason i only give them 4 stars is there tool rental. When they refund my money for the tool .I thought that it would instantly go back on my debit card.Now i only has the tool couple hours it wouldnt line up with my lugs.Anyway i didnt get my refund for several days.It was not O'Reilly fault it was my bank. At first they tried to say that depends on o'Reilly but its ur bank .

Just stopped by because it was convenient, bad mistake waste of time. I've been to this place three times since it opened each time saying never again. I stood at the counter needing help, one guy looked at me with a frown and kept going to a customer at the check out. The other clerk? kept talking to same customer and never looked at me right in front of him. I walked out and heading to their competition down the road. Why I this place still open?

Ask staff for Heather gas additive. Mgr stated they did not carry it. As I placed it on counter both mfr. And girl playing at counter acted offended that I pointed out the product. These are the kids that want $15 an hour. Wow. Will never shop there again.

OReillys of Hickory has definitely lost a customer today. I attempted to return a product and the manager on duty (Jeff) spoke to me in a way that was demeaning and demoralizing. When I brought it to his attention, he slowed his speech down as if he was talking to a toddler. How hard is it to return a product? This was definitely a first for me. Honestly it was the first time I have ever felt uncomfortable in an auto parts store. I am someone who grew up with a dad that taught me how to care for my vehicles. I am incredibly disappointed!

Lazy people. Didn t want to help change a battery after we had to have road side drop the car here for a new battery. I come from Springfield where they would never act this way.
