These folks were absolutely wonderful! I had a flat tire on a Sunday and they were able to fit me in quickly and professionally and patched my tire. Very kind people and if you ever need any work down on your car at all, please consider using these folks! Thank you, NTB Tire and Service Center for helping me in my hour of need!

Took my 2019 GMC Dually in for new tires. Before they did any work on the truck, I asked them to be careful with the aluminum rims. Sure enough, three of the rims were gouged from their poor workmanship. To top it off, Ray, the manager wasn't willing to do anything. He said I could call the CHQ and complain. He said I wouldn't be the first one to make the call. After I cooled down a bit, when I got home I decided to take a closer look. WOW, I couldn't believe all the issues. The tire pressure in the outside dualls was 49# on one side and 32# on the other. The spoked wheels were not lined up so it's impossible to check the psi on the inside. Both front tires were below 35 pounds. Keep in mind, it a 3500 that pulls a 21,000 pound RV most of its life. Tires are rated for 80psi. Ray said they replaced the rubbers on the TMS but I don't think the truck has one. Three of the four valve stem caps were not installed. They were instructed to replace the valve stems, not sure but they don't look new. The yellow dot on the tires are meant to be 180 degrees from the valve stem. One is correct, One the dot is on the inside so I can't tell, and the other two that are visible are not even close. Oh yeah, my nice driving truck now has a vibration. Don't take your truck to this tire shop. It's located in Hickory, NC on 8th street. They don't care about you or your truck.UPDATE: I contacted the corporate office. Mark the area manager seems very sincere in his concern with my issue. Steps are being taken to make things right. Update to follow next week.

This store was absolutely amazing!!! The guys took care of my car correctly and efficiently. Feel like it would have been an even better experience if the female cashier hadn't seemed so distracted and was more engaging. Hate when people show up for what seems to be just a paycheck.Those guys sure know how to put in the work!! I will be a return customer because of them!

Brittney and her team saved the day! We were traveling home to DC from Asheville when the tire pressure light came on. We took the next exit and made our way here. Brittney met us in the parking lot, evaluated the tire and her team went to work right away. The service was outstanding and so was the price! Thank you Brittney and NTB Hickory for getting us back on the road quickly and safely!

I had the most amazing experience at this tire shop.All of the staff seem to be very kind but nothing like your girl Britney, she was amazing!! She met me outside. Walked me in treatedme like family. As if we have known each other or a whole lives. I would come back here over and over again. Please don't let this girl go. She is amazing, she treats everybody. Equally and is so freaking Awsome

They were amazing! I have the tendency to run my tire to the wire. They were able to get me in first thing. Extremely thorough also, I had two different appointments for 2 different tires, and they made sure to double-check that! They were also great at informing me about additional services my car needed without making it seem pushy! I will definitely be coming back for all my tire and car needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brittany was the staff who helped me and she gave excellent customer service. She made me feel like family and I was having a gloomy day and she made me smile and laugh :) I appreciate you hiring staff like Brittany who are so helpful and make things go with ease. My experience here was wonderful! I came to get my tires rotated and they did great. They were very helpful and made sure to ask if I needed extensive things checked! I will definitely be coming back for other vehicle necessities in the future!!

I apparently have such a magnetic personality that every piece of metal in the county is attracted to my tires as I drive around. While stuck with a particularly large screw today, NTB immediately got me in and helped get me set up for all of my options. It was too big to just do a repair, but their did their due diligence to check first. They were also great about adding in a tire rotation after I initially approved service.

Every interaction I ve had with the folks at this shop has been absolutely stellar. Brittany and Scott have both been understanding, knowledgeable, and, above all else, approachable. I have come back multiple times for multiple services and have been more than satisfied every time. I have recommended these folks to multiple people and will continue recommend them again and again.

On our trip from Florida, we found a bubble in our tire. After stopping at 4 other tire places who either didn t have what we needed or were closed, we stopped at NTB, and Britney was so quick to help us. She made sure we could get back home safe on our 10 hour drive. 10/10 recommend

Scott and his team always treat me and my vehicle with great care and respect. I drive about 45 mins one way to get my vehicle serviced by them. I wouldn't trust going anywhere else. If you haven't had the pleasure or are looking for a place to service your vehicle I hands down recommend them! 100%

Came in today with a slow leak in one of my tires, was afraid it was too close to closing time. Brittany was very understanding and fit me in. I greatly appreciate her great customer service. I only come to this store for my tires. Thank you Brittany!!!

Brittany was super kind, helpful, and made sure that I had everything I needed. I come here for all my car maintenance and have always had a great experience. Everyone here is so pleasant and friendly while your car is being serviced. Would highly recommend bringing your car to NTB in Hickory!

Ideal experience, overall. One of, if not THE best, that I ve had up here. Brittany, specifically, was especially helpful. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & thorough. Not to mention, patiently answered all of my questions. That, along with her vibrant, positive attitude, epitomized what not only must make her a valued asset to the NTB team, but was absolutely welcomed & appreciated. Very impressed. Highly recommend this location. Definitely will be coming back. Honorable mention, goes out to Scott. Who struck me as being pretty cool, honest & professional.

Yesterday I went to NTB in hickory NC. Brittany was very kind. She helped me out. I would go there again if she could work on my vehicle.I got a front end alignment.After I got home I looked at my paperwork. Some things changed, but a lot didn't. I know on the paperwork they were in the green, but in my opinion it should be even, in the middle. Well, I once again talked to Brittany. She told me to come down and they would fix it. Drove 25 miles, and talked to Kelly. He told me they fixed the things in red. Which according to the paperwork is true. I asked why the rest wasn't zeroed out, so to speak. He told me I would have to talk to the manager tomorrow. I told him I drove 25 miles today. He said his manager does the same thing. So I guess that makes everything alright? Driving 50 miles for nothing! Not sure if you care, but NTB has definitely lost a customer. I'll spend more and take it to my dealership . At least there I know it's done right.

I called and asked if I needed an appointment and the man on the phone was so polite. An appointment wasn t needed. I came in and was greeted by the kindest woman who helped immediately. She answered questions and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Staff was super friendly and all 4 tires on my truck were mounted and balanced within my lunch break. Test drive on I-40 was a success. Will use this location in the future for all my tire/wheel needs.

The people here have always extremely helpful and good to me, and do good, clean work. I have an odd import diesel and unlike a lot of places, they took the time to figure out how to get parts even though it's not on any conventional lists. Highly recommended for all services they provide.

Professional, prompt and courteous service in getting an alignment done on a Lexus RX. Management (front) staff responsive and informative. Alignment done in 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

Went to a couple of different places for a professional alignment, was told they can t do it because of my truck having a 7 inch lift. Came to NTB and they got it done, really good staff as well! This is why I come to NTB for services!

Brittany and Kim are amazing! My power steering is messed up, but they handled it so well! I felt bad that they had to drive it in like that, but they were great! Literally the only place I go to for all my car essentials Now to get my power steering fixed
