Fair pricing , speedy service , later hours and friendly staff.. DO NOT follow GPS entrance directions that lead you to back .. go to front entrance.

Amazing customer service!Needed an emergency tire change and they were able to help same day! The entire process only took 20 minutes!I definitely recommend!

Purchased used tire. The outside was good but inside with a busted belt. 5 day return policy didn't know they considered holidays as part of the 5 day return. Gentleman looked at and noticed the wobble stated it must be a wheel bearing he stated. I explained that it was not like that before you put this tire on and of course nothing else was done. Ended up having to be stuck with a bad tire. Do not purchase a used tire from this entity.

Each time I've visited, th service guys were very nice & didn't leave me standing around waiting. I'm on limited income so I let them Kno what I need & what I have, they've always met my pricing needs & made sure my vehicle was safe before leaving.My used tires looked nearly new! Very Nice customer service, would definitely recommend & will go back again!

It's the lack of sympathy that I don't like. I have purchased 2 tires within a months span from these folks and have had 2 flats. They are selling bad tires. Have a 5 day warranty or whatever. I even don't like the snooty attitude from pregnant lady when I'm explaining that I just purchased the tires and she could care less. They put on another bad tire got my money in less than a week my tire burst on highway with 4 kids in car. Very scary. Never go here they could care less.

Was told we didn t need new brakes which is why we went here . because we did need new brakes. Two weeks after service and the brakes were grinding bad because WE NEEDED BREAKS. now there s more problems on top of that. We have proof that someone that works here texted and told us you do not need breaks ??????????? confused on how this is a business. do not recommend you take your car here. There s plenty of other good mechanics in Hickory that are not scammy. The mechanic looked at my car and said I did it? Really?? I don t remember working on this car? Uh yeah you did.. two weeks ago and $800 plus later LOL. A joke

I had a flat tire and they allowed the car to be towed to the tire shop and had it close to finish by the time I got there! Great experience. 10/10 would recommend

Had a screw in my tire was told by mr tire on center Street in Hickory they could not repair. Sent me here and they took care of it. Great experience

These guys are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Fast and efficient on another level. Their prices are the best. Although I have purchased many tires from NDK for my vehicles, the other day I needed a couple of old tires to help my son on a project. I stopped by as they were closing but that didn't matter. My dude went out of his way to help me. Thank you again NDK!

Damage my powered coated rims, and all they could say is sorry and would not take responsibility for doing the damage. Now, I have to pay $600 to get the rim repainted.

I ve been going here for a while, between tires, oil changes, anything. They are always super friendly and get me in and out with no issues. The guys working there are the best! I always recommend this place to anyone!

Paid 65 dollars for a used tire. It leaks and wobbles while going down the rd. The most expensive used tire I've ever purchased and it was going flat when I got home. Thanks for nothing.

Bought 4 tires from here and 2 of them only lasted 2 weeks. They both had plugs in them and I was told that they all had 90% life. Check them for yourself if you decide to go with them. Or maybe just go to someone else you can trust

Went in looking for car tires and got exactly what I needed. They got me in pretty quick and it didn t take them long to change all 4 car tires. Overall the staff was super friendly, and amazing customer service! I will definitely be back!

SUPER nice and friendly guys! I barely got out of my car before someone had already made time to come ask me about what was wrong, and not even half an hour later I was driving out of the parking lot. They work quickly and efficiently, and make sure to treat you with respect at the same time. Highly recommend these guys!

Fast friendly and efficient service. I found them through using Google Maps. I needed a couple of used tires and they were able to provide them at a very fair price. The service included dismounting the old Tire mounting the new unbalancing as well as taking them on and off the car for me.They have a great selection of used tires in the store and have more coming to them on a regular basis. They can also perform some mechanical service work and have a total of 6 bays in the garage.

I inquired to the website mid-morning if they could install ball joints that same day. They were very responsive and set me up an appointment for 2: 00pm. Unforeseen circumstances caused me to miss that appointment & not arrive till 3: 00pm, yet ownership did everything within their power to fit me in. They even stayed 30 minutes past closing time just to make sure my repairs were done. Very satisfied with the work they did and the attitude in which they did it.

At first they are really good service until I had to go back four times due to the tires not being round or balanced right and they are over six years old!!! I got four tires and two were dated 2013 and the other two were 2015!!! They proceeded to tell me the reason for my car vibrating at 60-65 mile/hour was my wheel bering going bad . I replaced that and it still did the same thing then they proceeded to tell me it was my motor mount!!! I took my car to another tire place and they showed me that the tires were old and out of round and only counter balanced!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone from this experience!! At least I know if anything happens to me and my car because of the tires it is their problem!! No matter if they say as is they are selling used tires older then 6 years!!!!

They are shady. You buy a pair of used tires. They will charge you more for the second one. I had to pay 10 dollars more for the second tire. Just because I had to bring one tire at a time to get them replaced.

Did everything in their power to make sure I was safe on the road instead of squeezing my pocket. Where family and life mean more than money. Will drive an hour again just to do business here. Thank you NDK

Quick service, very friendly. Problem I seen is that I was trying to be sold a used tire that had 3/32 for 47.00. I thought it was steep for a used tire that had no life left except for a rear tire and maybe get 1,500 miles. Good spare that would be about it. Better off getting new cheap tires at 60 each
