Great auto parts supplier with a machine shop with friendly service. Parts are a little more than other places but seem to be a higher quality !

Came to this location today and it was kinda busy. Had to wait about 10 min before I was helped. They guys seemed friendly and helpful. I needed 3 belts for my truck. Went back to put them on, and every one of them were wrong. So went back and managed to get 1 that I needed. Again very helpful. I would recommend stopping at this location.

Ordered parts the night before and picked them up the next day. I was checked out quickly and on my way. Atmosphere was great and the gentlemen were very knowledgeable.

It is a great place to work. You are family at NAPA. They really care about you and your family. I loved it. I would still be there if I could, but I am to old now. I still tell everyone about NAPA.

These guy's are absolutely wonderful. We were in the need of new hydraulic hoses for our tractor. Bill took a look at our hoses and went to work replacing them. He had us back to work in no time. Thanks guys!

Dropped of a Dodge 440 block and heads for complete machine work. Had to wait 3 weeks- they were real busy and I do understand that completely. They had to order 2 connecting rods but they could not get oversized pistons and a crankshaft. I found the crank and piston set at another parts store (Advance) and brought those to the machine shop. Was told would be done soon.When I went to pick up the machined parts 3 weeks later, the heads had been forgotten and had not been touched. Was told they would get right on it and they would be ready in a few days. When I called back I was told the heads had some cracks and needed to be sent out for welding, it would take a week or so but they would be completely done up and ready to go. Another 3 weeks went by. When the heads finally came back, the valves were not done, only the welding. A day needed to install and seat the valves. OK.Few days later I call to inquire about the status, now they found that 2 valves are bent- need to be ordered. Should be arriving next day. But didn't arrive.A week later the valves arrived but they had ordered the wrong ones, back to waiting for different valves.When I went back to check in on the status, everything was done. Excellent machine work. Very pleased only it took a long time that could be improved but again the quality of the work looks outstanding

Great group of guys they even have a machine shop in the back and lots of parts available and although they seem to be old and grouchy they know their stuff and can get it for you very quickly for a very reasonable price. I won't step foot inside an O'Reilly's or AutoZone or advance Auto because of the fact that there is a Napa within driving distance. These guys are always on the lookout to help me out and I see that present for everyone that walks in the door and that people is something you will not find at AutoZone or advance Auto. Check them out and I guarantee you'll be returning.

This is a review for the machine shop in the back. If there was 10 stars id give those guys an 11. I had a little different job that needed done and they did an excellent job! I could not have wished for anything better. I highly recommend going to these guys for any machine shop work needed!

They have quality parts that are better the the average auto parts stores. This location also has a machine shop that does quality engine work and they also make hydraulic hoses. They don't carry alot of the fancy led lights or accessories that the teenagers are looking for but do have quality parts.

Most experienced salespeople in all of hickory an the surrounding area. Definitely the place to go for all your automotive industry needs. Plus the only machine shop around.

Always supprised by them having parts unobtainable elsewhere. Plus the napa on 70 in hickory has an automotive machine shop behind it.
