Art was my service advisor, he helped me get my brake pads put on without trying to upsell me. I also got my oil replaced, with the recommendation of replacing my tires at the next oil change. Typically, I shy away from routine maintenance service at dealerships as I do not want to pay higher prices or feel they are trying to upsell me as a female, but I felt Art was taking care of my car and needs; great experience at Modern. Highly recommend.

I ordered parts from Nissan twice. They were nice on the phone. Upon arriving, the parts desk is turned in a way where you can see them, but they can't see you, and they can't hear you inside the glass. There is no bell or anything to get their attention. Both times I stood there holding my 1 year old son waiting and waiting to get help, while I just seen them scrolling on Facebook. I called the front desk to get transferred to parts, where I told them I've I've standing here almost 10 minutes watching them be on their phones waiting for help to pick up my part. I thought the first time was just whatever, but when I went the second time, same thing and I won't be ordering parts from this nissan anymore, I would rather go to Cornelius or Statesville. Two times I've had to stand there waiting for help when 2 guys were free.

I brought tires 12/20/21 when I left my car was not riding rough I callArt spoke with him about it I drive truck I had to leave town he told me to bring it back when I get back so I did they drove it and said they could not find anything wrong then I suggested check the balance of the tire they told me I had a warped rim I never had any problems with my car riding like that everything was smooth

The tech. Found the problem & now ordering & wait on part to fix a/c. I will have to come back to get it fixed, but it will be good to have a/c in my car!!!
