I get my 4Runner serviced here.i didn't purchase it here, but they've taken care of my needs. At times, they've had Superior service staff and The Associate Jay,which helped me , she was super! Helped me find coupons to save money. Walked me to the waiting area and to my SUV as I was leaving. And it was pouring rain! Thank you, MJHT, for keeping A+ Employees!

I had my car serviced here today for the first time. Amanda Cole is the absolute best and made everything so easy for me. She was very patient, thorough, and communicated allinformation about my car to me. She made the visit a breeze and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!Service: Oil change

Great place to have your Toyota serviced. Very nice waiting area with comfortable seating, a caf�, free coffee, popcorn and water. Brought our car in with no appointment and we were done in less than an hour.

Service takes a while Every time I'm here it takes at least 2 times longer than it should. Took 3 hours to get new tires. Took over an hour and a half for basic maintenance. Do not recommend unless you have all day to do nothing. The staff is great and very accommodating to help with your wait. Overall pleased with service just took longer than plannedService: Auto maintenance

Didn t try to upsell me anything and gave me affordable options with a timeline of how long certain parts had left. They worked very quickly while understaffed. Just moved here from Florida and Art and Tyler the service manager delivered unparalleled service and made both I as well as my partner feel right at home. Rather then taking the more expensive and easier route, they both looked at the issue and came up with a less costly and effective solution that put us back on the road within 20 minutes. Thank you both!

I've bought our last four cars here. Friendly and honest people. Its still a guessing game when buying cars regardless of where you go but I'm satisfied here. Service department is exceptional. For sales , see Pete Ballard

Took over an hour for a basic oil change. Really difficult to get anyone to answer the phone to schedule maintenance

i always receive the best customer service when i go and Cody always goes out of his way to make sure i always am taken care of. everyone is always friendly and i m usually in and out in no time!

The experience was ok, just the $ signs that annoyed me !! Never had a service cost me 177.00 and that was narrowing it down from like from another 300.00 to 400.00. My car just got out of warranty and all of a sudden it needs all types of filters,the lady in waiting room told me they told her the same thing. Just not right thing to do and NO I won't go back !!

Tried to sell me a car that had a transmission that was slipping and thought because I was female I would believe the BS story of the car just not being driven in a while. Don't bother.

Have free service with car but honestly would rather just pay to have oil change elsewhere its always a hassle trying to sell u wipers breaks ect
