Went with my sister to have her Camry's scheduled service. The guys were so professional and addressed some additional needed services. The waiting area was very comfortable and offered free drinks and popcorn, and was very clean, as was the restroom.

I never leave reviews but I don t want this to happen to anyone else. Make sure you double check everything before you leave. Went to get my oil changed and tire rotation as normal. When I left got maybe half a mile down the road and my car starts saying low oil replace your oil now. Check engine light came on and malfunction messaged popped up. Car was sputtering acting like it didn t want to go when I accelerated. They did not put oil back in my car. Drained it and did not fill it back up. They said it was a faulty oil filter and that there was oil in there. They did fix everything after I made it back up to the express care. Be aware and make sure this doesn t happen to you.

The employees here know how to take advantage of people that go in for a simple oil change. They always find something else that s wrong with your vehicle and get you to spend money. Don t fall for it. They are sneaky & lie. They told me that my rear brakes are down to 2 mm and I declined to have them put on new ones & I went home and checked them myself and there was well over half of the pad left. Also, they said my air filter & cabin filters are bad and when they brought it to the waiting area to show me they switched it for one they have laying around that s way worst. I take pictures of my filters before I go in for maintenance. It s worth a second opinion from a garage you can trust before they over charge at this place.

Went with my wife to get her oil changed and tires rotated. She has a warranty that provides free oil changes and tire rotation. The people there greet you before you get out of the car. They confirm your vehicle ID and do a visual inspection of the car. After that my wife signed the iPad and we waited in the customer lounge. We were there less than 30 minutes. Some Toyota employee came in and handed my wife the paperwork and keys and told us to have a great day.

Skyla did an awesome work, making sure she did what she said she would. Awesome service at the top of the Hill. Keep it up. Got my brakes and oil done in less than an hours. Well done Mike Johnson service department.

Professional sharp staff who know their stuff. Everything is always done correctly. Is it a little more expensive? Yes but with that being said they use original Toyota parts and once repairs are done they are done correctly. You will have peace of mind.

Mike Johnson's Toyota is and always has been the Best place in the county to take your Toyota or any vehicle to have it serviced. They are professional, knowledgeable and very quick with any service I have ever had them do for me. Dont go anywhere else.

My tire warning was on. I stopped by to get it fixed. It wasn't long until they said it was fixed and it had lit up because the spare tire was low. I drove up the road about 20 miles and the light came back on. I took it back and told them the light was back on. I think it might have been the manager who came to look at it. He told me to turn the car off and then turn it back on. He said it was flashing so that meant the censer was bad. And since my car was so old (10 years), I needed to go ahead and have all the centers replaced. He said it would be $600 to $800.The light only flashed when the car was turned off and on. It was already back to a solid light. Every time I come here they try to sell me stuff I don't need. I just don't trust them.
