I love Mike Johnson s Collision Center!! Tammy and Justin are wonderful!! I had an issue with some kind of splatter from the interstate that wouldn t come off of my car. I initially thought it was paint. Insurance said they would cover it but I needed an estimate. When I dropped by Justin said do you have a little time and I will see if I can get this done he absolutely did and got it all off!!! What wonderful customer service that I have dealt with them for over 5 years now!!!

We just got our car back from this collision center and I have to say that they made a very unpleasant situation completely painless. They texted with updates regularly, making us informed every step of the way. They were always so nice in every interaction. The work is perfect. I hope to never need to visit them again but would 100% return should the situation arise. I recommend this collision center to anyone without any hesitation.Thank you Mike Johnson Collision Center!!

Mike Johnson s Collision Center is THE place to go for any type of work you need done to fix your car up to as good as new!! Tammy & Justin were just FANTASTIC to deal with. If you have ANY make of vehicle, & want it done right @ the right price, then DEFINITELY deal with these folks!! They are EXTREMELY fair & do EXCELLENT work!!

Where to start....no one likes the thoughts of having to repair a vehicle after an accident. I dreaded the thoughts of having to find multiple estimates, arrange transportation, and having to deal with adjustors. I got 4 different estimates but only one offered a lifetime gurantee on their work. That is originally what swayed me to go with Mike Johnsons Collision center, but now im really glad i did. Emily and Tammy had me in and out in just a few minutes while assurring me that they would keep me updated on the progress of my car. It was a huge relief to know they cared enough about their customers to reach out often! Thank you Ladies. And to Juan,Justin and the techs, i could not be any more pleased with the repair than i am. They took the time to go over the repair of my vehicle through final inspection and made sure i was completely satisfied. I hope to never be in another accident, but if i do, i know where im going! This team earned my respect and my business!

Very pleasant people to work with. Very trustworthy to trust to take care of all your vehicle repairs with no headache, they even deal with the insurance company for you. The best thing about it is you're vehicle always comes back looking like new again

I'd give them a sixth star if it were possible.I've had collision repairs done here in the past and was very happy with the results!Unfortunately, the work I need this time has to be done elsewhere but Mike Johnson's team was more than helpful today. They were able to point me in the right direction and even took the time to put collision wrap on my vehicle to keep any rain out until I could get it fixed. It was a level of customer service that seems hard to find anymore. Thanks guys! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Recently my 2017 Camry was hit by a negligent driver in a front end collision. The collision was bad enough to break my arm and with a very pregnant wife due any day I had a ton on my mind. This collision center made the process of getting my car fixed an absolute breeze.They did the repairs beautifully and also handled all the contact and updated payments required with the at fault driver's insurance. They called me every couple of days to update me of the progress and were completely understanding and flexible with my family's needs. Tammy and Frank were especially professional and helpful.I simply cannot rate them high enough.

I was rear-ended in November 2021 and I was side-swiped in March 2022. O had Mike Johnson s repair my 2019 RAV4 both times and both times they did amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body repairs. It takes a couple weeks to get in if your car is still drivable, but the outcome is worth the wait, in my opinion. Tammy and Amber work in the main office and they did a great job keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs and did all the leg work of communicating with the insurance companies. All I had to do was drop my car off on the day and time they allotted and they did the rest. When I picked up my car both times, it was clean and washed. Looked brand new. I hope I don t ever have to go there again, but should I need a body shop, they re my first choice!!

We waited 1 month for an appointment which is understandable these days. However, once we delivered the truck, it sat in the parking lot in the 90 degree temperatures for 2 WEEKS!!!! This truck has been garaged all but 2 nights since we bought it new.We called after a few days and asked if we could take it back home and bring it back when they were actually ready to put it in the shop and were told "no, you will loose your place in line". Again in a week, we called asking if we could get it out of the sweltering heat. "No". There was no communication during this 2 weeks other than our phone calls. We were not kept informed as to an approximate begin date.This was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Why make an appointment? If things were running behind-understandable- but allow us to return when the actual work will start.Once the truck got into the shop, we were given estimates, updates and the proper communication. Tammy, Erica & Amber were pleasant to work with. They were empathic, understanding, and expressed their apologies. They are good employees. The actual repair was not an extensive job and the workmanship is great. The truck looks good and the end result could not be better.Will we come back again? No.Service: Body & Trim

I unfortunately have a vehicle that is recalleddue to faulty paint when the SUV was built.When I received the letter of the recall I immediately visited the collision center to report it. To my surprise I never dreamt I would be waiting a year and half later and still waiting.But to my surprise both Tammy and Amber were there and when I tell you they were so empathicAbout the paint and the timeframe words cannot express. They were so kind and professional.I visit them every so often just to check on the status and let me say they are never annoyed when they see me they always have a smile on their face and apologize for the situation.I would love to see the two of them be recognized for their work. We all like to be recognized and they should.If you could please make sure that their manager and Mike Johnson see the review as you have two employees that are very valuable and an asset to your business.Please thank Tammy and Amber as they are great.Thank youJoanne Fidure

The staff was very courteous and informative. They kept me updated on everything. They also took great pains to see that I knew all aspects of the repairs and timeline for completion. They catered to me and very patiently answered all my questions. I truly felt that they were there to serve me and not the other way around.Repairs were completed as stated and I couldn t have been happier with the outcome. If you ever are in an accident or just need some repair work done to your car, this is the place to take it! I have used this place SEVERAL times and I will never take my cars anywhere else again! They are professional, friendly, and always doing the small things to make the process the easiest they can for me! On top of making my car looking BRAND NEW!!!! Normally there are small things that other repair shops will miss or just half way complete, so you need to point it out after the long awaited time to get your car back... Every time I've picked my car up from them, they've brought things to my attention that I didn't even notice or knew would be a result from the accidents and fixed it back to perfect condition!! They act as your insurance liaison incase the at fault insurer tries to catch you with insurance jargon that not every person is completely up to speed on. I've learned to just ignore the insurance calls and they'll pass on what I need to know to me. They also always have worked with insurance companies to negotiate their prices so that way you aren't paying anything out of pocket! I really could go on and on about the great things they have done for me, not to mention stayed after hours for an hour so I could make the drive from work in Charlotte to drop my car off the first time I ever used them. There was no previous relationship to go back on and try to keep right, they did it to be the best out there from day one! Cannot recommend this repair shop enough! Seriously, if you have any doubts what so ever, just give Tammy, Tom, or Amber a call at the front desk and they'll be more than happy to assist you! Love this shop and the people there. 100/100 would recommend.

The staff at Mike Johnson Collision Center are professional, courteous, and easy to work with after an accident. I was rear-ended, and my car now looks as if it never happened. Tammy and Amber kept me informed almost daily while my car was in the shop. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for repairs. These people deserve six stars out of five! Thanks for the great work!

The team shows genuine customer service. Amber and Justin truly put their hearts into providing the best customer service to their clients. They take great pride in their work, while ensuring the customer is aware of the round o clock care of their vehicle. I am very grateful for Amber and Justin. Very pleased with the final outcome of the repairs but it took a month and I feel they were probably tired of dealing with me. I couldn t get anyone to drive me from the dealership to their collision center to pickup my repaired car which was more than a mile away and raining. Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota has a great product, Toyota vehicles, as do all Toyota Dealerships. **Where Mike Johnsons really seperates themselves apart from all the other Toyota dealerships out there in the world is with the quality of their Employees that work in their sales, service, rentals and their collision repair departments. My vehicle was hit while parked out in front of my house on June 17th. I called Toyota and made an appointment to bring my car in on the 19th. The first available was June 29th. I brought my car on the day of my appointment. I got some text updates and finally on July 20th I was advised my car was totaled. They did not have a quote for repairs. Said it exceeded the value and they had to many repairable cars to work on. My insurance company recommended bringing it to Hendrick, who then had to pay $2146.35 to Toyota for them removing the bumper cover and storage fees. We tried moving the car right away but it took until the 29th due to several parties involved. Hendrick ended up repairing my car for just over $5700 in total when Toyota said the body work alone was over $10K and needed additional mechanical repair (which it did not end up needing). They defrauded my insurance company with misdiagnosing and charging storage when they did not have the staff to even look at my car! I love my Toyota but would not recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim
