First off, I cannot thank the Mich's Foreign Cars team enough for making my second car purchase from them as smooth and as easy as possible. A special thank you to Cris, Josh, and Mrs. Becky for everything! I had reached out and spoke to Cris around 2 months prior about looking for a W204 C63 AMG and entered a request through their website. Once this car became available, Cris personally reached out to me to let me know it would be for sale soon. I pounced on the opportunity to purchase my second car from them. The car was inspected prior to purchase and various maintenance items were evaluated and replaced. With this type of service and customer thoughtfulness, the sky is the limit for this team. Thank you all again and if a need for a third vehicle arises, I know exactly where I will be going!

First off I absolutely love the atmosphere at Mitch's. The gospel music I found to be simply amazing. Jeff and Josh was great to work with and did everything they could to help me purchase my gorgeous Maserati. A few little things has popped up since my purchase, but they have went above and beyond to help take care of the issues and I'm very pleased with their service.Highly recommend Mich's Foreign Cars.

I went today to mich s Foreign Cars to buy a car for my son,this dealership is probably the best around.Jeff the salesman was amazing very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, he gave us his undivided attention answering all the questions we had, after picking the car we went to sit down with Josh the financial manager to go through all the paperwork, he was absolutely amazing and professional and made the entire process very smooth and simple. I truly appreciate everyone there and recommend this dealership to everyone. If I need a car in the future I know exactly where to go!!!!!!! Thank you mich s foreign cars

I'm giving a generous two stars because of the family atmosphere here but I should've heeded the signs when everything went wrong with my car buying process.As you can see, my new-to-me vehicle is being towed. Within the 6 months that I've had this truck, it's been in the shop three times and it's on its way back. The first time it broke down was 2 weeks after purchase. This final time, the breaks locked up on me when I was going down the highway in the rain. I'm grateful that nobody was seriously hurt.I traded in a very nice foreign car because I needed a truck. Now I'm stuck with monthly payments for a truck that I can't drive unless I pay $5k to get it repaired AGAIN, or trading it in and take a $5k loss! They made $9k profit off of my traded vehicle and I'm close to paying that amount in repairs!***Buyer Beware*** Always get a pre -purchase inspection from an independent mechanic before you invest, or buy the extended warranty!AS IS means just that! Everything that glitters ain't gold! These cars are gorgeous but always do your due diligence! I called my salesman the week after I bought it, He said, "Once you drive it off the lot it's yours! I suppose he's right.

I took my audi here because of a leak and they fixed it very well, later on my audi had another problem and the manager went out of his way to personally come to my house and check out the problem and had it fixed all in the same day, i am very pleased with the great work done on the car.

What an awesome experience. No high pressure sales people, very laid back. Family owned and operated and just a fantastic group of people. Easy to work with and very fast turnaround. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes CLS 550 and couldn't be happier. Don't be afraid because it's not a flashy dealership chain. Ask for Josh.

Drove in from Asheville-promptly greeted and attended to- Jason in sales & Joshua in finance. I came prepared with my own financing and was met with NO finance sales pitch(thank you!!) . I also came in knowing I would pay over appraisal- (thanks Bidenecomonics-lol)but it is what it is and I got the specific engine model needed for my long term goals. Pretty much got what I wanted considering it was a high demand used BMW-everyone - was super friendly . Honestly, I went in ready to kill and instead was able to relax from the onset. Josh called USAA for me to help nail down any possible DP issues to prevent me from having to drive back and forth from AVL. SUPER transparent and they also were able to figure out an extremely affordable transit service for me! Super honest and they didn t get irritated when my gear-head bf was conferenced in during the bottom-line convo. Very pleased with the extended warranty options- so I did fork out for the 5yr unlimited mileage one and recommend as such .Can t wait to get my X5 tomor morning! Thanks guys!!!!!

I took my car here to get the oil changed and everyone was super nice and answered any questions I had. They only suggestion I have is you need more signs so people know where to go when they do bring their car for service. Because I had no idea where to go I mean, I new service was on the side but there's no sign saying Where you're supposed to go in at.

Had an unbelievably great experience with Jeff, Jason and Ms. Becky at Mich's. They got me into my BMW without issue and even came to pick me up so that I didn't have to worry about having 2 cars there at the time of purchase. A great, laid back and easy going environment made for no high pressure tactics.

Had a problem with my BMW X5 (caused by another mechanic). Was told it would cost me a fortune to fix, but it had to get done. Took it here and they said it was a minor issue and had it done quickly and inexpensively. My family has done business here for over 40 years. I'm not local to Hickory but it is worth the drive. Honesty, integrity, competence and courtesy describe this team. A++++

My wife and I went to Mich s looking to buy our first car together. We didn t go anywhere else after stopping by. Jason, Josh, and Chris were very helpful in the process and made us feel like family. I want to give the highest rating to Mich s Foreign Cars dealership because they were incredibly kind to me yesterday. Am 72, and had a problem with my car on I-40 so I pulled into the dealership on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend at 12:30 in the afternoon! Not only were they able to figure out the problem with my engine, the owner, Cris, took his valuable time and found the correct part and they fixed it! I am overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness and their outstanding work on my car. Many THANK YOUS to Cris,Josh, Dylan, Jeff and Jason!!!If you use them for their services, you will be greatly rewarded with their work.

I've purchased 2 BMWs from Mich's. My car buying experience was great! They really do care about their customers. I took my car in for service recently and as usual everyone was very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make sure my care was happy again. Kristin sets the bar very high for customer service. She took exceptional care of me and my car and it's been a year and a half since I bought the car from her. Whenever I need another car I will not hesitate to go to Mich's.

What a great experience! The family that owns and operates this business are all such wonderful, nice people! My car that I purchased is amazing and everyone there went out of their way to ensure we had a great car and a great experience. We will definitely come back here when it is time for another car. I can honestly say that I went into this process pretty nervous considering my past experiences with car dealerships. Josh and Jeff went over and beyond expectations!! Jeff answered all of my questions that I had about the car I ended up purchasing and never hesitated to give me an honest answer! And above all..kindness goes a long way! Josh was super nice and did a great job answering all the finance questions! I respect both of these guys so much and I am so glad this is where I ended up finding my Audi! Fantastic experience. Sales rep was very knowledgeable, Finance personnel were lightning fast with accurate info every step of the way. It was a true pleasure from beginning to end.After my purchase, the team at Mich's were unparalleled in their service and attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with their efforts to create a positive buying experience from showroom to driveway.Highly recommend Kristen & her colleagues. I promise you will share my opinion after you visit.Edit: Since this review, I have purchased 2 more vehicles at Mich's and have had several friends do the same. Every transaction has been phenomenal!

Let me start off by saying, I never considered Mich s for my next BMW purchase. I figured they would be way out of my price range and super hard to get a loan with. I went searching online, came across a BMW in Charlotte that I wanted. Husband insisted on having it looked over first so he called Mich s (they were local and could fit me in) and they were more than happy to look over it before I purchased. Then my husband suggested I go by Mich s just to see what they had. I fell in love with a black BMW they had on the lot. Josh and Jeff were both so helpful and nice. They didn t push me toward anything I didn t want. Let s just say I spent a total of 30 to 45 minutes in the dealership and walked out with my vehicle. By far the best, fastest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. I will ONLY purchase my vehicles from Mich s from now on.

I love the selection of cars at Mitch s. I purchased a Maserati Ghibli in Feb and I m long overdue to leave a good review.I was in a hurry when I purchased my car and rushed to leave town the next day. After test driving, the office went to work to have everything ready for my signatures and out the door as quickly as possible.After that first trip I realized the A/C wasn t working and I requested an alignment. They respectfully took care of both issues - following up on their guarantee to do so if there were any issues within the first couple of days.I found everyone pleasant to work with from sales to service and in everyone between. The facility is pleasant and clean.I would recommend and I would return.

What a pleasure to discover this dealership! It was definitely worth the 70 mile drive. Professional, courteous, fair, and straightforward. Informative website that was easy to navigate without annoying popups. The vehicle was immaculate when we inspected it. Jeff was very helpful giving more details about the vehicle we were interested in, and Kristin finalized the sale with efficiency and answered all questions that came up. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Their inventory is impressive and the prices are very competitive. Don't hesitate to take your business to Mich's.

Kristin is by far the best. She was able to work with my credit to get me an approval when no one else was willing to even speak to me. Everyone at Mich s is great to work with and friendly. Cris buys the nicest cars, the service department makes sure they re in great condition, and the detail team (specifically Jonathan and Edy) do a fantastic job making sure their used cars are super clean! Excellent team!
