Do you need your car fixed? Do you want your car fixed right the first time at a reasonable cost? Well, look no further than this Meineke. Recently Under New Management at both the store and corporate level. Give them a shout or stop by with your concern and they will get your vehicle repaired and up and running at a reasonable price and in a quick period of time.

If I could give these guys (Sam, John, David, and TJ) more than 5 stars, I would. I am a novice when it comes to cars so when I brought in my first car because something just felt off with it, I didn t expect to be treated with the amazing service that I did. They kept my car overnight to run an inspection on it in the morning and the next day, they called multiple times updating me on the services that were being done with my car and when I came to pick her up, they showed me the parts that were replaced and answered all my questions in a way that I can understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I would recommend this place to anyone in Hickory or surrounding.

I took my 2013 Corolla Car to Meineke on 3/5/2024 for alignment and the employees of Meineke were friendly, and open communication with me about the alignment costs, asked me if it was all right to test my car then got the alignment fixed! They did it for 45 minutes! They did great jobs!

I went to Meineke to have my muffler checked after an unavoidable road hazard on I-40. Sam was super honest and sent me to a place that could repair and not have to replace. I'm amazed by this! I highly recommend Meineke for all the things they can do. This is a reputable place for sure!

Friendliest staff, exceptional service.I was on my way to Asheville from Charlotte when my car started to overheat. I ended up at this Meineke location and was taken care of above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend. Pros: staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quick service and comfortable waiting area.Cons: parts seemed a bit pricey, but I believe that they use OEM parts as compared to autozone parts.

I m always so scared to take my car anywhere because I have always been told things were wrong and made to pay more then I needed to to begin with but I took my car to Meineke and they were so nice and didn t over charge me at all. They were honest and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. I will continue going to them.

I had such a great experience at this shop! The service was exceptional; these guys are fair; they will not do something that is not needed just to make money! They are very honest and thorough! I first approached them several weeks ago to see if my tires needed alignment - they did not charge me and said I was good, didn t need it. Because of their honesty, I returned to them for my oil change - service was quick, friendly, dependable and thorough. I will continue to use these guys for my vehicle needs!Service: Oil change

I went there not knowing what to expect, but I was very happy with their professionalism, honesty and quick work! They gave me honest straight forward information and provided lifetime warranties on all parts! And unlike other places they don't make you drop your car off and come back later that day, I was literally there for maybe 1 hour for new brakes, new rotors and brake system flushing and that's all while the guys were working on 3 cars at one time. I can't say enough good things about them except I'm a lifetime customer now. Again I can't recommend them enough.

Hands down the best experience. Took my car in for what I thought would be a quick brake change. Needed a caliper, brakes, rotors, and brake hose/flush. This was much more than I expected. They were willing to fix all of this same day. Everyone there were SOO kind! They took us to our appointment and offered to pick us up. Very professional, amazing people! We live 1.5 hour away and will definitely be bad for our needs. Thank you!!!!

The guys here are great and super knowledgeable.After dealing with some car issues for a while and not being able to get it resolved, I brought my car in here and it was resolved in 1 visit.I'll definitely be coming back for any car needs! I highly recommend this place.

The staff were very nice. They make you feel welcome. They were very efficient and did a great job. Spent $225.00 fix air conditioner. Took it back next day because it still wasn t fixed. More or less they are sorry but someone has to pay for Freon and for the labor. I want to thank you so much for your kindness, fast, accurate, and reasonably priced, good service. Very knowledgeable in skill. We were having a problem with what we thought was the transmission it was close the gentleman knew exactly what he was talking about and it was car was repaired that day later that afternoon fast service and it was worth paying the money I don't mind paying for something when you make it worth the while and you make it right thank you

Meineke in Hickory was such a positive experience. I was about to get on to get on the freeway when my truck started making a noise & back tire started pulling. Luckily Meineke was just a few blocks away. They helped me immediately and made me feel at ease. I was offered water & coffee while I waited in their cute, comfortable reception area. Everyone was so friendly and polite. The owner sped things up, figured out the problem and I was soon on my way. They made me feel safe and in good hands. This is hands down the best service that I have ever received. We had them take a look at a truck we were wanting to purchase and the owner checked it out himself and was so thorough! We love a hour away but will come there from now on because it is worth the drive!

Sam is an awesome mechanic! Atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Had no issues scheduling and confirming my appointment.Had an issue with my brakes locking up and ruining my brake pads and rotors. Took it to 2 different mechanics who said they fixed it, but didn t. After I took it to Sam, never had a problem with it since.Will definitely use him regularly!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations

This is by far the Best Meineke car Care that I've ever been to. Very courteous and friendly very easy to do business with. They truly are the best and very professional about what they do. They make you feel like family. I have never received anything negative from this company. In my book they get AAA Plus.
