They keep all my automobiles in top running shape. They are affordable and don t try to up sale me something I don t need. Their detail professional keeps my car looking spectacular. My 1991 SE300 not only looks great, but I would drive it cross country thanks to their quality care.

I could not be more pleased with the Annual Service and Battery replacement performed on my 2018 Porsche Macan! Although this was my first visit to Master Tech Auto; Christi, April, and Wanda made me feel like part of the family. They kept me informed at every step in the process. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable and fair, and is certainly worth the 1 hour drive up Hwy 321 to Hickory.I will be a loyal Master Tech client from now on !

This morning, my Jeep s shocks had broken off, and I had to zip tie it to keep from dragging. I was at work, and knew Master Tech was just up the road. I called them, and they were more than happy to fix them. This location is friendly, affordable, and quick with their work! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of great service, and great mechanics

I am very grateful for MasterTech's quick responses whenever they find something wrong. My front driver side wheel bearing was dangerously loose and needed replacement. MasterTech replaced it the next day and with open communication. I am grateful for the concern and initiative they take for their customers. I recommend them any day.

I had a very pleasant visit at Master Tech Auto Mechanics recently. The people were very friendly and the dogs too. But best of all, I took my car in for a 4-wheel alignment and after finding it was all in factory specs they only charged me for checking to see if it was necessary, not a full alignment. Always nice to have honest people that aren't just out to get what they can out of you. Great place!!

Was referred to Master Tech by a good friend of mine and the first thing I noticed was how at home I felt when I I walked in! I have never been to a shop before where immediately all your needs are met and they treat you like a diamond! I ve played professional music my entire life and was pleasantly surprised they love the same style of music I play! Make sure to never take your high line anywhere else but Master Tech! True professionals that put you first always!

I recently found out about Master Tech and they will be my go to for any car maintenance. I highly recommend them. From the minute you walk in, they are so friendly and go the extra mile to make everything easy. From the scheduling, to the estimate of services needed, to the work on my car I can t say enough about how great this place is. I have just had some service work done on my 1989 e-30 & as always the repairs were done in a timely manner & at a reasonable price. Would not take car to any other place in the area . They do excellent work

Went to many shops getting horrible and overpriced work, that is until I was referred by a tow truck driver to this shop. And ever since we got the car running exactly how it s supposed to. Now if there is any issues at all I got to this business. They are a family here, and do outstanding work. Any high fees is just paying for work you know will be done right any and every time . If you are looking for a honest, and reliable shop for your bmw, fiat, Audi, or Benz look no further. I ve had my bmw, my girlfriends bmw, and my dads Audi serviced here for the last year. I have 0 complains for all vehicles. I had called around to a few places and they were all booked out for 2 wks before they could get me in, I came across Master Tech Auto Mechanics and gave them a call. They asked what was wrong with my car, I explained the issues, told me to bring it in later that same week. They are super friendly, very attentive, and family owned and run. They did a great job in a timely manner and kept me updated along the way. They even reach out to you via text thanking you for your business and making sure all is well. They will be my definite go to from now on!!

MTA has become my go to for service and repairs on my 2010 Mercedes ML 350 with 139,000 miles on it. Every time I pick it up from them it rides like new. I think with their help, I may get another hundred thousand miles.These people are honest, skilled, and reasonably priced. My BMW has been going in to Master Tech since it s original owner. When I purchased the car in 2017, I took it straight to Master Tech for all maintenance and repairs. They have been wonderful. Always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. They also know my car. Unlike others, they look back and see what work has been done previously, to properly diagnose an issue. I will not take my car anywhere else! I had an oil leak issue with my 335i BMW. It already had been to one shop and they could not seem to figure it out. Located these fine folks on Google after some research decided to give them a shot. Start to finish it went perfectly. Very professional Got a personal tour of their facility before I make my final decision first class operation. They certainly know what they re doing and gave a quote up front. Stuck to their word on the price. Highly recommended.

The team at Master Tech did a great job on the car. It was not a conventional issue due to the difficulty in finding the right AC condenser on a 30 year old Mercedes. They were super helpful along the way and now the AC runs like it is new.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

This is the best place in NC to get your BMW repairs. They re honest and take your car repairs seriously. These guys are great did a wonderful job on my S 550 Benz very friendly. It s like they knew me when I walked in the building pet friendly and I live in Charlotte North Carolina. It s worth the drive to see these guys always on point their prices are great. If you take it to the Mercedes-Benz dealership it would ve been more thank you guys very much for your excellent work I recommend you God bless. Service: Engine repair

My car wouldn't turn on. I had the car told to Master Tech. They called in a few days to tell me what the problem was and an estimated price. I was told that the order for a part had to come from Germany and it will be a while. As soon as the part was in and it would be fixed in a few days. True to their word my car is fixed and running fine. Couldn't have asked for better people to work with. Nice, friendly and helpful. Great Place. Will definitely use again if needed.September 2023Gad the oil changed and tires rotated. I was showed a picture of one of my tires that had a bubble. Very helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't take them up on a replacement for the tires. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are courteous and helpful to your every need for your vehicle and your safety. I live in Stony Point but I feel safe by coming to Master Auto Tech in Hickory. Wonderful people and great service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I just want to say how wonderful this company is to deal with. They have to be the friendliest group of people I have ever dealt with when it comes to car mechanics. I had a clear price on what the car needed was ready within a few days and car is running great now. Christy is by far my favorite person. When she realized it was my daughters car and she is a teenager she gave her her cell phone number and told her to call her anytime day or night if she ran into any trouble with the car. I don't know any other company that would give that kind of service and care about young drivers. They are absolutely awesome and will definitely be going back if any other repairs are needed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car 2009 smart car in for a pretty big set of repairs, the shop worked closely with my car warranty(carshield) and provided me any and all quick information and billing information when I had questions. Master tech also made paying extremely simply with a link they can send with an extremely precise breakdown of each process they took, with findings, and notes from the mechanics that found each problem on my car. All these findings was problems I knew the car needed. The ONLY gripe I would have at all is in my opinion the diagnostic fee is a bit dramatically high. Past that, the shop, and mechanics done perfect and had my car back to me in a very timely manor.
