They made my 2007 Toyota Corolla look brand new, I m shocked!!! I hesitated to fix up such an old car but I m so glad i did! Before and afters attached so you can see the quality job that was done. The whole process was awesome. The estimate and appointment was quick and easy, the price point was great, and the end result blew me away!! Special thank you to Donna, she was wonderful setting everything up for me. I seriously can t recommend this place more, I ve been telling all of my friends and family. If you re on the fence, do it! You won t regret it!

I had Maaco auto body shop and painting in Hickory NC paint a front bumper. The paint color was exact match. They did an awesome job, and the price was very reasonable. The job was completed in a timely manner. I will be using Maaco for any future paint jobs/ repairs.

My Car was painted the wrong color, they drop the spray can on my car and left dry running paint on my car , and then they tried to buff it out and left the deep marks from the buffer in my car and sprayed over it. Not if that wasn't enough, They over sprayed my $1,200 rims and didn't even clean them. I would never recommend no one to go there and I will never go there again.Service: Painting

My Mitsubishi convertible was in drastic need of being repainted. I got quotes from several different body shops before coming here. I was a little apprehensive about Maaco because I knew they are usually the cheaper option and I know cheap often equates with lesser quality. I met and discussed the options with Donna Snow, who looked over my car and helped me to decide exactly what would be best for my car. She did not pressure me to do more than I wanted which I greatly appreciate. Then came the quote to repaint the car and replace the front bumper. It was about 1/3 the cost of the quotes I received from other companies! I went ahead a scheduled for Maaco to do the work because the car is older and I did not want to pay more to have it painted than the car is worth. I was told it would be ready in about ten days and it was. When I went to pick it up, I was astounded how good it looked! It looked almost new! Maaco did a wonderful job, all areas smooth and clean with no runs or overspray. I am very pleased with my choice.Service: Painting

Incredible customer service!! Very surprised and pleased about my paint job. They told me they missed one spot due to the mirror not tightened up. They set up an appointment the following week and repainted the hood , roof and door. Amazing color match. They deserve five stars.

Cannot match paint color, tried 3 times, now not answering the phone. I need my truck. Kept my truck two weeks, drove it 33.4 miles, broke the seat cover bands holding the seat cover on drivers. Took four tries to get color right. Will not be back to maaco after customer service said they could not help.

Very bad experience. I am disappointed in the results. I recently had a new bumper install and paint. The fitting is horrible and they also dented the back panel and left paint residual all over the back panel.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

He left overspray all over my car spray dust got on my wheels. Chrome ones happy with the paint job but I can t stand this overspray on my wheels whatever it is on the car

These guys did an amazing job on my Camaro. They fixed a huge dent on the front and back of the vehicle and I did a complete color change for just a little more. I was on a limited budget and I can say that the car looks AWESOME! Everyone has been like WOW! Donna is great to work with and their main body guy (didn't catch his name) is a master at his craft!

Excellent communication and customer service up front and to vehicle pick-up, and very good quality work on the car. I provided the new front bumper, left front fender and side mirror (which all came as black plastic parts....). The MAACO crew painted and installed replacement parts, reconditioned all scratches, chips and dings elsewhere, and painted entire car, making my 1999 Altima look brand new. No: it is NOT a multi-coat $5K paint job; but at these low bargain prices car is dressed up, looking new, and ready to go! Good warranties. Definitely recommend the Hickory, NC MAACO.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got my Jeep painted paint did not match did not clean the Jeep tape still in places. Just the hood .730.00. Not Happy. Left windshield wipers off laying in front seat.. have had 3 other vehicles painted in the past 3 years .poor quality help. Hickory Maaco.

I got 3 estimates for work on my car roof. Maaco was the least expensive, the most experienced, and the quickest turnaround time. Donna at the front desk has customer service down to an art. I will go there every time, though I hope I don't need body work again soon.

Your ReviewThe clear coat and paint on my 1999 Miata was completely shot. I bought it new & tried to take care of it, but Maaco had to take it down to the metal. Over the years, I got estimates from several body shops, who told me the same thing, but at a much higher price. I saw the quality paint jobs on site at each shop & some were comparable, but none were better than Maaco. None if them offered a warranty. The day I picked up my car from Maaco, I was in complete shock. My car did not look that good when it was new! This sounds like an exaggeration, but it's not. It was absolutely stunning! The match was perfect as well.Amanda and her team made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. They answered all my questions & gave me excellent advice on caring for my paint job. I met the man who actually painted my car and I could tell the entire crew were as proud of the job they had done as I was. I hate to gush, but I truly am amazed by my whole experience. My husband drove it to work the next day to show it off.

The employees are very nice. The paint had various areas that need to be addressed again so they asked me to bring my car back in 30 days from the day I picked it up. I will be without my car for 3 more days but as long as they do a great job I'm ok with it. Would be nice if they provided a rental car for my convenience.

My car was starting to rust on top. Very pleased w paint job so far. I just picked it up two days ago. There s one spot on lower roof maybe paint had trash or dust in it. As long as this isn t issue w paint I m not complaining. The car is 11 years old. Door dings were taken out really well. There were several dents from people opening doors into sides. So far very pleased w my car.Service: Painting

I purchased a 2007 Infiniti M35 which had extremely faded paint on the hood and roof. Basically no clear coat left and even down to the metal in some places. I took it to Maaco after they gave me a quote that was half the cost of another place down the road. I was told it could take up to a week but they had it done in 2 days! At first I was actually kind of worried they didn't do a good job because it was so fast, but when I went to pick it up, I was blown away at how amazing it looked! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, so much so that it looked brand new! I was extremely pleased with the whole process and the results! I would definitely recommend Maaco to anyone who needs a quick and quality paint job!

I had my car painted, I was suprise to learn that it was cheaper then just having the bad parts touch. However I was very happy with the job. People are always stopping me and telling me they like my car. My car is 11 years old. And it looks great. Thank you Maaco of Hickory, NC.

Needed a 19 year old Ford F150 (with less than 80,000 miles) repainted because I hope to keep it another 19 years and wanted to protect against rust. Black isn't hard to match, and repaint matched perfectly. No overspray noticed. Estimate for one coat urethane with clearcut combined was just over $700. Since I was only getting exterior painted in same color, I did not need inside jams, under hood, repainted. Truck looks almost as good as when I purchased it. They said it could take two weeks, but it was ready in one week. One small paint bump on front bumper, not worth taking it back or dropping a star. MAACO dealerships across the country are not created equal, but this local business did a good job for much less than other body repair shops I contacted. There was some sanding needed, no body repair, no rust spots to be fixed. I did not want pinstripe ($50) installed or decals (which would have had to come from Ford) replaced. I thought of getting 4x4 decals from Amazon but it looks "tough" without them (getting it spruced up for my grandson.) So it was a simple straight forward job, and I'm very happy with it.

I had faded bumpers and trim on my 2006 pontiac vibe. The other paint on metal was fine. Maaco of Hickory made a very professional estimate and also gave me some "bonuses" others would not do. The pain warranty on the trim made it a sure and final deal. When I received the car back it was beyond my expectations, also the turn around time was very fast. I am very pleased.

Recently got my car painted. I have a 2004 Honda Element who was losing paint on the hood and front doors. Got a color matched paint job after they reconditioned the front panel and passenger side door. Color and paint job look great. Couldn't find any spots they missed or looked uneven. Came with their 4 year warranty for about $850. I was a bit disappointed in the time it took them to actually paint the car however. I was told 5-7 business days. They ended up taking a full two weeks. Keep that in mind if you get a rental car like I had to do, ended up costing me a lot more than I had planned. They were very apologetic about it and said they had a couple compressors go bad which was really out of the ordinary. Who knows. They were extremely busy while they had my car also. Just sharing my experience with them.

Very disappointed with the truck we just had painted. This is the 4th vehicle we've had painted at Maaco and have always matched the paint with the samples ourselves and have never had an issue. This time they talked us into using the VIN to match the paint. It was SEVERAL shades off. The interior does not match at all. Do not use the VIN to match paint! They did not offer to repaint it or discount the price. Doubtful we will return here for our next project.
