Great service and staff. Dealt well with insurance. Had to wait for repair parts from manufacturer. Repairs themselves were done in a few days.Very very happy with work done.

They gave me the help that I needed over the phone to get my RV Air Conditioner working. So thankful for such Awesome Customer Service. I highly recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could cause they deserve it. I had a issue with my fan in my camper and I called another place first and they said it would need a whole replacement of unit and they wouldn't listen to my issue. So I called this company and they listened and told me what was wrong and he came out next day. The first company quoted me 1800! Come to find out it was some rust and a compestor for my fan it in no way needed for the whole unit to be replaced. If you're wondering if this place does great for their customers THEY DO! I could thank Mike (owner) over an over again. You will be in great hands if you go to them!

The guys "and girl" at M&R are just amazing! If you need anything fixed on your RV just go here. They are about as hard working and honest as they come! We will keep them at the top of our list when we're anywhere near here.

These people are the best, you feel like you matter because to them you do. They are real and honest and fair. I am a 75 year old retired trucker and I have had a lot of repairs on all kinds of vehicles so you can believe me when I say they are #1. I would trust them with everything I have. Thank God for M&R. Best rv shop we have found in the whole country. Very knowledgeable, all of them. Know know more than any rv dealer. We had a little accident with big wiring problems.they worked tirelessly to get us on our way. Owner and all employees, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Explained everything they were doing. We joined them for pizza at lunch and believe me that was our Thanksgiving dinner. So thankful they were there.

The first time we called we needed a toilet replaced and some lights fixed. They were great. The next call was for a repair to the water balance and self leveling jacks. Mike called me back said he would check the schedule. I never received a call back and have tried calling him several times. We left voicemails but no call backThat to me equates to absolute poor customer service.

One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. They did the job within two hours with no waiting to get an appointment. I called one day and arrive the next day and the people at the business was as nice and polite as anyone would ever want. Would recommend anyone to go to this business.

Life saver! I was having some puzzling electrical problems on my class a diesel pusher that were preventing me even moving the coach and departing on a long road trip. After troubleshooting myself without success I called M&R for assistance. They were able to come out within 24 hours and had me up and running in less than an hour. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and competent. I'm very glad I called and can confidently recommend them for any type of rv repair. Thanks again Mike!

These guys exceeded my expectations! Had me in and out of there in 35 minutes for my leaky toilet and 2 sinks. Military friendly and extremely professional . Highly recommend Mike and his team for any of your RV needs. PS, thanks for the suggestions on camping spots in Pigeon Forge

I was hooking up for a trip to Tennessee with my 2 little girls And I couldn't get my 5th wheel to hook up to my truck because of the power. They were busy, but dropped what they were doing on a very rainy day and got me on the road. M & R saved our trip!

Awesome experience. Had an emergency on I40 and called them. I drove to their shop and they got on it right away. Lovely and knowledgeable people. These are the kind of people you want working on your campers and RVs.

I did not have any work done here but the people seemed extremely friendly very honest and trustworthy for the quote that I got for a pop up camper.. if I needed to have work done here I would probably visit this place

The absolute nicest people to deal with if you have a PROBLEM with your R.V.I went there today with an electronic problem with my coach.They found the program quickly and fixed it on the spot.These men have literally years of hands on experience in R.V. repair.They are quick and accurate and if you have a program with your R.V., THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO SEE.Richard "Seajay" Cecil

They make a lot of promises but then don't follow through with them. They charged big $$$$$ for items they NEVER repaired on 40ft motor home, including the A/C unit, damaged the side of the motor home & charged for the paint to repair THAT. Now the retractable stair motor doesn't work at all. They replaced windows but used the wrong color & type of caulk so the heat from the sun makes the caulk melt & run. Driver window seal went bad/foggy 2 days after replacing. Several windows installed upside down & MUCH, MUCH more. Terribly disappointed that they never followed up on these items as promised.

These good ole boys know more about fixing RVS than those chumps at Carolina Camper or Camping World will ever know. They're highly skilled, honest, friendly and fair. Highly recommended.

They was very busy when I went. But they helped me out and actually saved me money cause I was wanting to put in a trailer brake in my van when I actually didn't need one with the trailer I had.
