If you take your car here, ask for Katano or Felipe. Not all of the workers they have are good and some of them are new. If your car takes forever to get out, that's because they didn't give it to Katano or Felipe. Katano & Felipe are the only reliable ones and they have been there the longest and are the best. Katano did a great job with the custom paint color on my Honda. I wanted it Tardis Blue and he delivered! I wish I could show how pretty it is but it's hard to catch all the shimmer in photos. I absolutely love it and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an accident few days ago and Lockman's body shop was on my insurance network(thanks god) . They are amazing , customer services is top notch . I was frustrated and overwhelmed with all the process after the wreck. Megan and all the girls were fantastic so professional and compassion. I recommended 100%. Thank you so much and God bless you all.

Randall and his team are the best of the best! Having raised teenagers with lots of minor and not so minor accidents along the way, as well as my own bump ups, this group has always been my go to over over 20 years now. Highly recommend!

Haven't needed to go to a body shop before but my cousin's car has been sitting on the lot for almost two months without a single finger being lifted to get it fixed and back to him in a good time frame. Don't go here if you need or want your car back in a timely manner.

Apprehension usually accompanies thoughts of taking my car to a body shop. Recommended by my insurance, this location was 30 minutes from my house. It has thus far been well worth the drive! Megan runs the office with professionalism and efficiency. The location was fairly easy to locate and their communication prior to and during the repairs has been very useful. Taking a second moment to mention Megan, she has been the jewel of the experience so far!! She deserves a raise!!!!!

I wish I could leave a good review as they seem like good people here, but when it has been three years with repeated calls and I still haven't received any word of my vehicle having the body repaired it speaks for itself. I paid a chunk of the repair upfront almost 2 1/2 years ago (in cash) and it seems it has been basically forgotten multiple times. My mustang has probably generated more damage by this point as it has been sitting for three years.Service: Body & Trim

They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to do a total repaint on my 02 Ford F350 at a cost of $8000. They wound up keeping my truck for 13 weeks. Kept promising dates and kept extending. Paint looks pretty good but they didn't paint the threshold at bottom of doors. Back door inside was left in primer. Found a run on the cab as well as a bit of orange peel. Altogether very dissatisfied.Service: Painting

I took my car to Lockman's because I was looking 4 a Locksmith at the time. They were so nice and found me a Locksmith near by I remembered them. So when I was in an accident I took my car to them. I'm really glad I did. They not only fixed my car like new, but cleaned it up inside and out.,I was told if there was anything I didn't like bring it back and they would take care of it. This kind of service u don't see alot these day. I couldn't ask 4 more.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Please be careful with the owner. He got over 9000$ from my insurance company an let my car set for 3 months. I got it back with a loose steering wheel and a bent frame. I had to take to another shop to repair it cost me another 4700$ out of my pocket to repair frame and steering components that my insurance had paid them to fix. In the 3 months it was there It just sat. At the end they slapped a fender and some used Control arms.When I took the car to the dealership the parts they put in were damaged and had to be replaced. Took me over a year to get my car back in driving conditions

What an absolute dream of a shop. The owners and employees are very professional and take pride in what they do as is evident in the quality and speediness of their work. When I m in NC or surrounding states I ONLY bring my car here.

I ran into a curb during a storm and had my vehicle aligned afterwards at another shop. They said they aligned the vehicle but it still pulled to the right. I called Lockman's because of a friends reference.The gentlemen on the phone, i don't remember his name, said bring the vehicle by and they would take a look at no charge.In 5 minutes he had the vehicle in the air with a wheel off and showed me where the lower control arm was bent and the piston shot. He told me that just changing the two parts and getting it aligned should solve everything.Very knowledgeable group and worked very quickly.I would highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about Lockman's Body Shop. We've worked with them multiple times (big jobs and small) and they do an excellent job. The Customer Service as well as the body shop work is bar-none.

I had a wonderful experience with customer service which is rare these days very genuine people that make the customer service very comfortable and deserve great recognition for doing such a wonderful job
