What an outstanding operation! I will never use another body shop for my vehicles. K&M and their staff went above and beyond. Not only did they work with the insurance company of the driver that hit my 2021 RAM, but they put me in a comfortable rental, and worked through the repairs on my truck in a timely manner and kept me updated the whole way. They went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get back in my truck before my wife and I were going out of town for our anniversary. If you enjoy customer service and care about your vehicle, there is no other option for repairs. My truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor when I picked it up. The interior had been fully detailed and the exterior was back to pristine condition. I was also surprised to find a thank you gift with some detailing solutions and a stainless insulated tumbler. Thanks to all involved including Will, Michael, Tina, and Cecilia!

Quality and Guest Service above all elseTina , Alan and the other front desk staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ive learned about how to better prepare, protect and restore myself and my vehicle. The restoration crew I was lucky to talk with were informative and approachable.K&M's team shows up. They earn and continue to retain my loyalty.

I cannot say enough great things about K&M! The team was absolutely great to deal with during a stressful situation. Johnny helped me get started with my car repairs. He was very informative and friendly. Throughout the entire process, Tina kept me updated with the status of repairs. She even handled the insurance company when they were not helping at all. The repairs far exceeded my expectations! They are very good at what they do and you can tell they care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

So I stripped two T55 bolts installing aftermarket rock sliders. Call and spoke with Allen at K&M and they said just drop it by. Shop is very nice and clean. Fellows took a look rolled the Rivian R1T in the back. Drilled them out and charged me nothing. Merry Xmas..... Very awesome folks..... I will do all my services here ... Customer for life.And finally done hanging the sliders

Tina, Johnny and everyone involved with the repair work on my 2020 Escape were amazing. It took longer than expected due to insurance issues but they took care of everything and my vehicle looks like new. They also gave me an awesome rental to drive for the whole time they had my car. Tina kept me updated and was very patient with all my questions. Thank you K & M for all your help.

About a month or so ago we had some really bad storms, and I had to take my car to a body shop to get an estimate to see what the damage was. Man! What a facility this place has. It was cozy and the staff was delightful to work with. In a situation where your car gets messed up is extremely stressful, K&M gave me a sense of peace and confidence that I would be priority is an understatement. Thank you to the impeccable staff for doing right by me as a person. I will highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs.

My Expedition was a victim of a minor hit & run. Not being originally from the area, I didn't know what body shop to go to. I've passed K & M several times & decided on them. I'm extremely happy that I did!!They kept me up-to-date on every step of the process, from disassembling to parts arriving to painting & reassembling. I love that they don't use aftermarket parts, only OEM. They matched up the color perfectly. There's absolutely no differentiation in color, it's blended well. They fully detailed the vehicle inside and out, which I appreciate tremendously having kiddos! :)Everyone I spoke to or had a conversation with from start to finish was super friendly & knowledgeable! I hope we don't need them again, but if by chance we do, this is absolutely the place we will go!! Thank you for taking care of our Expedition with great attention to detail!!

This collision shop is amazing!!!! The employees were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. In particular Tina, Johnny, and Tim. They were very much on the ball when dealing with my claim. They kept me in the loop, and gave great advice. This shop will be the only shop I ever use.

Good experience overall! As others mentioned, Alan and Tina are great to work with. Alan provided text updates on the work of the car. It took about a month to fix, which was explained up front. They did a great job and really seemed to take care in the workmanship.One thing: make sure to keep up with documentation and insurance. Our insurance company emailed them the ok for the additional supplement and then it was left unchecked for 3 business days. It wasn t until Alan messaged me saying they were waiting on it that I informed my insurance company who then informed them. Luckily, Alan messaged me or it would have taken longer. But it all worked out and I would use them again.

We Highly Recommend K&M Collison Auto Body Shop In Hickory North Carolina. We met the Owner Kyle. The Automotive Service Techs and Mechanics are Very Knowledgeable in Auto Repair. The Staff Members Are Helpful and very friendly attentive to the customers needs.Honest very professional we were enormously impressed with K&M Collison and sincerity to help us always making sure that we were pleased with our services received at K&M Collision.K&M Collision made me feel comfortable and everything on my car was repaired right and to my satisfaction.Knowing a certified body repair shop that has a great relationship with the Insurance Companies and is dedicated to me the customer worked together to ensure I was happy with my repair order and services.Mostly important to me K&M were on my side made everything feel right and I appreciate that. Thank you.K&M works on all types of cars and specialize in high end foreign cars. This is an incredible upscale auto body repair shop at K&M Collision which is the reason why we wanted the best in the business to repair my Porsche. I do indeed believe that K&M and their entire staff represent the best in the industryof auto body paint and repair! I needed a body shop I could trust with repairing my car and honestly would not settle for anything less.I feel having important people in the front of your business such as Tina Walling, Ce Ci Fitzpatrick and Johnny Squire are the face of your business because these are the first important people we see when entering the business and interacting with.On occasion when I do call K&M Collision Tina Walling at the receptionist desk is so personalable she even recognizes my voice and knows customers by name. I do appreciate Mrs. Wallings involvement in getting the ball rolling with my completion of repairs etc.,Ce Ci intercepted me at the front door. I was able to leave some items with her and she made me feel valued as a customer because she did not hesitate in assisting me with my business that day. Ce Ci was very prompt and assured me everything would be taken care of which it was.On one recent visit I did have a replacement's mirror come on for my Porsche. It was close of business day on a Friday and I arrived late in the evening. Everyone in the body shop had left for the day. I pulled up to walk in and Johnny was there to open the door for me to welcome me inside.Johnny made a few phone calls located the correct part and pulled my Porsche in the work bay area and properly installed my rear view mirror.Everyone up front does a tremendous job in customer care! Warmly greeting every customer and you can hear the excitement in their voices, the look on their faces as they are happy to see us gives a feeling that you really appreciate our business.I can honestly say I feel as if I am visiting one of my friends houses for a nice day when I visit K&M Collision. Instead of another customer I feel that K&M Collision treats me as family and I feel that is a good feeling to take away from. The time us customers enter the building until we leave you are treated with respect.I am enormously impressed with K&M Collison's entire staff and team. Especially the important people in the back who perform the repair work are not often seen. I appreciate the young man and everyone else who repaired my car to get it back in great running shape! Thank you to everyone who was involved in the process any way I am pleased with the outcome of the way my Porsche was repaired. Thank you.Your body shop is incredible. Tina was outstanding- she, Ceci and the whole team at K & M went well above and beyond for me in servicing my Fiat Spider Abarth and went to bat for me when the insurance company wasn t being fair. I drove an hour out of my way to use K & M and would do so again. Can t recommend them highly enough for account service and the skill of their techs. 6/5 stars!

We ve worked with K & M Collision twice now and have been very satisfied with our experience! All of the staff we spoke with are friendly and knowledgeable, but specifically we worked with Alan each time and he was great at keeping us updated and answering questions. We hope not to need collision repair again, but if we did we would absolutely return to K & M.

Tina and Johnny at K and M always greet you like you just came home, the educatate you on the process of claims and make a hard situation a little less daunting. This is my second time using them and if i could give k and M 10 stars i would. I have been so impressed with thier servce and the work they did on my car was perfect. K&M came highly recommended by some passionate car friends of mine. This Mercedes SL550 is a Silver Arrow edition and has a special paint, so I wanted to make sure the paint had the best match possible. I had an incident in late 2021 where a dog literally tried to attack the car while vacationing in the mountains. The door had deep scratches that my detailer couldn't get out (as pictured) and the dog actually bit the bumper and left bite marks on the top and bottom. I also had an old stain on the hood and scratches from trying to sand it out years ago that I asked them to fix separately from insurance. K&M also took care of a disputed issue for me and handled the discussions with the insurance adjuster of which I'm highly appreciative.I will caution anyone to know that you may be waiting a while for K&M. You are waiting for quality work, though. This car was scheduled in the shop early February (months after the incident), and was completed at the end of March. I was under the impression it was only going to take a week or two. However, the quality is well worth the wait.When I complained about how long it was taking, Ceci answered quickly and Kyle also called me to let me know the status. They were only waiting on a few small parts to cover the holes on the bumper. I imagine most shops with a complaining party would just use the previous parts to rush the job, but they made sure these parts were new to match.Upon picking up the car, it looked fantastic. Tina & Ceci were awesome and made sure I had a great experience. Tina answered questions I had about new paint, ceramic coatings, wax, etc. She knew immediate answers without hesitation.If you have a limited edition or special car, or even a rare paint, I would highly recommend using K&M. I've used cheap shops in the past for lower end cars where it was definitely faster and cheaper, but I could spot the imperfections and oversprays. K&M did an incredible job on this car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I had to take our rogue to them after hitting a small dog. The service was amazing. They were all nice polite and helpful. They took pictures along the way to show everything they found wrong and things used to fix it. Very precise and fixed my car as if it was brand new. Even detailed it before I picked it up. Thank you for this care of doing it right.

I use K&M's services after my wife damaged her brand new car. Though the car was totaled and K&M did not get an opportunity to repair the car, My interactions with K&M were consistently friendly and very helpful. I met with Tina Walling and she was extremely helpful in helping me get my wife's belongings from her car. I would recommend K&M for further service because of the way they helped get everything done quickly and conveniently.

Sadly, my insurance company totaled our truck. But the whole process from dropping it off to when they hauled it away, was less painful because Tina and the staff at K and M walked us through every step of the process. They were a great liaison for us with our insurance company. They even provided us with a rental car! If you want your vehicle fixed the right way go to K and M. They will be honest about what it takes to do so, even if it means your insurance company won t pay out!!!Service: Body & Trim

I'm impressed with how responsive the customer service of K&M is, I called, and on the same day, I came and spoke with Tina, who gave me a no-nonsense assessment of my car damages. Unfortunately, my wife's car will soon no longer be driveable. The decision to let it go is not easy, but when the car safety is now compromised, that's the outcome.

I was extremely upset when I hit a steel girder mailbox post when avoiding a wreck. I really like the car and was worried about anyone working on it, that it wouldn't be right. I knew that due to the pandemic it would take longer than normal to repair. I was kept informed along the way about the progress and what parts they were waiting to arrive. Thankfully the amazing team at Enterprise helped me out with the extended rental. The inspection revealed additional damage to which I didn't know, even multiple nails in a tire from the off-road adventure, which got replaced. I'm extremely picky and after four attempts to get it just right, I was satisfied. Tina and Adrian did an awesome job dealing with me being picky and a little irritated at times. Bottom line is my car was fixed and I'm happy and it looks great. That's what you want in a body shop, and please have patience if you are having a repair done, the supply chain is fubar currently.Which side had the work?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

K&M Collision did a great job in restoring my damaged car to its original condition. After 3 months of owning my car, debris from a dump truck had damaged the hood and front bumper of the car. The issue was taken care of quickly between the third party and K&M. Tina assisted me in any questions and concerns I had with the progress of repair.Edit: Repair took about 3 weeks from dropping off the car to pick up date. Pre-COVID.
