They broke my oil plug and lied and said the previous person that did my oil broke it when I knew for a fact (watch the previous oil change) they didn t. Caused my oil to leak everywhere all over my engine and charged me 150$ for the oil change for it to only last 2,000 miles MAXIMUM because the oil leaked so bad it caused me to pay extra to get it all cleaned and get the oil and the plug replaced.

Regarding the two posts from two weeks ago, how were you able to get in touch with anyone since there has been a sign on the door from 8/29/23 saying they are sick and will reopen in one week? That was four weeks today that sign was posted, no one has been answering the phone, no one has been responding to text messages. I want my keys back and can t even get them back. So can someone please explain how to get in touch with a person who works at this place

THEY ARE SHADY AND A RIP OFF, BEWARE!!!Just ended up needing a battery.! They took panels off and tore everything down (for hourly pay) when we went in with the battery light on. They changed wires to cause an additional problem (to the door locks). We took it to a different place they switched the door lock wires back and the door locks that were working when we took it in, suddenly started working again!!! There are 2 other good places to get foreign work done, one in Hickory and one in Hildebran. German Automotive or Bess Automotive!

Josh and his wife Emily have a wonderful business. They are very much in tune with foreign cars and treat their clients fair! They have always done a great job for me and I have used them many times for repairs and oil changes. Crooked.. we had a warranty we didn't know about from a recall.. nothing said.. gave us 3 estimates jacked prices on parts.. there is a reason their lot is full of cars. Guarantee they charge for storage too.. NOT HONEST MECHANICS.. give us honest ones a bad name.. take advantage of women who don't know..Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Josh, Emily and crew took great care of my Sprinter van. Many local garages shy away from the tall, long vans but Josh did not. He gave me a fair quote and completed the job right on schedule or even early. I was pleasantly surprised to get back on the road that week.Thanks for the great service!

I will forever be a loyal customer to this place! They do fantastic work and they are honest about what needs to be done to your car! They quoted me a price and I was pleasantly surprised when the final price was actually cheaper than they quoted - how often does that happen at the mechanics?! Richard is very knowledge and he is such a nice guy! My car is in amazing shape thanks to him!

Amazing place run by Amazing people.Always trying to help out customers even though I have yet to do any business through them, but twice they have bailed me out of my own situations. Once letting me borrow a socket wrench for BMW sparkplug when I couldn't locate one, and again when I needed a drain plug for my radiator.I mean what kind of mechanics lend out their tools.Looking forward to new business together. Josh you are a rock star going places.

Called and spoke to Richard and he gave me much info about my car that I needed to know. Very knowledgeable and a kind gentleman and had my car fix and done in a timely manner. Reasonable priced. Glad I heard about Autobahn. It is the place to take any German made models. Thank you Autobahn for fixing my ride.

They are not honest or they don t know how to fix audio/ no sound for newer Mercedes benz. They recommended to buy used head unit/radio receiver for Mercedes Benz on line, but when the unit came, they said that they have to upgrade their computer. I went to two different MB shop, they honestly told me that they cannot fix o program it.

I have an older model Mercedes and wouldn't take it anywhere else. I live in Mooresville and it's well worth the drive. I'm indebted to my friend for telling me about them. When they fix something, they fix it right and I couldn't be happier.

I can t tell you how many times these guys have helped me out, fixing issues on my cars. They would fix the issue and not make me buy unnecessary parts at great labor rates. I travel from Charlotte just so these guys can work on my car. Can t thank them enough.

Dynamic auto tune in Charlotte has way better service and everything is half of the prices that Autobahn tried to charge me even to check the car was a half of the prices and they fix a lot of high quality BMW and Audi check them out.

Top notch service at very reasonable prices... The #1 place in Western NC for German Automotive service and Repair... Richard Coffee the owner will personally make sure that your taken well care of.

Horrible service !!!! I spent $2400 and my car was there for over a month for a check engine light. 5 minutes after I pick the car up the light is back on and they tell me that I need to take it to an Audi dealer! NO SH@!T you sorry excuse for mechanics couldn't fix it!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE THERE FOR ANYTHING!
