I ve been buying Hondas for 20 years and this was by far the best experience that I ve had. Buying my new 2024 civic type r was a BREEZE. I got a great deal and the salesman Jerome was awesome to deal with. Sales manager Nathan was awesome too. These guys know how to make sure their customer is happy and makes sure you get the best deal possible. I won t buy a Honda from anywhere else. I highly recommend you buy from this dealership!!! We just bought our 5th car from Rick Batman McClure. This dealership is the best we ve ever been to. I would like to thank Rick McClure our salesman and Nate Harris the GSM and Vince McGuire Director of finance for all their work to put together our deal. They all worked as a team to make the deal happen. We live an hour away and this is the only place we ll ever buy a car from !!Excellent customer service. They make you feel like family

After previously leaving a one star review for Hendrick Honda, I came in to get my oil changed and was approached by Hector Lopez regarding that one star review. He did a great job listening to my concerns and ensuring me that quality customer service is their top priority. He was very professional and handled my issues quickly and efficiently, especially since I had to miss work. I will be very glad to do business with them in the future.

Joe Colman did a fantastic job communicating and helping my mom find the perfect Honda CRV. His constant, yet not pushy, communication showed that he had my mom's best interest at heart and truly wanted to help her. His kindness and professionalism was well worth the 1.5 hour drive to purchase a new vehicle! Also, the finance manager, Vince, was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. I just need to brag on Hendrick Honda of Hickory. I hate trading cars, hate the process etc. BUT.....this was the most pleasant experience I have had in my lifetime. EVER! We dealt with Jerome Brooks as the salesman and with Mike Powell the Finance Manager. Wow!!!! These guys made me leave feeling so good about my experience. Both guys answered all my questions, explained everything, demonstrated how to operate the car with all those bells and whistles that I had no idea how to work. If you are in need of a car...ask for Jerome Brooks. NO high pressure which is such a turn off for me. He is so kind and helpful. When you decide to buy a Honda make sure to deal with Mike Powell because he will not make you feel like a heal for not buying warranties that you do not need but will help you get the ones you do. Then he doesn't rush you out of the office when he gets your signature. He will answer all the questions that you have. Thank you Hendrick Honda Hickory!!!

Our experience @ Hendrick Honda Hickory could not have been more pleasant and EASY! Tanner Mellon was patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. He wanted to make sure we got what we needed and wanted. I would highly recommend Tanner the next time you are shopping for a vehicle. He went out of his way to provide a stress-free experience. Michael Powell was also very helpful as we reviewed our options for service and extending our warranty.

Work was completed on time at the price quoted. Truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived at dealership. A video was provided explaining the work completed and other issues that may need to be checked on at next service visit. Service Advisor very nice and good to work with. I will return for next service.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change and they took me back as soon as I arrived. They updated me throughout the whole process and were kind the whole time. They didn t take very long at all and even washed my car after they finished with it. Hendrick Honda of Hickory is a great place to service your vehicle.

I drove up to Hendrick Honda without an appointment to check on a tire which had two plugs in it. With an upcoming trip out of town, I didn t want to drive on an unsafe tire. I was warmly greeted, and my car was taken right back to be inspected. Since I have a tire coverage policy with Allstate, the associates at Hendrick Honda were able to get my tire replaced and they took care of that while we waited. I always have a wonderful experience at this dealership and highly recommend them.

The staff is very nice and professional. Always smiling. Edward (Eddie) was so personable. Great conversation. Went over the items that needed attention or replaced. Was not ready for the 4 things that were needed and the price of filters was a bit of a surprise. However, I m aware that the markup is more at the dealerships. The wait time is a bit long!! But, all in all, it s not a bad experience.

I've never had my doubts about Honda. But what happened yesterday made me HAVE to leave a review.I met with Noah Haney yesterday and he was super kind! Although it was early in the morning, he greeted me and asked about my morning so far. Super sweet. He even helped me save time since I have special accommodation in my vehicle.Of course, I cannot forget about the main individual who helped me and guide me with first big girl purchase, Art!Honda has a good team!

Set up an oil change because I was past the mileage and date on the window sticker. However, I was told that I must wait till the service light is on before getting my oil change. Now, I ll have to miss more work because the light will probably illuminate in a few days. They were able to do the recall service, so it makes zero sense why they wouldn t do the oil change all at the same time. The appointment wasn t even scheduled for the recall service. I ve never had any issues like this before.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Honda CRV. Our salesman Joe Coleman was so patient with us as I have to take my time on a big purchase. He was great to work with and let us test drive different models until we decided on one. Then he found us the color we wanted. It was a very smooth process. Overall I would rate Joe and the staff at Hendrick Honda of Hickory A+!! If you are in the market for a new vehicle go ask for Joe Coleman!

I am only giving a one star because zero was not available. I got an email with a coupon great I make an appointment 8:15 am. I show up 8:05 am "what do you mean I can't use this coupon? Ok I got my manager to approve it. 9:45 sir we are just taking your car in to the shop...."What I had an appointment for 8:15.... 10:41 sir you car is ready..... that will be $$$ ...What when I checked in I showed the coupon...look on the 1st sheet of paper it had the correct price how it change. We corrected the price have a good day. WELL THIS DAY DID NOT START VERY WELL. I have been to funeral homes that had a more pleasant environment. I JUST GOT AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION ...

Jose Barradas is a great service manager with excellent interpersonal skills. I made a cold call to see if the dealership would service an Acura RDX that was long overdue. I was connected to Jose. He had a clear understanding of the need and shared his contact info. so, when we were ready to come in, there would be no handoff. We had a lot of work to be done, and the team at Hendrick assessed the needs and had the car serviced the very next day-which was a Saturday! To top it off, the final bill came in a bit less than the estimate which was great.

I ve always had a great experience with Hendrick. My trip to Hendrick Honda Hickory was great. What really stood out to me was that the employees took the time to pull my car back into the check in area so I could put my child in the car (it was very cold and windy that day). They were very helpful and considerate.

Professional and straight to the point. Second purchase in 7 months. Would recommend them to anyone. You owe it to yourself to check with them before you sign. They weren t the cheapest but they give me their best shot first. There was no back and forth. Great experience!

Last Sunday I was in need of a car and found a Subaru online. We called to see if it was available and if they were open on Sunday. The lady who answered was so polite and referred us to Aj Granados and as soon as we got there I asked for Aj and he already knew why we were there and what car we wanted to look at. Everything was quick and easy and he worked with us to get everything we need from insurance to finance. We signed the papers and picked the car up Monday. Great service! Very personable.
