They did a wonderful job fixing my car. The lady that hit me done over $8,714.00 in damage to my car. Everyone said it couldn t be fixed but Don said he could do it and that s just what he did. He made sure to keep me up-to-date on the progress of my car. When I drop my car off, I told him to take his time because I wanted it done right so if it took an extra week or two, I would not be mad. I do believe it took about one extra week, but again I was not mad about it because they did exactly what I asked them to do and that was to take their time. Don kept me updated on everything. I will definitely be recommending them to friends. Here are some before n after photos. Notice how far back my tire is from my fender my car drives just as good now as it did the day I drove it off the car lot. My car had a little mishap so I chose to take it to Hendrick Honda pre owned and collision . I am very particular with my car, it s still pretty new with only 38,000 miles on it , it had to have a new bumper, headlight and fender . I am very happy with the work that was done and the color match is perfect !! I recommend Hendrick Honda Hky pre owned and collision . Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I added 2 before photos and 2 after the repair photos .

Absolutely wonderful customer service, second to none. Very reasonable time working on my wife's vehicle. Special Pearl white is very difficult to match. However the drivers door and passengers door was a perfect match. Daniel is an amazing person with perfect customer service. Very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. The entire team inside was very respectful as well. Very clean business and we would recommend anyone looking to fix their vehicles to come to Hendricks Collision.

I recently had a small tree fall on my car that absolutely scratched and dented up the entire front end of my vehicle. From this I had to file a nationwide insurance claim and one of their recommended repair centers was this one. From my first interaction, Don Wyatt was the man on the job making sure I stayed informed on my vehicles repair. He was very professional and explained everything throughly, and even in simple terms as I am not a car guy haha. Don has done a terrific job at coordinating the repair for my car and made it look like it was brand new again. I absolutely recommend Hendrick Collision center for any repairs needed to your car!

Don Wyatt, Senior Estimator, at Hendrick Honda Hickory Pre-Owned & Collision is phenomenal and goes Above and Beyond in his customer service! I truly believe in the power of providing reviews and helping others with feedback from honest experiences, and so I have to share my thanks and applaud his stand-out work. Don reached out to my insurance company to let them know about the 4 � month delay in my car part order, and HE confirmed the car rental extension approval with them he said he did not want me to have to worry about Anything this showed the utmost compassion and character and proves he truly cares about his clients. He also texted Regular Updates and Always takes calls and returns calls. If he says he s going to do something, He Will. Outstanding and superb service and kindness! Thanks again, Don!

Not that any of us ever want to have to use a body shop, but when we do we want to have quick and reliable service with quality work. I received both at Hendrick. I would recommend them to and would use them again. They gave me a later date but was able to get the part sooner and completed the work earlier than expected so I received my car back two weeks earlier than expected. Definitely an added bonus!!

After wrecking my car I had my car towed to Hendrik Collision in Hickory North Carolina on LR Boulevard to be repaired. And I am so happy that they were able to repair my car in a timely fashion. I am happy with the work that Hendrik Collision service group did. My car look good as new. Thank you Don Wyatt and your team for getting me back on the road.

My wife's 2019 Honda Accord needed front bumper assembly replaced due to an accident along with back taillight and rear bumper repainted. They had to use an aftermarket hood until the original Honda hood comes in. During the process of repairing the car . The manager never kept his word on the time the car would be ready causing her to keep the rental car longer. He never returned any phone calls. Weeks after the car was supposed to be ready. Now they still haven't contacted her regarding the new hood. Please don't take ur car here. I won't recommend it

Absolutely horrible customer service today 11-10-23. Took my truck for an estimate. My truck is older with high miles so I told the guy, Alex that I knew it would total it. His response was well you don't need an estimate then and started walking off. I said no not from here. I want post my other comment to him. My family has had several cars fixed there but as long as Alex is there we won't be back. Very unprofessional, 2 other body shops had no trouble giving me estimates and agreed it would most likely total it.

The experience has been tremendous. Don, the manager, is very informative and keeps you in the know of what's happening. I trust Hendrick and their service. I highly recommend them for excellent customer service and no sugar coating.

One star is being generous.� I dont mind it taken over 70 days to do the work its the lack of communication and the lies of not doing what was promised. I delivered my truck to Hendrick Collision on Oct 1st got it back Dec 15th. I took truck in for dear damage(which was covered by ins) and a 3/8 inch hole on the opposite side of the bed. I was told 4 times by Daniel that all would be fixed while the bed was off for the deer damage. Guess what I got a call from Daniel that said good news truck is done except we didn't fix the hole, which was one of the reasons I was having it all done. All I got was a sorry from Joey the manager and we will send you a quite to fix it. They finally fixed and gave me a sorry again and a 15% discount. Which was actually more expensive then the ins repair per hour. Ask Don about it and had another invoice from another customer where this placed messed up, however they really helped this customer out. But Don told me they couldn't do that for me and once again sorry and we have to keep the lights on. Well I get my truck it has Pine Sap all over the hood which they did clean it and apologize again. Since getting my truck in my possession I have had buff out scratches on the side the deer hit. Reconnect my drain lines for my Tanoue cover and my right side bed cap is not on correctly and is off the truck about a 1/2 inch. But hey I did get we are sorry. The lack of communication is beyond belief and then them not doing what they said they were going to do is just bad business.Update to review.. Still no call to try and see what can be made right. I did get a message that said they will use my issues to help them improve. It has been 3 weeks. I guess Hendrick Collision is just to big to fix there mistakes.

In June of 2023, I experienced a car accident that led me to explore multiple body shops. After careful consideration, I chose Hendrick Collision and Pre-Owned Center of Hickory. Alex and Octavia went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, leaving me thoroughly impressed. The initial estimate from the adjuster indicated a swift repair within a week. However, due to unforeseen delays in parts delivery, this timeframe was extended a situation I completely understood.As I was juggling a demanding workload and coping with the recent loss of my father during this period. A few weeks later, I received a call from Alex informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. They were, unfortunately, still waiting for an additional part on back order, with no clear arrival date in sight. Despite this setback, the body shop handled the situation with grace and remained patient, ensuring my needs were met.Three months passed, and the back-ordered part had nearly slipped my mind when the body shop called to notify me that it had arrived. I just brought my car back in for the necessary repairs. Throughout this process, there was commendable communication between the body shop, the rental agency, and the adjuster. Despite the challenges, I can honestly say that I was quite pleased with the overall experience. Thanks and I will definitely be back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After having my car repaired here from a wreck (that was no fault of my own.) The paint came off a year later. But it was a factory issue with the pre-primered bumper that caused the paint not to stick. They fixed it because they guarantee their work. And it came back clean and fabulous. Like the first day I bought it. Very happy with the results.

Horrible claim process with liberty mutuals business auto department but Hendricks collision were the only saving grace. solid people to deal with and Alex is a man of his word.

They were on the list my insurance provided. I called around and they could get me in the soonest and were most convenient to me. The day I took it for an estimate, Alex was amazingly kind and told me the repairs would take about 3 weeks depending on parts. During this time he and Octavia were awesome! I had made the mistake of not getting rental car coverage, so I called each week to check on the status. They were always kind and accommodating. They sent text messages regarding the progress as well. My car was completed in exactly 3weeks! The work was flawless! You can t tell there was ever any damage nor where the damage was. I highly recommend Hendrick Collision Hickory. They will have all my future business!Service: Body & Trim

Have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline that was involved in a accident. It has low miles and wanted the repairs to be done by a high rated certified Honda shop.The repairs and painting they performed was top notch. They initially told me two weeks, to start with, but had it done in 8 days! They communicated very well. I got a text everyday to let me know what was going on with the repairs. Almost 20,000 dollars in repairs and the car looks like the day my son got his car. They did excellent work and I'm very satisfied.
