" Gray's wife is Asian and all of his kids is Asian, not that I'm saying your husband is lying but Gary wouldn't have said that!" Said the manager Mike. This was the response that I got when I tried to address the threat that this employee was going to blow my husband up with his shot gun because they did not do all of the repairs two weeks over the original date given to me! Don't tell me that I am unprofessional when it is clear as day light that the work was not completed! Worst experience ever!!!!!

We love this place and will never use another body shop.! If it won t for Charlene I think our car would still be at the tow yard! Sunni and Charlene are hands out the most amazing woman I ve ever met! Always so helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to help us!!!! The car looks amazing , good as new and they did it in a timely manner! Hands down the best collision center there is! Got my Truck repaired in a timely matter. Now waiting over 4 months to get my truck reworked to I can repaired so them my not even a year old truck can look like nothing ever happened to it. Have bad over spray in pain and broken tabs behind the work they did. Next time I'll be using a different body shop.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my mom's car to Gerber to repair after she had a fender bender. These folks were professional from the start and kept us informed of progress during their process. The cost came in at the estimate and the body work looked great, matching the new paint with the original color so well there was no way to determine where the old ended and new began. They even got finished a week earlier than the original timeline. I'd definitely go to this group again.

If anyone tows a car out from this Gerber good luck getting it on time because they like to use a secondary company as there storage lot and they let them keep up with the keys and it's a towing company that doesn't open till 9 and Gerber opens at 8 so it's always a hassle to get the keys and the car from Gerber and the people that work for Gerber can unlock the gate for you but will not go there to do so. So this Gerber is as useful as a trap door on a submarine they need to reevaluate there employees to actually be good ones

This is an excellent place to bring your car when in a accident. They will do their adjustments for your insurance company. They will keep you or your insurance company updated on your car information. Keep up the good work. Although my car was a total loss.

Horrible work. My truck hasn't been right since. At night, I can't see. My head lights are pointing up. I had someone hit me yesterday. First thing I told the insurance company, was I'm not going to Gerber Collison.

Poor work habits. Took a month to get an extimate but then they were ready to do the work in less than a week. There was a chip in the front bumper that was just painted over that they tried to claim wasn't part of the repair. Looks like s--t. Asked for a contact number to call and they were given the home number. Some how they got my husbands cell phone that he can barely here ring. They keep calling it and texting. He doesn't text. They can't follow instructions from their customers. They never once called the number they were given. Would not let them paint a dog house for me again. Will go else where if any further work is needed.

They were exceptional. They were friendly and kind. They kept me updated when my car was gonna take longer to fix than expected and relayed information to my adjuster to extend my rental car.

I had many issues with their service. Overall I was not satisfied, it was a very stressful and time-consuming process. My vehicle got dropped off on December 26, 2019, and was ready for pick up a few minutes before they closed on January 14, 2020, so I wasn't able to pick it up until January 15, 2020. They do an okay job with keeping you updated through their messaging system for the majority of the time as long as it is for the price estimate, starting the repairs and estimated pick up. One of the major issues I had with them was that they lost my vehicle key. I understand accidents happen but I was not notified at all. I only know because I asked them why I wasn't receiving the key I brought in. I was told one story, then later told something different. I was missing many items from my vehicle when I picked it up. Suni the general manager from this location was very helpful in sorting this issue out. I had a few issues with the job they did when replacing one door and fixing the other door, but when I asked questions about it they seemed to get aggravated and say it was like that. Towards the end, I just didn't bother mentioning that they didn't even place the window handle in properly when closed all the way the handle is pointing upwards and always catches on to everything when entering or exiting the vehicle. Like mentioned before it was a very stressful and time-consuming process.Update: Jerry reached out to me in a timely manner and fixed my window crank problem.

They are a company I will never use again as they had my car since April 7 and everything I get a new deadline when I will receive my vehicle. Each time it's a different excuse and then the inspector could not pass on my car cause it still had stuff wrong with it and once again oh we will have it this day and that day comes oh sorry it be this day. No consideration how this affects a person.

Sweet people that care about their customers and do great work! They went above and beyond for me after I was rear ended. 10/10 recommend and will use them in the future if I ever find myself in another situation that I need to.

They really pay attention to detail. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Only problem is that three weeks after the bumper replacement, I noticed that the passenger side of the bumper was not seated properly. A very obvious part of the bumper is sticking out from the car. I took the car back two weeks ago and was told that they would fix it at no charge. Going on the third week and I still haven't heard from Gerber. Mitsubishi dealership recommended them. I would have to try another repair shop should I ever need those services again. I already see what I received with Gerber.

Well, I was a bit skeptical that they would be able to completely big my car back to 100%, but I picked up my car today and, I have to admit, they did a damned good job.Would never tell it had been crunched.Very good work. Took 2 weeks, which I feel is acceptable.

Unfortunately I had to bring my car here twice to Gerber Collision due to other people's faults. But fortunately, I worked with Timothy Collier. He was wonderful each time. Always updated me on what was going on with my car. Both times that I received my car back, it was fixed to perfection. They even went above and beyond of washing my car for me. It looked as good as new. I was upset to see that the young lady that worked in the office that I have dealt with previously was no longer there. All and all, they are awesome.

Very frustrating that I have been waiting on a part for almost 10 months that they forgot to replace after a repair job. There has been poor communication between them and the local dealership. I have called repeatedly and been reassured that they would get the part in "this week" and we'll "get you in a rental" for the day. Meanwhile, several more weeks have gone by, and nothing.

I had service done on my 2012 F-150 after I suffered some damage to my bumper from someone backing into me. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed there was a large gap in between to bumper and the trim. I pointed this out to them and they said they would fix it. They called me the next day saying it was done and it looked the exact same. The lady then argued with me saying that s how my year model F-150 looked. Saying screw it, I took the truck home and less than 5 months later the paint job on the body of the truck around the bumper began to chip off. The quality of work these people do for the amount of insurance money they take in is very poor. Great customer service however, even if they denied anything was ever wrong with their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an entire passenger side of my almost new vehicle remade at Gerber Collision & Glass after an extensive damage from an accident.It is worth noting that unfortunately, in my case, they were not able to deliver within the timeframe initially promised, apparently due to a lack of enough manpower, however the company was nice enough to pick up all the costs associated with extended period of renting a replacement vehicle.in the end of a day, I was rather happy with the quality of their work.

This was the 2nd time I had brought my vehicle here. A few days after I dropped my car off, someone broke into my car attempting to steal the aftermarket radio. A police report was made. In this attempt, they damaged the screen on the radio and damaged the center piece on the dashboard. I was notified by the shop and I was disappointed about the incident. I never had anger towards the shop because it wasn't their fault I just wanted them to accept responsibility about what happened since they had possession of my vehicle on their lot. I notified corporate and they left the regional manager a message about the incident. A few days later, I received a phone call from the shop and they accepted responsibility of what had happened. When I got my car back, they had replaced the center piece and installed a new radio. It was an unfortunate event for both the shop and I but the shop took full responsibility of what happened and even went as far as to replacing my cracked windshield that had nothing to do with the accident or the break in incident. I want to thank everyone involved in repairing my vehicle and managment for going above and beyond.

After such a terrible experience at the morganton location that left my vehicle with countless issues over a water intrusion issue due to a lazy job on a windshield, Jerry Belk called me personally and immediately set an appointment for me to come in the following Monday. When I did come in the level of professionalism, kindness, and understanding floored me. The hickory location spoke volumes to me after I had wrote the entire company off due to the severity of my vehicle problems. Between Jerry and Joe they got me into a rental that THEY paid for and had my truck back to me fixed PERFECTLY within a couple of days. I d gladly take my vehicle back there any day without a moments hesitation.

Just got our Kia back with the wrong headlight... The new one has a led stripe on top , the original on the other side doesn't.. Just called and they said to bring it by , and they would take care of it.. Other than that great job .. 4 stars if they fix it..

Please do not waste your time with this place they have had my car for a week more then the date because of a damaged or wrong hood they have ordered and now I have to wait another week because they ordered the wrong headlight and water reservoir. I would not recommend them to anyone... Update. Now the shop is saying it is still not ready these people are a joke

Called to follow up on an email request and spoke with a very rude man name Tim Collier (last name may be spelled wrong) very disrespectful, short, rude and insubordinate and definitely made me think twice about taking my business there. I don't want to base the entire company on this one sour apple however ; definitely concerns me when someone in charge put him in the position to be speaking with new clients first. Not a very good first impression at all. Another round of customer service training is in order.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get a simple repair for a front bumper. Couldnt get anyone to call me back after about 5-6 attempts. WILL NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!! Steer clear!!!

The Management here is SHADY. She told my bf that she could save him alot of the expense that he would pay elsewhere, that he could write a check to her personally for his repairs, that her supervisor lets her do that.My dad worked in the automobile insurance business for years and explained to me that this is not a legitimate way to do business. Don't do it!!!
