Had Raffle to change motor for me in ford van .He said he found a motor for me that only had 87500 that was a lie.Motor had burn values values was leaking motor smoking so bad don't believe anything he tells you it a lie lie lier.

as always, Raphael is spot on diagnosis of problems. i needed front brakes and caliper he had me going in less than 2 hours !I would encourage everyone to call on him...he is good has alot of knowledgeable people working with him ....and most of all his labor rates are very affordable !Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Have gone to him on two separate occasions. The first time I needed a head gasket replaced on my 94 civic dx. I returned a few days later to him saying it didn't need a head gasket, that he personally drove the car and it didn't show symptoms of a failed head gasket. I paid a diagnostic fee and proceeded to leave and not even a mile from the establishment the car was puffing out huge clouds of white smoke! I ended up replacing the head gasket myself which fixed my issue. The second time I just needed a tow. They said they would be there between 30-45 minutes. The thing is they never showed up or even called to let me know what was going on. Terrible customer service if you ask me. They are not all that knowledgeable and the only reason I'm leaving a 1 star is because it's required. I would give zero stars if possible, they take advantage of a lot of people who are not mechanically inclined. Never going to return.

Brought my Chevy cobalt there for timing chain. Turned out needed a new motor. After getting it back they screwed something up in the security of the ignition and half the time it would not start. Became more of a problem the just junking it and using that money for a down payment. I took it back twice and they did not remedy it. I took out a loan to get it fixed and I'm still paying for it 3 years later.

The best auto service I ever had. They do great work and I am very satisfied. Great communication, and I don't have to worry about overpricing customers.
