Five stars only because that s as high as it goes. Eddie and his team went above and beyond to make sure my car was exactly the way it is supposed to be.I will definitely take any and all paint and body needs to this group.

I got rear ended and had Everette fix my vehicle. Ed did a great job and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful from the moment I called. They gave me advice and took good care of my car. They always kept me updated and answered any questions I had. The insurance company was very communicative. They didn't even tell me how to pay to get my car fixed.. but Ed took care of that as well no questions asked on my end. Would 100% bring my car back here.

I would like to thank Everett Chevrolet Collision Center for taking such good care of me and my car. Eddie kept in constant communication with me during the time they had my vehicle. When parts were unavailable locally, he took the time and effort to call various places to see who could provide them with the part the quickest. When I picked up my car, everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend the collision center at Everett.

We had a great experience with Eddie Brown at Everett Collision, he handled everything from start to finish with a friendly attitude and made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them, this has been the easiest process for body repair that I have ever had.

Chad and Cheryl are the best. My 2021 Cadillac was vandalized in early March 2024. The center had to paint the entire vehicle. Chad and Cheryl went above and beyond. I had my vehicle for 13 days after being painted and I was involved in a MVA on March 27th 2024, I was rear ended at 50 MPH in the pouring rain and was injured, again Chad and Cheryl went above and beyond to work with the insurance company on my behalf. My car had approximately $5500 in damage. I got my car back in MINT condition again. I got my car back on April 18th 2024. I can t thank them enough. Tell Mr Everett and Mr. Ed Jenkins, that they have two of the hardest working employees in the collision center. A HUGE THANKS TO BOTH CHAD AN CHERYL.Sincerly William Billy Suttie

Great service, friendly and curtious staff. I was with out my car for 2 months. They were having problems getting parts for my car. I had already used the 30 day coverage for that the insurance allowed and was paying out of pocket until they offered me a loaner. It was a huge savings. I have my car finally and it's perfect. They did a great job and there warranty is for life. I would recommend them to anyone. Ty the manager was super nice and very caring. Cheryl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

Chad Guzman Everett Chevrolet Body Estimator did a excellent job on a detail estimate on my car. Chad went beyond the call of duty and communicated with the insurance company until it was right. Chad's on top of his field and has tremendous people and communication skills. Well done Chad.

Dropped my 2021 Traverse off at Everette Collision Center for some bumper work. Eddie and his crew did an amazing job. They were timely and completed my car in 1 week. They even washed it before calling me to pick it up. They truly care about the work they are doing. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff at Everett Collision Center went above and beyond to address the issues with my vehicle. Not only was the problem diagnosed accurately, but the repairs were carried out efficiently and effectively. I was particularly impressed by the transparent communication throughout the process. Eddie took the time to explain the repairs needed and patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I understood the work being done on my car. Update: They did make the situation right, so thank you so much.They didn't even fix my truck. They gave it back to me with my oil pressure sensor dinging. The truck had oversized tires when we bought it from Everett. After my husband was in a wreck and was not at fault we had to take it and leave it for over a month. They did not even do an estimate and just went off Geico's estimate. The woman from Geico even said she didn't know what she was doing she just got what was visible. When my husband got the call back from the manager due to this review The manager then told my husband it was because he had oversized tires. Those were the same tires that were on the truck when we bought it from THEM. They cut the fender well flap because the tires were rubbing it instead of fixing the bumper that was bent. This is not the first time they have done me wrong. I will NEVER do business with them again. It's sad when people are too lazy to do their job because they do not want more paperwork or deal with Geico.

Great experience under unfortunate circumstances. Eddie Brown and the crew did an amazing job repairing my 2020 Volvo, 10k worth damage and now no evidence of an accident. When talking to Eddie he always showed a concern as if it was his vehicle.

I recently had to get 2 cars repaired and was recommended Everett Collision Center. They did a great job scheduling times for us to get them in and out quickly and not disrupt work, school, life, etc. The cars look great and couldn't be more pleased. Chad Guzman was our point person and kept us informed on everything that was going on. Great experience.

Eddie Brown was very supportive, walking us through the required repairs on our 2024 Chevrolet Silverado. Due to the newness of the vehicle parts were difficult to source but he kept us informed and assured us the repairs would be completed as soon as they were received.

The service I received was great. The Receptionist was nice and very helpful. Eddy was great and went out of his way to help me. Hopefully I don t have to go back but I know I ll be taken care if I do.

This was my first experience with any dealership. I felt like they were not honest and straight up the entire time. they lied to me about my rate and the truck immediately had transmission issues I had to have it replaced. I ve had numerous issues dealing with the rental car service. I will never shop here again neither will any of my family.

Just had a deer hit my truck. Stopped by fir an estimate. Was greeted right away and had my estimate quickly. They had me scheduled for next week where other shops to me it would be over a month.
