Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Steve Snyder ordering and purchasing my new truck. He was super nice and went above and beyond to keep me up to date. I would highly recommend Steve and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him.I had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager JR. He reached out to me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We had a great conversation and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Everett Chevorlet. Top notch team running the show at Everett.

Kody and Dustin were fantastic! I needed a new vehicle and did not have time to shop around. Most dealerships were a waste of my time. I saw that Everett had the car I wanted for the best price and called. Everything was done over the phone, I never had to go there in person which was a huge plus. I knew financing would be difficult but Dustin got me financed & at the end of the day my payment was $30 less per mo then quoted. I dislike car shopping and they both made this as seamless as possible. I love my car, it was delivered to me 250 miles away the same day. The drivers were professional and paperwork was straightforward and completed in less than 10 min. I would not go anywhere else after receiving such outstanding service all around!

This review is for the dealership and in particular for salesperson - Omar Chavez. I purchased a used vehicle that was offered for sale at this dealership. Since i was buying remotely and travel was not a cost effective option, i wanted to execute this transaction completely online. Most dealerships were not even willing to work with me. Omar and his team were very accommodating and were able to work with me remotely to complete the transaction. I was able to work out a good deal with them and they offered me a reasonable price. Omar was excellent in his communication and was able to guide me well throughout the process. They were also very accommodating for a third party inspection prior to completing the transaction as i was unable to travel to see the vehicle in person. I was able to complete the transaction smoothly and able to ship the vehicle to my location without issues. The vehicle was as described and in a great condition. Overall i am very happy with my purchase.I would like to recommend this dealership for your vehicle purchase needs. Once again i would like to recommend working with Omar as he has been very courteous and has provided me with fantastic service during the course of my transaction. His communication with me throughout the process has been stellar. I would like to encourage you to work with this dealership to help you purchase your vehicle even if you do not live in the immediate vicinity of this location.

Tyler Soots helped us trade our Cadillac Escalade for a newer model at the Hickory location. He was patient, kind, and everyone was excellent with helping us navigate finding and purchasing a vehicle all while having our 2 youngest children along with us. Anyone who has kids knows this can be a stressful event but the staff were excellent from start to finish and we all left happy and love our new family ride!

When I arrived for my appointment, John met me and called me by name. Then he explained what they would do to determine the diagnosis needed. I also met Kris who had helped me on a previous occasion, he also remembered my name. After waiting in the lounge for a few minutes, John explained that they would keep the vehicle over night and call in the morning when the work was done. Darlene was the courtesy driver who took me home and was kind enough to stop at my bank for 10 or so minutes to let me draw out cash for an emergency that was up -coming and that we needed the truck for. The next morning, Darlene took me back to the shop where a nice young man, Jeff brought the truck. The repair has worked well and I am very satisfied.

It was a great time in the Hickory spot of Everett Chevrolet. A nice person took my service at the desk. Very smart and knew the proximity of my tires and was this person was very nice. Nice man introduced himself to me who works there as looking around at the cars. Nice place. And was happy to be there the whole time. Very good service. Thanks very much.

All in all I had a good experience with this dealership. I was finally purchasing my dream car after over 50 years of patience. Because of this, I may have had very high expectations. The only disappointments, not necessarily negatives, were the fact that I asked for the dealer badge to be removed from the car before I took delivery and I expected the car to be delivered with the best detailing job possible. The badge was still on the car at delivery and it wasn't as clean as expected. Again, I know my expectations were really high. The delivery process was a bit lack luster in my opinion as well. All this being said, I was still happy with all of the employees through the buying process. I do recommend Everette to any one looking to purchase a car.

Well I had left a great review because my first visit was amazing.... so I thought.I presented a headlight not working and upon pickup was shocked to find out "it was just a loose wire. No charge".Great right?!? No.I ended up having to take it back a second time. Same thing. So this time I'm suspicious and if choose it stops working again within a day. So I call back for a third visit but this time they want me to take it to the truck center and it will be 300 just to diagnosed!!! Absolutely not! So we take it to a different mechanic only to find out it was a bulb.You guys have got to do better. Imagine me passing 300 to diagnose a bad bulb after 3 visits. No thanks. Sorry but I wouldn't ever recommend bringing my vehicle here unless it's under warranty.

Went for our first routine maintenance on our new truck. Everyone was professional and courteous. They said the wait would be about an hour but we they were finished in about 45 minutes. Service Tech sent a video of our truck as he did the inspection so it was as if we were standing there while he pointed out all of the things he was looking for. Facility is very clean and runs smoothly.

We've always had positive experiences when bringing our vehicle to Everett Chevrolet. From the moment we pull into the service area, we know that we matter. Our service advisor Samantha was amazing. We're not treated like customers, but more like family or friends. It's comforting for sure.For us it's a bit further drive to go to Everett Chevrolet but that's a small sacrifice for piece of mind.

Took my truck in for work on a high pressure oil cooler line which was covered by my extended service warranty. Jordan took excellent care and attention when updating me on the progress of my truck. Upon completion Jordan called and I was surprised because the vehicle was slated to be done on Monday so I got it 3 days before expectations. The work was done properly and the vehicle was cleaned where the mess was. The team at Everett did an excellent job on my truck.

Omar Chavez was super helpful from the start to the end and made our buying experience wonderful. We have never bought from Everett Chevrolet, but because we had such a wonderful experience, we will be back in the future. Omar was a wonderful sales rep as he was very knowledgeable, but not overly pushy with the sale. He was very genuine and we greatly appreciated his attitude and spirit to help. Omar was absolutely great to deal with every single step of the way. Great service and made the dreaded paperwork process a breeze and seamless. I highly recommend you ask for him. Aside from that, building and grounds were super clean and everyone along the way was polite and willing to help! Over all great experience with Everett and their staff.

My initial review that I would have written would have been much better until I took my vehicle home. I purchased a 2021 Suburban 3 weeks ago and the night I took it home I found that the headlights were broken. I was told to adjust them and they would be fine. Come to find out the adjustment screw was stripped and now am told that I could have caused the damage so it will not be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. The dealership is only going to help with $500 of the $2800+ bill to put new headlights on the vehicle. I feel like this should have been taken care of completely as it is a huge safety issue to have headlights that point at the ground(the brights don t even give as much light as normal lights should) and I told the dealership about it the night I purchased it even before giving my down payment funds.

My husband and I bought a Chevy Silverado at your Hickory dealership location. Leslie was so very helpful and on spot throughout the entire process. I called her the Energizer Bunny. Would definitely recommend Everett, and especially Leslie. Having her as our sales rep made it worth our drive from Salisbury to Hickory. We wanted running boards installed and she arranged for the truck to be delivered to our home after the installation so that we did not have to make the hour round trip drive back to Hickory. Again, I would highly recommend Everett GMC and Leslie.

These guys are absolutely running around with their pants down. Do your own extensive research before you hand your business over to these folks. I wondered if maybe I just had a stroke of bad luck and caught these guys on an off day, but if you are thinking about contacting or doing ANY business with this dealership, take the time to read a few reviews. It turns out I wasn t catching these guys on an off day and there are loads of others whom I ve unfortunately shared this miserable experience with. I m trying to purchase a vehicle from you guys and it s MYSELF who has to stay on top of things and make sure that YOU guys are working on my purchase. I guess don t go to this dealer expecting them to give any sort of urgency to your paperwork. It took almost an entire WEEK of me calling, as well as texting multiple times per day to get any sort of updates. Which the updates consisted of text responses like working on it but then you ll call 4 hours later and they still have absolutely zero information to give you. I m not sure if they were just giving me the run around and jerking my chain, but any time I ve purchased a vehicle from any other dealership, I have been in and out with my new vehicle the SAME DAY. Just a few hours after walking into the lobby. Emily and Cathy are genuinely the least pleasant people in sales that I ve ever dealt with. How do you work in sales and have literally zero people skills lol. And The lack of communication from these two was COMICAL considering their profession requires them to communicate with customers. They WILL offer you one amount and then play dumb as if they ve never heard that number before in their lives. Luckily the offer made to me was in writing so I was able to prove to them how incompetent they were being. I m sure many others have and will have a pleasant experience with these folks, but the total lack of professionalism that they showed while attempting to do business makes me feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that they have POSITIVELY taken advantage of others who simply didn t know any better. I ve never written a single bad review in my life. But in my 30+ years of experiences in this life, this one was THE WORST, most infuriating waste of time that I ve ever dealt with. Hands down. Emily is just a salesperson, so she may very well have been just following her chain of command during this poor excuse of a transaction. But there is absolutely no way that someone who lacks even a sense of professionalism such as Cathy Crisp should be a manager of anything. I could not recommend doing ANY business with this individual. Your time is valuable and this individual WILL make you feel as if you are an inconvenience for her. Find another profession that doesn t require you to deal with the public ma am.

These guys know what they're doing. Wonderful experience from start to finish. They walked me through the entire process, didn't skip on detail, and answered every question I threw at them. TED was amazing and helped me find the car I wanted and needed. Couldn't ask for better service.

Went in for routine PM on my truck. Samantha was great getting me checked in quickly. I had an appointment but I didn t have a ride so I waited. It was less than 40 minutes from handing her my keys to paying and leaving. I like the new video by the techs. Really informative and helpful. I ll keep going back!

Leslie Draper was the only Sales Staff that followed up with me & she made every effort to help us find the car we wanted. I'm involved in "Sales" for over 44 years & she genuinely impressed me from the initial meeting to the close of the purchase. Made an appointment and still Waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. Watched my truck be parked after finishing the service and 30 minutes later when I asked why I hadn t been able to leave I was told that my truck still wasn t finished when I could see it parked outside then I was told they needed to take it and clean it because the oil filter had oil on it? This is the only place my wife, mother in law and I have gotten our cars serviced in the last 5 years but I m not sure that we ll be back.
