Good service. Prompt and courteous. Only problem I experienced is resetting all of my personal preferences with operational preferences. I may have to take back in. My collision alert is alarming 3 times as much as before visit.

They were so nice! I apologize to the lady that I bought a 2024 Honda Civic sport from Hendrick Honda of Hickory. But thier team was so nice I just didn't find what I wanted, wasn't thier fault! Still had a great attitude after I told her. Thank you for being curtous and understanding!

Purchased a couple of vehicles from this location when it was time to purchase another one very disappointed in the sales team sitting in the office for about 25 minutes before they got back to me on my trade-in so I ended up going down to Charlotte to purchase a vehicle, which was much more pleasant

Very nice place to purchase a vehicle. Great loop they have for a test ride. You get a chance to actually see how well whatever vehicle you are looking at accelerates to highway speed as they take you onto the highway. Excellent customer service as well. Hopefully you get Charlie. He was awesome and extremely punctual in responding to my questions. Definitely recommend.

Have had great experiences with all depts since we purchased our vehicle about 14 mis ago. Service and parts have been excellent to work with and coordinated to order and install accessories with scheduled maintenance. We drive about 2 1/2 hrs to go there rather than a local dealership.

Love Everett always have great customer service and Jonathan Bentley my salesman is the best. He took such good care of me and listen to what I wanted and didn't stop until he found me my perfect car. He is very professional and takes excellent care of his customers. Went with my friend to get his oil changed and tire/ wheel looked at and they took forever to get us out of there. No one came to us and let us know what was taking so long. The people we found to speak to was nice but wasn't very helpful. The waiting area was very nice and clean. There was a lady cleaning the waiting room and she was very nice to us. When they finally call him to get his truck he asked about the tire/wheel and no one knew anything about checking it or knew if it got checked. So we waited over two hours for an oil change.

Brought my Cadillac in for service. This is a nice dealership with friendly service writers. In and out under an hour and a video of the tech doing all the checks on the car. Very cool.

Do yourself a favor and do your homework. I don t know anything about vehicles but I know to take them to an UNBIASED mechanic.This is the first time a dealership has given us resistance when trying to take it to an outside mechanic.The inspection revealed SEVERE DAMAGE. It was in a flood. Something that not even the CARFAX disclosed. Just stated damage reported.I give em 2 stars for their professionalism. But remember. Dealerships are not required to disclose any damage.Ultimately, we spent $60 to save $32,00 not bad.

Highly recommend!! -Went to this dealer to get work done on my 2001 Monte Carlo because there were several outstanding recalls out on it. They did a fantastic job and also did my inspection. When they took my car in, they covered the steering wheel with one of those shower cap type covers, and covered the seat completely! I was very surprised, and thrilled that they took such good care of a vehicle that was old, and only brought in for work to be done on a recall. I was so impressed with the service department that I asked for a quote to repaint my Monte Carlo in their body shop. I will be returning soon to get that repaint done!

If it weren't for Randy I'd never ever grace their door. I've been ripped off by their 'non-service' department so badly...Randy made it right to the best of his ability~and one sales manager promised to make it completely right but never returned the call. It's not the Everett it used to be. Very sad to see a once reliable and honest dealership go the way of a note-lot. Thank you Randy. You did your best. But I'm still stuck with the 2nd lemon in 2 years...and this one I didn't choose, didn't want...and will never be happy with. If I wanted a Japanese vehicle I'd have shopped there...

Thanks to Evan in the customer service department...very friendly and kept me updated. Clint who was my service tech, he sent me a video that explained exactly what went wrong and how it needed to be fixed...pretty cool. I had a great experience with them on my 2020 Equinox, I tried to start the car Sun night... nothing. And I mean nothing, even after I put it on the battery charger. Had to call a tow truck...shout out to Hickory Wrecker. Kept the car over night and had to reprogram the bcm...was sending out bad data. It's running like a charm now. PTL still under warranty.

I drive a '07 Trailblazer which I have taken to Everett's from day one. They have kept a record of everything done to it. They may cost a little more than your neighbor Joe, but my car has always been in perfect shape. My next service is at 140,000. I would trust my car to go to California tomorrow, really, I've never had a breakdown. They have taken excellent care of my car and I have never considered another garage.

As far service good salesman helped with a ride to service department great service man helped with key great but keys over priced they got you. Bought the one had to have for 37.00. Probably 10.00 key. Other key didn't buy wanted 7.00 for 2.00 key that's where the 3 came from

Had my truck scheduled for service it was done fast tech sent me a video explaining what all was done and how everything checked out . Friendly staff most dealership push to try to get you to trade while walking the lot these guys didn't we ask questions and they answered.
