If I could do 0 stars I would !!!!! Me and my Mother walked in to inquire about getting a vehicle HOWEVER the lady that was sitting there thought it was more important to eat her fried rice and watch Netflix on the computer full blast and was so rude didn t even want to take the time to do a application to see what she qualified for kind of just assumed. DISCOUNT DO BETTER AND GET EMPLOYEES THAT WEAR FLIP FLOPS THAT FIT MAYBE HER ATTITUDE WOULD BE BETTER! And the 299$ down they advise is A SCAM!!! Also your business smells like a decaying tooth get yourselves together!

Very friendly people! They did everything to get us into a vehicle! They don t charge an arm and a leg and the prices are very reasonable and fair! Worked with us on a down payment! The payments each week are not outrageous! I definitely will be doing business here again! Definitely recommend this place!

Kristen was very nice and help with helping me picking out my car and it was a very quick process didn t have to wait to long and she was very upfront with how much I would be looking to pay. Update 3/10/24 I wouldn t recommend coming here if looking for a reliable vehicle purchased my car from them 3/6/2023 and it had quite a few issue with it that weren t disclosed when buying the car and one of which they claimed Honda repaired prior to them selling me the car. When my car was repossessed back to their lot they tried to make a claim on my insurance for damages on the car that was there prior to me buying it.

My wife purchased a vehicle on 3-4-21! They were more than willing to help which was a plus, but I wish I had really looked this vehicle over when she got it, because when they say "as is" they mean as is. The car had an oil change supposedly on 3-2-2, but on the 14th car began to run sluggish. I changed the oil today and oil was very discolored probably was mobile-1 since Toyota uses that. Had to swith to Amsoil and do an engine flush. Oscar had said it had just been inspected on the 4th, but it had to be by their shop, because the shocks are shot and wouldn't have passed. The car has to have a complete tune up, but waiting on the rest of the parts from Toyota. None of the door speakers work just the two small tweeters. I'm just going to fix it, since I didn't give it a once over. By looking at the oil I changed I'm sure the transmission fluid is similar and I'll have to go behind them to get the car running like it should. Told Oscar about the low tire pressure light he tried to tell me it was because of new tires, which is ridiculous cause it's either low tire pressure or tpms sensor is bad. Light still hasn't gone out, so more on the to do list. If it's starting like this I can imagine how it will finish.

Our guy Jonathan and the company were amazing. They got us in a car and driving off the lot same day. Worked with us on deposit. Very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our continued business with them. Jonathan was an amazing sales guy. Made sure all questions were answered. Made us feel at home. And our credit didnt have to take a hit. Edit:12/20/23 our accountwas given to a companyin fl...trg. there was some misunderstanding between trg, discountcars and I.trg has been good to work with but Christina from discount cars finally returned my call after 2 days and my threatening to return the lemon they sold us and she was very rude and unprofessional and raised her voice to me. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I want to not only congratulate myself for buying a car, but I'd also like to congratulate Dylan for his wonderful service, upbeat personality, and lighthearted humor. The buying process always sucks, but it wasn't so bad signing my life away while laughing and having a good time. If you need a new car, go see Dylan. He will find a way, and he will go the distance, just to find a car that truly belongs.

I had been working with this car dealership for about 3 weeks on getting me into a car that is safe for my newborn. The first day they we very generous and kind and agreed to work with on payments for a car and held onto the application until I would be able to gather everything I needed for the buying process. After going in the second time with my appointment the worked great with me and got me is a great car for the price and were extremely generous with me with a down payment and pricing for the car. Everyone here is very kind and helpful with the process and patient unlike most dealerships. Also, a huge shout out to the lady s working the front desk to get everything prepared and situated for me to find a car that I would enjoy driving .

I bought my 2010 Acura TL from Jonathan today. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Jonathan went above and beyond helping me get into the car. I definitely recommend them. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

I was looking at a car here and I told the sales man out the gate what I had for a down payment which was 500. I made it clear I wasn't trying to waste my time if they couldn't work with what I had to put down. His response was that should be good when I submit your application I tell them what you can put down. So I said ok that's awesome let's do it. There was nothing about my credit that would have warranted a higher down payment but I don't think they even run your credit from what I was told. Yet he came back saying I was approved with 2000 down. I reminded him that I only had 500 and that was why I covered that before I wasted 3 or 4 days of my time over nothing. He didn't have much to say for that. So go with them if you want to waste your time. I was choosing one of the cheaper cars on the lot too so 500 down wasn't unreasonable considering the amount I'd have been financing. Oh well their loss because I've never not paid off my car, never had a repo and I've bought many cars. So I'll find somewhere that wants my money and business.

Kristen and Jon were excellent with helping me getting a vehicle. Even if you dont have the best financial history, they will help you to build it back up. They are friendly and understanding i would recommend them if you arent in the best position to get a car. Because they are honest and will get you in something that will get you from point a to point b in comfort and quality

Yes, they will call you multiple times within a week even send messages via Google number. Repo less than 10 days my second payment wasn't due. Repo. Error with my pay check received it one day after repo. But brought another car with 500 down payment and received tag yesterday. From the new dealership. All in less than the time I had a car from hickory discount.2022 instead of 2010. But they will help you when you need to purchase a vehicle. I don't know about the broken down vehicles from the reviews they did not sale me a lemon. But good and bad experience. Let's the universe do it thing. If people aren't willing to work with you their is a car lot on every corner.

My experience was FAST and affordable! Brittany was so nice and worked with me the whole way to figure out what I could afford!! They even set up my insurance for me!! My payments are reasonable and I drove out of there with a new car! I would definitely recommend working with brittany, she will get you in a car and they handle most of it!!!

Kristen was awesome! She helped me get into a good vehicle and worked with me through everything that needed to be done to get me and my family int the vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone that doesnt have the greatest credit and needs to get into a good vehicle. I also recommend getting the warranty that they offer. It's an extra 60 a month but you'll thank yourself if something happens to your vehicleUpdate: The vehicle I was put in had some issues. So they put me into a loaner while they worked on getting the issues resolved. After a little while we came to the conclusion that the issues were not fixable and they put me into another vehicle. They made sure I did not go without transportation and I could not ask have asked for more. They are very good people to deal with and they helped me every step of the way.

really helped us in time we really needed it. everyone is friendly and helpful. we were able to get car and go home with it same day in just couple hours. Britney Parilar is great salesperson and down to earth on our level. if you need a car see her and she will do her best to help you out. This is sherry my husband wants to write a review as wel. One last word from me anyone buying car please take out gap insurance.

Everyone was so nice. I pretty much was in and out. I was able to look around without being bothered & when it was time to purchase the car they accepted my offer without hesitation. My daughter loves the car so far. I'd recommend this business to serious buyers.

Horrible people to do business with, returned a car that already had over 200K miles and a lot of problems and then they proceeded to make a claim on my insurance say it's not repairable.
