Not everyone is good at car parts so maybe when someone calls, don t treat them as if they should know what to do. Terrible phone service

If I could do no star it would be great. The guys rebuilding drive shafts back there don t care about anything, worst service I ever experienced.

Had a universal joint go bad in my 2012 Tacoma. Took it and got it fixed and had a new vibration. Took it to another place and had all universal joints and carrier bearing replaced. Vibration got even worse, took it back 3 more times with marginal improvements, but never eliminated. Got frustrated and had these guys build me a new one piece driveshaft, and it worked perfectly. No vibration at all, and I installed it myself. Very impressed and highly recommended.

They cut my driveshaft down and put new universals jionts both ends worked out real good have got a lot parts from them always friendly and very helpful

They repaired my driveshaft for my 1990 Jeep Wrangler. They did a great job and were very reasonable on price.

First let me say the staff at hickory Carolina powertrain is awesome. Bought a reman transmission for it to go out twice in a year and a half. They fix the transmission the first time but they have still not paid me for the shop taking out and putting transmission back in which was 6months after I bought it. Fast worward a year and transmission is down again with same issue gears tore up. And warranty is still good but can t get truck back 900 miles for them to give me another faulty transmission for it to go out after warranty. I m done with Carolina powertrain. And they still owe me 600 after I provided all paperwork they wanted and needed for my so called reimbursement. Never again

First time I've ever been in the place I had what I needed for the most part reasonably priced I don't know pretty good place so if you need any electrical wiring or parts pieces plains electric check them out friendly people all in all

Save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere. Tried to call and get a replacement u joint for a driveshaft they made for me and they couldn't even tell me what size they used on it. I'm not really sure what they specialize in because all 3 times I've called with driveshaft questions they told me to tell them what part numbers I needed or to bring it in so they could try to look at it.. Will never recommend or go back.

We got a driveshaft lengthened there. Haven't tried it yet they have a bunch of stuff there.
