Love the people there very smart n friendly I ride 28 s n 30 s And they Put alignments on my cars with them big rims and they ride like brand new. This is the best place to go. I even got 24s on the wife s truck with brand new tires from them and alignment Rides beautiful you want work done you want it done at a good price and done right at a friendly establishment this is the place to go p.s the wheel cleaner they have is the best I mean the best been doing this for a long time now I no when I see good stuff u want Quality work go see my boys they will have u right n looking good good people fa real

Absolutely the best in business and will always be my go to when it comes to wheels and tires. I Had a tire break a belt on the inside of the tire Friday. Waited until monday(today) to see if Bob Killians Tire could get me in to solve my problem. And sure enough they had the tires in stock and pulled me right in to get new tires. They also had time to Align my vehicle as well as rotate wheels. Communication is great, staff is polite per usual and just overall a 5 star business. Appreciate you guys.

We purchased $6300 Maybach wheels on eBay. Their ad clearly stated the wheels and tires are in excellent condition, no damage and staggered 285 rears, 255 front. We could have bought 255s locally for $5700 What we got from them were 2 of the 4 wheels damaged and non staggered 255s all the way around. They offered a return but this was not an option for us at this point. Needless to say we feel defrauded out of $600 and they would not refund a penny to make up for our loss and their misleading ad.

Went to Killian tire for the first time this week. Got a great deal on new wheels and tires for my truck!! Everyone I met at the shop was great to deal with and the service was excellent!! I was very impressed with how quickly they got the work completed. They will be getting all my business going forward.

My coworker and I went in with a flat moffett tire and these guys replaced our valve stem in about 30 minutes. Literally best case scenario! I would recommend this place to anyone!

It's a little too expensive, but I guess that's what to expect in this economy !! They're a very nice family !! I've been doing business with them for many years, and they always keep my ride looking good while the wheels are spinning !!

Got rims and new tires for my car!! The girls up front was very patient with me and even took multiple rims out to my car to see what they would look like. Very happy with my purchase and the price was even better. Will definitely buy from them again when I need new tires....

The best, most professional and timely service I've ever experienced!!! Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable employees from the sales floor to the mechanics. The final bill was where the rubber really met the road with unbeatable prices. If quality is a must, Killian's has my trust!!!

the absolute BEST customer service and assistance in Hickory, NC!! this is a family business and when i tell you every single person in that building can help you, they can! very informative and helpful. it's hard to find a business, especially a tire/car business that doesn't try and upsale/oversell you and i can confidently say i put my trust in this business. all around great business and even greater people! ask for Lily, the absolute sweetest most knowledgeable to give me assistance. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

Helpful staff ans good pricingThis place is great to save moneyI wanted a more expensive tire , but they explained to me that what I got was not only less expensive, but a better quality tire too. Same thing with the rims!You can tell that they care very much about their customers and their best interestWill definitely return when I need new tiresAnd you should go here too!I have gotten tires 2x from here and send everyone I know who needs tires here as well!

Much peace and blessings to all that read my post and now that I've stated that I would like to give a five star thanks to all the employees who put the love into there job at Bob Killian. They are life save and a cent save to a poor fellow like me. I had a serious flat and I didn't have much to spare for a new tire plus it would look odd to have one new tire and three old ones so I got a tow to Bob Killians and yep you guessed it right I got 4 brand-new tire for a really cheap price.....now since I'm being honest with all who read this I've heard my share of stories about how high they sale there tires for......thank God I didn't listen . And like I always say give peace and love to change the world around you.

I have been using Bob Killian Tires for years. They make you feel so welcome and they are very very helpful! I don t know much about tires but they have always helped me pick what was right for my car at a great price! I 100% recommended the family business. They are the best!

I was told a set of BMW wheels were 3 day old take offs and had no damage. After driving 2.5 hrs each way, I found that the wheels had multiple damage repairs and were not 3 day old take offs. I was completely mislead over the phone and wasted 5 hrs of drive time! I do not recommend this tire and wheel shop!

Best tire shop in this area. Great service and quick. Low prices and Large inventory so they always have everything I need for all my vehicles. If you want your ride looking good or riding smooth this is the place you need to go to.
