This place is AWESOME!! Our two sales consultants, Buzze and Josh was the absolute best. I genuinely felt like family. I took the class here and ended up buying my very first motorcycle with them. I am an official Harley rider and fan with the help of these wonderful people. I am truly grateful for the knowledge these guys shared and the assistance they provided! Awesome group of people!!!

First I finished my MSF course, then I felt inlove with my 2023 Nighster, and was thinking, that that was my final ride. Buzze told me, that I'll be back, and I laughed at him. So After a month owning her, I upgraded to 2023 Road glide last Sunday. Buzze is insane, so loving and just makes you feel like you're a part of Blue Ridge.Really makes you excited to return to a place that loves you not just because of money, but because they do care I've never felt more welcomed anywhere else. Thinking back to all the events, it's pushing tears to my eyes.I'm forever thankful to God for connecting me with Blue Ridge, I couldn't have pick a better spot.Best people, best people, best family I hope that your tank is always full and your pillow always cold when you go lay down Abd Harley, start sending the review emails yall

Everyone there made you feel like Family. For my first Harley you couldn t ask for a better experience. Michael made it so easy. He stayed late, walked me through every inch of their facility and made sure I had want I wanted and needed. 2024 Street Bob 114. From sales to General Manager I don t think you ll find a better crew. Check them out!!!

There is no other place to buy a Motorcycle, than at Blue Ridge Harley Davidson! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the dealership is beautiful. Matt, the General Manager really goes out of his way to make your dealership experience, pleasurable!

I went in to your dealership to look around. A young lady named Jessie was very help full .She made me feel right at home and showed me several shirts and other collectibles . I wish every dealership was as friendly as the staff at Blue Ridge. I will definitely will be back.

I took the basic riding course. It was a great experience. The instructor was Coach Terry. He did a great job. John was over the training. He was very friendly. I highly recommend this course. Also the store personnel are very friendly and they are not pushy on trying to get you to buy a bike.

Happy to see new managers. Couple years ago Blue Ridge Dropped my Bike off the Stand while inspecting it I had a time getting it fixed I had to put most of the parts on my self after 6 months of this Problem I ve not been back since this happened long story short I might come back to the Store But never work own my Bike again. 2014 Limited Edition Electra Glide. I just thought some of you might want to know this I m sure they don t tell it.

So I began shopping here, and a friend of mine began helping me before I even step foot in the door was trying to get a feel for what kind of bike I wanted so when I was able to come in person, he knew exactly what to show me which I absolutely loved. Eventually, after talking with the manager and the two sales people, one of which was Dustin and the other gentleman I can t remember his name for the life of me, but he was good too. I landed on the bike I wanted which was a 2022 Harley Davidson sportster iron 883 And immediately we began working on getting everything straightened out, and I met with the finance Guy who I also cannot remember his name for the life of me, but he was one of the best parts of the exchange, just his commitment and his willingness to put up with all my questions, and all of the parts service members, the retail service members and everyone in between were all outstanding. Unfortunately, I ve decided not to purchase a bike at the time, but instead to hold off so without any question my down payment was refunded to me although it has yet to Actually hit my account I expect it to take a few days so all in all everything worked out the way I wanted it to with no real complaints. The only suggestion I can make is , make sure you specify if you want someone from the dealership to contact you because after I had canceled the deal for the bike I was looking at I had a sales person. Text me a phone number and congratulate me on the sale of the bike I wanted, and I got the message on a day they were closed, which I thought was odd but nonetheless, I was happy with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased many Harley s from multiple different dealerships in the past. I drive past Blueridge Harley Davidson on a regular basis now, so I decided to stop in. I came in looking for a pre owned Harley and Blake took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me to the perfect bike instead of trying to sell me something I didn t want. The entire process was very transparent and straightforward. On the ride home I did experience a mechanical issue. I called the dealership and spoke with Dan and Blake. Within 15 minutes and without hesitation the Blueridge HD van shows up, loads my bike up and takes it straight to the service department. Now mind you this is on a Saturday and the dealership is scheduled to close in less than 2 hours. At this point I m very curious to see how this is going to go. We ll, let me tell you. Matt, the general manager, Blake and the service department all rallied up to make a plan and the service department immediately started working on my bike. That speaks volumes to me to see how unified the Blueridge team is and that their number one priority was to make sure that I left on my bike as a satisfied customer. If that s not customer service I don t know what is. The Blueridge Harley Davidson team has definitely earned my business and I highly recommend you give them the opportunity to earn yours!

If I could give negative stars I would! I should have listened when others told me not to come here to buy a motorcycle. They overcharged me by thousands.Try and sell a bike to them and they want to give you "auction value". The only thing good about this place is the guy at the service desk and the riding academy gentlemen. I would avoid shopping here at all costs go to crossroads HD or any other dealer unless you want to get cheated. Stay far away from this dealership is the best advice I can give anyone.

Many thanks going out to Jocelyn and Michael G. They were absolutely fantastic! Great group of salespeople to work with, very attentive and knowledgeable. Also have to mention Manager Justin! Unbelievable how busy, but attentive that man is! I'm sure the sales force is the way they are because of his leadership. And G.M. Matt, very nice meeting and talking with you sir, all these kudos do reflect on you sir. Carol and I are looking forward to many adventures on our 2007 CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Tyler was just amazing! I traded in my trike for a sport glide. He was very knowledgeable. As a woman rider, I was treated with respect and as an equal. The sales teams was not pushy and very welcoming. If you are looking to buy a bike, go see Tyler!

I worked with Justin Buff for 7 months before I was finally able to purchase my bike. He was super patient with me, and he never was the 'pushy' salesman. The atmosphere overall at Blue Ridge is great; all of the staff are very friendly, even when you're not there to purchase a bike. 10/10 would recommend this Harley shop.

Friendly, no hassle environment with plenty of bikes to chose from. The time I entered the dealership to departure, everyone was welcoming and courteous. I made an appointment for the next day with Zack to look at few bikes. We settled on a used 2017 CVO Ultra with only 5K miles on it, we got a great price and Zack was the consummate professional. I asked him a million questions and he got me the answers and sold me the bike! It was a really good day!!

Anyone interested in getting a bike do yourself a favor and check this place out. I worked with Tyler T, Rob, and Dan. They helped me get on a bike that is absolutely amazing that i can have for many yearsTyler and Rob will give you 100% effort to help you find the right bike. They will not push you into something you don t want. They are patient. They listen to what you want and help you find the right bike. They are happy when their customer is happy.I can honestly say Tyler, Rob, and Dan became friends and not sales people. This process took several weeks to find the right bike. Every time i walked in the doors I was greeted with a handshake and a brotherly hug. It was a pleasure to get to know these guys. I will stop in whenever im in the area just to say hello to them.

My first and only visit so far to Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson was for a recall fix. I was impressed how quickly I was waited on when I came thru the door. I was greeted as if I had walked thru the door many times before which right off was a huge positive vibe. My bike was taken in almost immediately. In less than an hour I was back on the road after having taken a self-tour of the facility checking out all the departments. Very nicely laid out showroom, large inventory, great selection of clothes and accessories. Even though I was not there to buy a bike, all of the sales staff I spoke with made me feel welcome and part of the H-D family. Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson will definitely be a future destination for service, parts & accessories, events and the camaraderie of the H-D family. Definitely a 5 star feel good visit! Thank you Blue, Ridge Harley-Davidson!

I just bought an awesome 2013 Softail Heritage from Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson. They are AWESOME. I worked with Sales Manager Daniel, Salesman Jaler, and Business Manager Andy. Andy came in on his day off to complete my deal. When you go there make sure to ask for Jaler. He is the best. He was patient and anything but pushy. I highly recommend them!!!!

Have bought several bikes from this dealership. Go see Mike and ask him to help you out. Best salesmen on the floor. He ll shoot you straight and tell you what he knows and what he doesn t know. Doesn t waste time but will take the time to let you find the right bike. Stayed late to help us finish up paperwork and save us a trip.Fun dealership to visit and always has a good atmosphere.
