I am so grateful to the AutoZone staff. I needed a new battery on Thanksgiving Day. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The staff people who waited on me were so friendly. I wasn't even late for my Thanksgiving plans thanks to their efficient help.

Auto Zone in Mtn View I want to say thank you to the manager JC I think is his name he went above and beyond to help me when my car stalled at the stoplight in front of his store and would not crank. He helped put in a new battery and helped getting my car pushed into their parking lot to get it off the highway that was holding up traffic.

Everytime I go into this auto zone at hwy 127 location the older black gentleman that works there is very disrespectful to me and my wife as well he down grades both of us because we are both women and always makes comments stating that neither of us know what we are talking about because we are females he refuses to let us get helped by another employee and will not give us a number to his district management so we can report our bad business we get from him everytime we visit this store

Howdy Folks, I run one of the local mechanic shop in your hickory area & I gotta say how impressed I am with the services this location provides. Always on time , always polite & always going above an beyond expectations! Ken who runs the commerical counter is a wonderful person to do business with!

Kyle has been great to work with at this store. He does a great job making sure we're (customers) are getting what we need, and then verifies!Clean store, well organized. Very neat and orderly. Other staff helpful as well.

They gave us the wrong part and when we came to exchange the part they were fussing over how to do their job and I couldn't even exchange the part, because I couldn't get my money back. I went down the road to a different auto zone first, but they didn't have the part so we would have had to wait a few days for it to be ordered. I could have just done that if I was going to wait a few days. I wouldn't know how to deal with the arguing about how to do their job.

I was so pleased with the service I received at Auto Zone in Mt. View! The store manager, Colin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made my transaction very smooth. The entire staff at this store always has a smile when I come in and is also eager to help. Keep up the good work.

We went later than norm admittedly but were greeted kindly. The cashier fellow seemed bamboozled trying to ring us up due to using our points card.No worries. Got what we needed and pleased overall.

They replaced my wife Lexus GX460 battery and fried my radio. Which it costing me to replace $3,800 because they forgot to place the Back Up Battery plug before replacing the battery. That $180 battery has cost me 20 times its value.

I always get good service from Autozone...this location had friendly people working when I was there...but I only visited this one because they had a part I needed in stock and the local locations didn't have it available that day

Avoid hwy 127 autozone in mt. View. They couldn't even tell me what power steering fluid my vehicle needed and then proceeded to tell it would hold 10qts lmao they were confusing my power steering with my transmission fluid. Go to 504 hwy 70 autozone in Hickory. they are actually knowledgeable and a great group of people.

Above and beyond. To the young lady (Brittney?) from the Autozone @ 2659 NC-127 Hickory NC. Thank you very much for going above and beyond! My 69 GMC 2500 broke down about a mile south of your store on Hwy 321 and 60 miles from my home. Bad fuel pump. I called the store and paid for new fuel pump over the phone ($20). Brittney brought me the pump along Hwy 321 in her own car. Saved me a ton (at least 3/4 ton) in towing fees. AZ employees like Brittney keep me coming back to AutoZone. Thank you so much Brittney.

Placed a order and was told everything would be there Saturday by 12 nobody called me so at 2 i called the store i was told all parts were there after i got there the tools I ordered was not there nobody called so Monday night i went to the store they told me that they were there after borrowing the tools frum someone else i told them to just give me a refund hope this doesn't happen often i usually don't have any trouble

Zero stars.I was interviewed and HIRED, but black balled.I made numerous phone calls, trying to find a valid reason and it went nowhere.RUSTY, if you didn't want to hire me that's all you had to say!!!You don't tell your interviewer, you're hired!You should be ashamed of yourself and the company YOU represent.

I want to give a big shout out to a gentleman that works at your store, mom and I were broke down on side of the road close to this store and he stopped on his was back from lunch to give us a jump and offer help. This is customer service to the public regardless of me being a customer or not !! Thank you my friend.

I WALKED IN,AND ALL I SEEN WERE WOMEN.MY HEAD IMMEDIATELY DROPPED.I WAS ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME AND I SAID YES I THINK MY BATTERY IS BAD.CHLOE SAID I GOTCHA I CAN HELP YOU.I WAS STILL SKEPTICAL.SHE TESTED IT AND SAID YES YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY. NEXT WAS THE BATTLE OF GETTING THE BATTERY CASE OFF WHICH WASNT EASY.LONG STORY SHORT IN TOOK OVER 40 MINS BUT SHE DIDNT GIVE UP .I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HER AS SHE WAS ONLY 21 YRS OLD,THE MAN THAT EVENTUALLY CAME OUT TO TRY TO HELP COULDNT REMOVE THE CASE.THANKS AGAIN CHLOE! VERY IMPRESSIVE YOUNG LADY

I needed a tail light bulb but couldn't remember which one. I asked the guy if he woupd help me figure out which I needed and he just stood behind the counter. I tried for an hour but he never even offered or checked yo see if help was needed or nothing. DISRESPECTFUL AS HELL

It's auto parts, can say for a fact though they have a 1999 Toyota Camry driver side interior handle. Also you can borrow a screwdriver from them.
