Since moving to Hickory 7 years ago, I've shopped nearly exclusively at this AutoZone because the service is first-class!Also, if this location doesn't have the part, I'll travel out of my way to go to another store.They seem to enjoy helping DIYers to get the job done.

Best battery buying experience for me. They had the special type battery that my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed and even installed it for me on sight. Can't beat that kind of service. Friendly helpful staff as well. Thanks!!

I stopped by this location earlier for a battery test and Austin was so helpful! He was quick, efficient and friendly. Within half an hour I had a new battery installed that was covered under warranty - I am very thankful for the seamless experience!

I came in for a part. I was greeted by an employee and he helped me, knew which part I needed, ordered the part for me. His customer service was great he knew product knowledge. Because of him I didn t feel nervous about not knowing part information. Austin Lankford was the name on his name tag. So if anyone is needing parts or help ask for him. 10/10 highly recommend

What a great store. Even though I was a little past any warranty I may have had on wiper blades, the manager replaced not only the defective blade but also the other at no cost to me. Thank you!also

If you can get your part's at another AutoZone I recommend it the Manger was very unprofitable did not won't his employee charge my battery he told me that it was taken to long but before he came out side the employee said he did not mind it and the only reason I had to go to this AutoZone was because they were the only one that had the part I needed I will never go back to this AutoZone if I cannot get what I need from the AutoZone I always shop at I will try and get it somewhere else so if you do not have to go here I don't recommend

It was terrible, don't get me wrong I love autozone but today's visit was hurendous. The 2 guys that were there did not want to work, we ask them if they had a part and they responded No and we check ourselves and Lord behold it was there intact there was 2 of that particular piece left and we ask again if they had another part and they said no we can't help. So no not happy with the service.

This morning was so hectic ... major car problems without even knowing the issue we bought our battery from this location and was checking the warranty we were upset about the car and didn t have all the info that we needed for the store rep Santiago to look is up, come to find out he was having some issues of his own with the computers at work .... it is like 7:36 PM and we probably called him at 7 o clock this morning but his great customer service is still on my mind ....he was so professional and very helpful even though we weren t prepared and did not have all the information he still tried to help us. he is a great worker and made me want to continue shopping here . Really nice guy ppl like him give me hope for mankind lol

I am so glad I stopped here. Honestly, I feel like if I would ve stopped anywhere else, it would ve been a another horrible experience lol I was actually headed to a different auto parts store when I got a quick glimpse of this one. So I decided to turn around & go here instead. I just needed windshield wipers, not only did I get a good deal here, I met some pretty amazing people. There was a lady and a gentleman(I regret not getting their names but they work there) & they exceeded the expectation of customer service. It was a very friendly & relaxed environment. I could tell those two are generally good natured people & the woman even helped me put the wipers on. It wasn t the experience I normally have going into an auto parts store so it was a nice for a change.I live in Maiden but I will drive to Hickory anytime I need parts from here on out. And thanks again

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I bought parts from another autozone and purchased the wrong one. Tried to refund it at this location and was told by Joe R. Parts supervisor that I had to go to original store for a return. Called original store to confirm his story and was told by them that any autozone could issurle a refund. Ended up having to buy another part from there because he refused to issue a refund that was just purchased 1 hr earlier. Terrible customer service.

manager Santiago was great there are some parts that you could get a little cheaper somewhere else but when you have great service and great people I don't mind spending the extra money to get the good service the crew is very helpful you do a great job always helping others then you never see them in a bad mood guys are always happy looks like they enjoy their job I'm very happy to shop there and be a customer thanks crew from Sal

I have the worse experience in my life there,the manager treated me like a doormat,I've tried to exchange my ratchet wrench which I have for 5 years and I didn't have the receipt,when I bought it the new girl didn't put my info in the system and I lost the receipt,I went in with my wheel chair and I'm ex milatary,vet.and the mgr told me he can do nothing,it took me two hours to load up and come there because of my condition and yet to be told step a side by him,it hurt me so bad that I left not only helpless but hurt to my core,no respect for vets nor there product with there name on it,I'm sorry but this is as wrong as u cac get,I pray that God will have him removed as a store manager and replace with a more nicer person,they don't stand behind there product especially a ratchet with there name and clearly says lifetime warranty....

Bought a windshield wiper for the back windshield. They installed it and it is great! They also helped me with windshield wiper fluid. So many to choose from. He also filled up my washer fluid. Nice.

Fast , friendly service. Was on my way out so it was convenient but paid 172.00 bucks for the same battery I could have bought at Walmart for 112.00 bucks.
