I have always had 5 star service with AutoFitness. The staff is always there and ready to help or make an appointment if needed. I have referred several friends to them. My friends were well pleased with both the service and the price.

Very friendly people and great service experience. Took care of my oil change , wheel alignment and inspection in a timely manner and had no issues. Received a call immediately after work was done and had great fair pricing. Explained any future recommendations for my vehicle and I was on my way. Highly recommend for your vehicle needs.

Terry and everyone at Auto Fitness really helped me out and help me save thousands from what I would have paid the dealership. They are so friendly and when they say they treat you like family, they treat you better than family. I will definitely be back and bring my family to them, too.

Auto Fitness replaced the timing belt, and water pump on my 1995 Toyota pickup. the job was completed in one day. They also replaced spark plugs, thermostat and changed the oil as requested. The old truck continues to run great and is very dependable thanks to the fine professionals at Auto Fitness Center. They have maintained and repaired all of my vehicles for many years. I have always found them to be very professional, friendly and most of all honest when it comes to needed repairs and how much they will cost. Thank you to everyone who works there for another job well done!

Just moved to town and looking for a good and honest shop. Auto Fitness had excellent reviews so I tried them and they were great. Super friendly, fast, reasonable and they fixed my issues on two of our cars. I ll back for sure.

As a foreign car owner there are only a couple of garages in the area that I trust to work on my cars and Auto Fitness is one of them. They have always done great work and at reasonable prices.

Different than the others! How? We purchased a used vehicle and had Auto Fitness give us a detailed outline of the vehicle's condition. Our cost for repairs was high but surprisingly their list was small, listing tires and the requirements needed to eliminate the various indicators that lit up the dash like a X-mas tree. Most repair shops (I worked in one for 14 years) would have pressured a customer, suggesting; "you really should do this now while you're here, if I were you", but Auto Fitness professionally detailed what was important "now" followed with, "this is what you need sometime in the future". We needed tires and a few other related tics and I appreciated them for not pressuring me to buy while in captivity, as most repair shops do. That's the difference, no sales pressure! A couple of months later, we returned for maintenance and for the tires and other tics. We could have gone anywhere but I have more confidence in their services instead of the dollar driven, get all you can right now franchised business. The only thing Auto Fitness captivated was my business!

Auto Fitness is a repair place you can really trust. They will never over charge you, never tell you something needs to be fixed when it doesn't, completely honest. Also really nice people work there.

Very professional and courteous. The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed and an estimate was provided before any work took place. I agreed to the terms and they performed the repair within the timeframe given. I will definitely take my vehicle there again if needed.

Could not recommend more strongly! I am staying in Hickory temporarily for a medical rotation and don t know the area well, so I panicked when my car started acting up. They were able to kindly squeeze me into a packed schedule and provided me with a loaner car at no charge until mine was repaired. Each staff member I interacted with was so lovely and helpful. Thank y all!!!

As always, excellent service in a very timely manner (with an extremely vital and long repair). Bob and the staff at Auto Fitness are great at repairing vehicles, but even better at communicating with customers. You re never left waiting for an answer or update from this business. A VERY RARE quality with most places these days.

If you want an honest and good ole school mechanics with integrity. come here! I know! Yiu cabbtake their wirds to the bank and also save money because they dont add charges if your car does not need it.. Ive been with them for 20 plus years ! God bless you Bob and company! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Amazing people & they do great work! My visit yesterday was just for the state inspection so I could get my registration renewed, but they are the only place I take my car to for any service. Once again the guys at Auto fitness helped me out in an emergency...even though they were extremely busy. I've be been a customer of Bob's & Dwight's for over 20 years & that's because they do great work, employ good people, are reasonable & very honest. I can't say I ever was greeted so cheerfully for being a first time customer... And while waiting for my service, I could see they were like this with each and every customer!! They were truly appreciative for the business.... And even the guy who did my service waved and said "Have a nice weekend" as I was going to my vehicle....
