Very courteous that got the one star but spent over 2000 on problem solving my truck with a very disappointing result of a engine seized up. If they stuck to minor mechanical repair they r great,, but they don t know their ability boundaries,,,,when to refer issues to better expertise ,,,,,sorry very bad experience!

Got a flat in my driveway on a hill so I had trouble with it. These guys came out holiday week mind you, and apologized for the wait time which I don't know what they were talking about cause it didn't take no time for them to get out here. They had the job done so fast I couldn't believe it and kind of felt bad to call them out to do something that took them less than 5 minutes.These guys are just as nice and kind as can be as well. They also referred me to a place I could get my tire changed out since they would be busier for the holiday. I'll never go anywhere else.Service: Tire change

Had a busted tire & couldn t take off the lug nuts due to them having a lock on them. l called to see if someone could come to replace the tire. David came within 30 minutes, got the tire off & replaced it. Would definitely recommend. Quick & proficient service.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys were awesome to deal with. They stated they would be at my house in 20 minutes to haul my truck to our new home and were right on time. They were friendly and professional. My new home had a garage in a hard to access location and not only did the get it to my home, they got it in the garage for me for no extra charge. This alone saved me hours of time. I will use them going forward for any of my towing needs.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

I was unlucky and called on a day they were swamped to tow me. It did take a while for them to show but they were very professional. They apologized multiple times. The guys were great they got my car to the mechanic in time for him to fix it same day. Will def be using you guys again.

Twice now I have broken down and had to call Auto Adventure to come and get me. On both occasions they towed me in and repaired my Hyundai Elantra and got me on my way. The last time I broke down they even drove me home. All of the guys there are super and polite. They really make sure that their customers come first. I do not know what I would do without them. I highly recommend them for all of your cars needs. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks

I have roadside assistance that I bought through my dealership and popped more than one tire. Guy shows up 2-3 hours after was supposedly dispatched and when he shows up he treated this job like it was a repo. Took my keys and stated it wasnt my car anymore that it belonged to Honda. Did not provide a ride for me and my wife. Had to call a friend to pick us up on the side of I40.. Really horrible experience.

As a manager in the customer servicr industry I applaude auto adventure for their superior service and experience! The trunk on the car I rented would not open. The rental company did not give us a key fob and the key wouldn't unlock the trunk (we think they gave us a valet key). The car we rented would not allow the back seats to come down without pulling a lever in the trunk. We contacted our rental company and they pointed us in the direction of Auto Adventure. We drove 35-40 min to get to them. They stayed after hours to wait for our arrival! They worked dilegently and hard and had the trunk opened in about 25 minutes. During this time they had already contacted the rental company and had the bill paid for so that we wouldnt have to wait longer for authorization. The wonderful service and the great conversation with the staff lead to a wonderful experience! I hate that I am only staying in the area for a few days. I willl definitely recommend them to my family and friends in the area!

These people most importantly are honest. They came to tow my sons new challenger to the dealership due to oil filter being broke off. They fixed the car in our driveway and saved my son hundreds of dollars. I appreciate these people.

This company used preditory towing on my wife and stole her truck. Broke over a dozen laws at the state and local levels. Assulted myself to remove me from the vehicle and claimed to have gained autorotation to tow from someone with no authority, within a different location than where the truck was parked. Very next day my wife was told it was $490 to get it out. THAT'S LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER!!! We're going to be fair and give them until the end of this day to fix their unlawful actions, otherwise face a whole slew of fines, a lawsuit for lost wages and emotional distress, and possibly (hopefully) have to close their doors for good to better the community. PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR STUFF! STOP STEALING FROM HARD WORKING CITIZENS. especially from citizens like my wife and I who are expecting a child pretty soon and the truck that was stolen was our only means of transportation. DO NOT SUPPORT!!!
