Little disappointed in it taking roughly 7 weeks to get glass in for my shower partition but I understand things happen. But I will say, Brian did an excellent job on the installation and is a super guy. I will be using All Glass again on my nest install.

I ve used All Glass many times over the years and I m always very impressed with the quality of workmanship and product as well as their customer service. I appreciate the ease of the entire process from templating to installation, Brian does an exceptional job and is very detailed. Professional, courteous and committed to their customers exactly why I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Best in the biz. I wouldn t waste my time with any other glass company. They do it right the first time. Super professional, clean up after themselves like no one was ever there. On time. Quick. They are there when they tell you they will be there. They also send out notifications and reminders which is super helpful. I cant say enough great things about this company. Brian, who did the measurements and installed was incredible! I am very picky and he did it perfectly! I will always use them for my glass needs. Thank you All Glass & Brian!

We had a wonderful experience. We thought for years they only did auto glass and were shocked to learn they do all types of glass. We called because a window was broken and they were out in 2 days to give us an estimate. We found out they did doors as well and we also had them install new French doors leading out to our patio area. We had everything measured, ordered and installed with 2 weeks. We will call them in the future for any remodel needed. The entire staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. We were honestly impressed with our whole experience.

I couldn't thank everyone at All Glass enough. It actually rained today and my A pillars are completely dry. My truck is older so some extra steps had to be taken but I was informed prior to the work and not blind sided by anything. Big thanks!!

We had to have the replacement window ordered, but they were quick to contact me upon arrival and get a quick install. Kurtis was polite, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable.

From the first call I made to the finish, this company and their employees are awesome!! My German Shepherd busted through one of the panes of the bay window. I called All Glass and someone came out the next day. I ordered tempered glass and WOW!! Curtis did an amazing job with installing the glass and clean up! I highly recommend this company for all of your glass needs!! Thank you!!

The front desk staff should be better trained or watched longer. Hopefully she gave me the right info, I asked which product is better plexiglass or lexan at first she said lexan then changed to plexiglass so I ordered 360.00 worth of plexiglass we will see how it goes. Then when adding it she added 8 pieces instead of four, at 769 dollars. When I told her that s not right I added it my head to around 360.00 and told her that and surprise the total with tax came out to exactly 360.00. Which I find very odd. I just pray she gave me the right advice so I don t waste 360.00

Got my windshield fixed here about 3-4 years ago they called me that there was rust and claimed they were going to fix and primer it. Recently got my front windshield done again With Arrow Auto Glass! And sure enough rust was there & no primer to be seen. Front windshield was loose and done poorly w/All Glass. Get It Done W/Arrow! Save you the trouble.

I recently had a great experience with the fine people at All Glass of Hickory. Everyone from the office staff, sales staff and the installation crew were magnificent! While new glass was installed at my home the gentlemen knew exactly what they were doing with polite and thankful personalities! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new glass! These guys offer a great service much more affordable than any other options I could find. Actually replaced my custom glass at a third of the cost presented from a prominent window company! Hire these guys! you will be glad you did!

Great company, very responsive and reasonably priced. I accidentally threw rocks through my window with a lawnmower. Came out very quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend for any glass project.

Great place. The receptionist was amazing. She offered my son and his friend freeze pops while we waited outside in the sun ( by choice). The time it took to replace the back glass in my van was minimal. I couldn't believe how fast they were. They really got-it-together. The waiting room was spacious and the receptionist made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you All Glass!!AND... The price of service is outrageously affordable!!

Arrived at the scheduled time, explained the job in detail, promptly completed the job then, cleaned not only the replaced window but the entire unit! A job well done! And the gentleman was professional, very pleasant and, personable; like talking to an old friend. I"d call on this company again in a heartbeat! Yes, I highly recommend All Glass!

I have been utilizing All Glass for over 10 years now and they have never failed to provide top notch, expedient and value driving service to me and the businesses I have served under. I have used them numerous times for personal projects and whenever I need something quickly or specially, they are on it like spic and span. I appreciate that they have been friendly each and every time and more than willing to accommodate my specifications and timelines. Brittany has been a familiar face that has helped me several times and the guys in the back, although not very familiar with their names or faces, are very familiar to me in the workmanship and quality. I never hesitate to recommend them and In the type of work I am involved in regularly, they and others are filling sometimes niche applications, and that is why they excel for me. I appreciate them very much and although sometimes they have not had specific product within a certain desired time frame, they make every effort to accommodate me, and for this I thank and recommend them.Thanks to all at ALL GLASS!!!

I had to get 6 double pane windows replaced on my house they came out in a timely fashion to give me an estimate. The estimate was the lowest I found. Ayden came out and was very professional and clean up all the debris and mess from replacing the windows. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get windows replaced.
