This place has the most helpful Josh's on the planet. They were able to put in a BMW battery with no complaints and it was a doozy to change out. Go see both Josh's for your BMW needs.

I was having car problems when I arrived at this advance autoA gentleman by the name of Alex quickly helped me by grabbing his battery checker and scanner ! Come to find out I had a bad battery. Alex went above and beyond by replacing my battery and providing excellent service!Alex is one of the best advance employees I have met thus far ! Very professional and very knowledgeable. he always has a smile on his face! Thank u alex !

went in for some oil and asked for a filter number from ashley she told me i should know by now what i need and to go to autozone instead. i recommend EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ADVANCE AUTO ashley is the worst

Friendly staff, waited on us promptly and went over and beyond to do suggestive saleing for some lube, or thermostat since we needed antifreeze for the water pump we purchased

I went in to get a battery for my friend. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely polite and helpful. I don't know much about cars so I needed help and was greeted and waited on the second I walked through the door. He gave me 3 battery choices and explained the warrantiesHe then suggested a little kit that helps prevent the battery from corroding. He signed me up for the free rewards program. He also carried the battery for me and put it in my car.I had a very good experience and would recommend this place.

Never had a bad experience here. The employees are always really friendly and will go out of their way to help you find a deal on something. Most chain parts stores are not as helpful as this one but I'd drive out of my way to come to this one.

Wonderful people! My car's engine light was on so I stopped by there to ask him to plug up their little machine that reads your car. They were so helpful . The gentleman that helped me was very easy to talk to! When his hand held reading thingy was done, he let me know what it said and assured me that it would probably still be okay to drive. Very Helpful, considerate, good attitude, kind, and funny.

So my wife stops by to have her battery checked... She asked the young gentleman that just happened to be in the parking lot to help her. Not only did he check her battery...he gave my wife a little crash course about batteries and alternators after spending time with her car he suggested a few different options. He could have easily sold her stuff she may or may not have needed. I wish we would have asked him his name. Thank you young man at Mnt View Advance Auto for your professional help and courtesy !

I tried to take something back and return it when I called they said yeah come on down and I told them over the phone I didn't have the receipt but my husband has an account and has for a very long time and buys a lot of stuff from there because we own our own business but when I got there they said no that I couldn't return it without a receipt that's BS

I do like AutoZone better because they still give lifetime warranty on brakes Advance hope me that it doesn't count if they wear out but AutoZone and O'Reilly's still give lifetime warranty on brakes even if they wear out they'll give you new brakes but not so advance they used to but they no longer do it
