Came in on a holiday. Not sure they were going to be open. Was looking for a quart of oil, a specific type. They had it in stock. I was out in no time. Have always been able to find what I was looking for here.

Don't go to this one they're going to rush you out of there and try to sell you anything but what you need you don't stand there and tell me to hurry up and pick one I want the right oil you're not going to rush me and I got to take the oil back and get the right one

This store ordered touch up paint for me and said it would be in their store by 9:30 am. I went at 11 am and they had no idea where the touch up paint was.I demanded a refund and left the store. Went to auto zone and they had it. In stock!!!! I will never shop there again! Super mad!!!!! Think twice before shopping there because they are not honest. I wasted time and gas going there 2 times! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE!!!

yes you can find parts cheaper somewhere else but you won't find the part with a warranty and a person with a data base of information at a finger touch and they have always been super nice so I'd recommend going and buying from them anytime you need something for your vehicle trust me that warranty comes in handy and saves you time and money

The manager was vary professional and kind also the other genltmen that was working also. I was vary satisfied with the outcome he help me to get to church on time it was a speedy battery change. I just went to get car wash stuff and seen the worse thing a Customer the staff was having a very poor conversation with a Customer then as he left with a the better man words than hear from the Advances employees and managers sayings go get it some where else then called that gentleman names needless to say i never go back there for any thing if they will have no better representation for ther customers than that. No sir i drive a cross town then just wow

This Advance Auto used to be GREAT. There used to be awesome, smart, dedicated people running the front, and management used to be on point. Not sure what happened, but we have gone in twice in the past two weeks (we go to advance 2 or 3 times weekly) and we stood there for over 5 minutes while the new employees STOOD THERE AND JUST TALKED. We were ready to check out and all they did was gab about some bs. So disappointed in this store, we have been coming here for years and had never been treated so poorly. Will drive the extra 10 minutes to Conover now!

This Advance it all depends on who is working on how well your visit is. I've had them be very helpful before but what turned me against them is i tried to return an alternator that I never put on my car bc it was the wrong one and they inspected it over and over again and would not take it back. Basically saying it had been used and it wasn't, it was exactly the same way they gave it to me. Therefore I was out over a hundred borowed bucks. (Had to borrow the money to get the correct one at auto zone bc they closed early that night therefore I couldn't exchange it at there store. And yes I even gave them the receipt where I bought the one at auto zone and they still wouldn't take it back) Make sure you get the right part before you leave

Tested battery and alternator on my Jetta. Didn't have the alternator. This store is still 100% better than the LR Blvd store.

The young looking employee was incredibly rude and condescending to me at this location when I asked about getting codes read on my truck. Autozone is almost right next door, give them your money instead.

Overall all right service ask how to change the tail light bulb and he just tells me it's a couple screws does it even try to help me at all

I'm not happy with the add-on sales tactics. I'm sure it is a corporate decision, but I had to ask the sales rep several times specifically what I wanted even after they rang up a higher cost version of the same product.

I always have a good experience at Advance Auto Parts. The only issue for me is that every time I go in the store there are never enough people working to provide quick service.

Was not offered help while I was in the store and then stood at counter for several minutes with no one on sight. I finally just walked out. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to simply wait around.
