Absolutely the rudest drivers I have ever dealt with. Every package is damaged . When you call FedEx, their response is we are sorry but can't do anything about contract drivers. I am willing to pay extra shipping to avoid FedEx

Trouble with actual drop off, Manager was helpful on the phone. Can't be sure issue fully resolved until next delivery.

FedEx drivers: Just CALL the addressee before you enter a delivery exception and turn around. I have been home all day yesterday and today and got two delivery exceptions for the same package. this is ridiculous, and it s not the first time this has happened, but for some reason it s only with FedEx.

Had a mix up with the packages delivered. Contacted the Hertford office and spoke to a really helpful person. She said she would relay the delivery location to the drivers for future deliveries. I know mistakes happen, just happy it was handle in a pleasant and friendly way. Thank you!

The worst ever...Same lady driver comes during the week. My boxes are tossed from the bottom step to my top step. Starting to hate this company. Don't waste your time filing a complaint nothing happens

I gave them one star only because that's the lowest I could give them! This place should be closed . Other fedex and USPS no problem,but Hertford. I had only 2 packages come from Hertford both were delivered to the WRONG HOUSE!! Calling did no good what so ever. The only reason I was able to get my packages back is because of good neighbors. The only reason this place gets 4 -5 stars is the person writing the review works there, or a relative of someone that works thereCLOSE THE PLACE DOWN!!!!!

A tall man named Robert helped me carry all of packages inside and I had A LOT of them. That has never happened to me, that really made my morning. He needs a raise!

Ok 4 months ago FedEx home delivery personnel wasn't paying attention when they put my mattress on the wrong delivery truck !! Now I have 2 more mattresses headed to my house , they left kernersville,nc and I'm guessing they are either heading to Hertford or already arrived in Hertford , if or when they do arrive there , I am praying that both my mattresses winde up on the same delivery truck heading to Belhaven nc !!!! Update today my mattresses made it to my wife and I on Time , my wife said the delivery driver was the same female that delivered the other mattress , she was very polite and professional , sorry I didn't catch your name , but thank you again !!!

They delivered my package somewhere called their office asked for a manager to call me after 4 calls. No response, when I called again they told me NOT to call again if they figure out what they did with my package they will let me know. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible. Twice the driver came to my back door. Delivered nothing, did not even ring the door bell and them left. Scam company. Use DHL and UPS. Not helpful when called.

Idk how anyone can give them 4-5 stars. Fedex is so slow! Or maybe im just impatient. Never used Fedex n won't use it again, tracking system sucks and nobody to get ahold of. UPS and regular post office mail is only what I will use for now on. Smh

This place delivered my packages to the ozone. this had caused too many issues to find the package, contact my seller and pray I get refunded or the person receiving my things returns them and my reorder has my size and color. I have to wait 5 days for an answer. This is not acceptable in anyway!!!!

My packages arrive at my house now undamaged. Carriers are friendly and helpful. And my packages are always delivered to my address.
