I had my alternator replaced and a brake and transmission service done as well as 4 new tires slapped on with the 4th tire only costing a dollar because of the sweet deal that was going on. Staff was amazing and nice but also prompt and professional.

I took the car in. They said they needed to keep it. Tried to charge me $38 for a loaner which I denied. The initial agreement was that they would cover all expenses and a loaner if any issues occur within the coverage for a Nissan vehicle warranty agreement.When I picked my NEW car up I found the car had extra miles on it, dust all over it, hair in the back seat, scratches on the side of it, deep pit scratches on both headlight paint and lens covers. And greasy hand prints on the hood. Unacceptable and purely unprofessional!

Honestly means a lot to me and the technician and service writer were very honest. I thought I needed a service that I didn't need, they explained why I didn't need it. Very through and fast. I have to drive from Mars Hill but it's worth it for the service.

Done in good time. Did not like the pressure to sell the van. Kept pushing to pay in cash. Said I could upgrade to a new model when Nissan no longer makes that model anymore.

My vehicle was take back to service 55 min after appointment time. I checked oil afterwards and it was over filled 3/8 inch above full mark. Oil looked somewhat dirty like not all of the old oil was drained out before replacing drain plug and refilling. I then checked lug nuts after tire rotation.All lug nuts took an additional turn to tighten up. Service time in back was less then 30 min.I felt like they rushed the job and did not double check their work. Get er' Done & move on.

My salesman Dillon was absolutely amazing!! He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I actually brought my son in law to Nissan a few days later to purchase a vehicle for him and used Dillon as our salesman that time as well. I have recommended Dillon and Nissan of Hendersonville to everyone I know. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

There 3 items needing service work. 2 of them were so ridiculously overpriced, I declined having them done at your repair center, opting instead to go elsewhere. In the past, all my service work was done at your shop, but I won t be gouged by price. I will not be back.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change only. Got to appointment. 40 minutes later, my vehicle was finally taken to the back for the oil change. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I asked about status. Was told they were working on it. Two hours after scheduled appointment time, it was finished. No communication/ update during the length of the appointment by the service advisor. It does not take 2 hours to do an oil change! Will not be back.

After my car got wrecked, I was in need of a car. The best thing I could have ever done was go to Nissan! I would have never thought I would be walking into a dealership and walking out with a brand new 2024! Thanks to every person at Nissan for this great experience! I Was well pleased with everyone that I worked with that day. Everyone was friendly and the buying process was smooth sailing lol! My salesman was top notch! Even though he had crutches, that did not stop him from doing an outstanding job! He answered every question I had, made me feel very comfortable and kept the conversation going. I will 100% refer him to any of my friends in need of a car!

I had an appointment to get my Titan appraised. I met with my salesman, Darryl Galloway, he took the time to get to know me. He made notes on what I had to have in a vehicle if I were to trade. He found the perfect truck to meet my needs. I enjoyed the test drive. Once all of the number were calculated, I drove away in my new 2023 Nissan Frontier. Great car buying experience.

I had been in contact with Tyler McFarlin since February. I am very picky and need lots of details before I make any type of purchase but especially a new vehicle. Tyler was so gracious and met all of my expectations without a doubt. In addition, I was very impressed with the entire process of buying my Rogue. I was introduced to the Customer Service Manager, the Service Advisor and ended with the Financial Manager. Such a professional presentation from all involved.
